At an erotic auction, she’s his to bid on. To take. To command.

The night’s sultry, filled with carnal promise as Tessa participates in an agency event to raise money for charity. She’s chained and bared—as women were once displayed for a sultan’s harem—offered to the wealthy and powerful men.

Wanting only to forget and have a good time, he wins Tessa, demanding she be his in every way possible, engaging in all wanton acts, though not only for an evening…for seven sensuous days at his secluded estate.

A provocative proposal with such a dangerously virile man.

A week that changes everything, with Tessa’s exquisite vulnerability and Logan’s suddenly unquenchable desire more than either bargained for.

Logan had gone to the auction to spend some time in the world away from his pain even if it was just for a night. He was not looking for love nor did he ever think he would find it. What he did find was Tessa; one look at her and he longs for so much more. One night will not be enough and before he knows it he has Tessa for seven days. The attraction between them is strong from the very start but is Logan going to regret his impulsiveness or can he let go of his past and grasp his future? Can Tessa love him, flaws and all?

Logan and Tessa’s story pulls on your heartstrings and has you rooting for their love. Tessa is such a sweet woman and truly cares for the men that she sees through the agency. Her time with Logan is no different. Tessa wants him to feel again, to live again. Logan hurts deeply and has built walls around himself but he finds Tessa breaking those walls down without even trying. Her unconditional friendship pulls on something inside him and Logan begins to wish for more than he thinks he can have.

I loved watching the intensity of Logan and Tessa’s emotions throughout their time together. You cannot choose who you fall in love with and the two learn that hard lesson and must make the decision to grab for their happy ever after or continue to live half a life always longing for something. Their story is a wonderful romance that pulls you in right from the start and does not let go until the very last page.

Armed with a few adult toys and a prayer, she challenges him to a sensual game that will strip away their ideas of what sex should be.

Cole’s surprised but it’s his dream come true. With each sexual encounter, the walls between them come crumbling down and each must face the truth of what their marriage has been and what it could be.

Inside Scoop: Contains an alpha hero who wants sex at all hours and a heroine who knows what she wants, just not the words to get it. Also depicts criminal activity, the strong arm of the law and a self-rescuing heroine.

Tanya has found an emotional family with her Roller Derby teammates. As Hot Tango – her derby alter ego – everything seems simpler, and the fact Tanya’s marriage with Cole is falling into a heap can be forgotten for a short while. Talked into going to a sex shop, Tanya finds Pandora’s Box – a sexy adult game she hopes will get her and Cole communicating better in and out of the bedroom. As a SWAT team leader, Cole has a horrendous 24/7 on call duty, but he loves his wife desperately, and if playing a few naughty games will help them, he’s all for it.

This book moves slowly, but really lingers over the details, showing the reader both Tanya and Cole’s points of view. It’s clear from the outset they love each other dearly, but real life has stopped them from having the story-book marriage and happy ever after they both wished for. Adding a bit of spice into their relationship and communicating better, Tanya and Cole both want to increase their intimacy and enjoy their sexual relationship better. As a reader I did find the pace a little slow, but can’t fault the author for the depth of detail. The story isn’t padded, I didn’t feel as if there was filler everywhere to stretch the tale out, just a slow, meandering pace as Tanya and Cole rediscovered their relationship.

This is a story that revolves around the relationship – and problems – between Tanya and Cole. While there is a small plot interwoven about the Olympics and Cole’s work in SWAT, it’s predominantly about how Tanya and Cole try to revive and save their marriage and sexual relationship. Readers looking for an action packed, fast paced story might not find this suits their taste, but for readers who enjoy relationship-centered storylines should find this pleasing. While I personally found the bondage and experimentation is tame, it’s certainly hot enough to keep the flames burning. There’s plenty of sex here, but more there’s tenderness and sensitivity shown in the reconnection between Tanya and Cole. I also really liked how it wasn’t some quick fix, Tanya buying the game, them experimenting a bit and bam – perfect marriage. While I would have liked the pace of the story faster, once in a while it’s lovely to go slow and smell the roses. Recommended.

Tori Moss is no stranger to heartbreak. Raised by a foster mother since the deaths of her parents in a horrific accident, she’s poured herself into ballet. A disappointing audition sends her into an emotional tailspin, but it’s the strangely intriguing new guy in school who catches her as she falls. Although Tori and Raven seem to be nothing alike, they share an uncommon ability to see the sudden flood of demons pouring into Los Angeles. When she discovers a plot to bring about the Apocalypse, Tori must decide whom to trust. One wrong step will cost her everything.

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to discover that everything you thought you knew about yourself was actually a lie? And what if the truth revealed that you were at the center of a plot to bring about the Apocalypse? This is exactly what Tori Moss has to face and it makes the disappointment of a dance audition seem insignificant by comparison. The audition had been devastating, as a famous ballet director tells her, “You’re a moose. In the corps, your height would draw too much focus. As a soloist, we have no one tall enough to partner you. . . you’re far too big to be a ballerina. Classical ballet is not in your future.” All her dreams are shattered, but then, as the truth of her life unfolds, she discovers things that are much worse, not only for her, but for the entire planet.

Dancing with Raven is an action-packed, thrilling story with great characters. I liked Tori a lot and really felt for her pain and her angst as her world is up-ended. She has no idea who to trust, and those who she thought she could trust turn on her as those she distrusted turn out to be allies. Tori’s character is well-developed and I found her to be very believable. The plot has one twist after another. Tori meets a young man, Raven, and discovers that they may not have a lot in common, but they both possess the ability to see demons. As they learn to trust each other, the date for the Apocalypse grows ever closer.

This is the first novel in a series called The Young Shakespeareans and it is a thrilling first book. The ending makes it clear that other books will follow, and I can’t wait for the next in the series. But the novel does end at a reasonable stopping point, with many of the mysteries resolved, and the door opening onto the next adventure.

Readers of fantasy and paranormal novels are sure to get caught up in the lives of Tori Moss and Raven Cassidy. I look forward to reading more in this wonderful series.

Alexandra Monroe is a slave smuggler, smuggling slaves north to Tennessee where they can live as free people. Her crime is sedition and her punishment, if caught, is death. The daughter of one of the wealthiest men in Montgomery, Alexandra lives a life not by her own accord, but a life she willingly accepts for her secret quest to save the lives of slaves. Her ultimate sacrifice is to marry the town’s most eligible bachelor, Thomas Ludlow.

One afternoon, Alexandra comes face to face with handsome William Graysden. He captivates her, and her thoughts confuse her. Born a Creek Indian, not only is William forbidden because of his race, but also because Alexandra is a closely betrothed young woman. William and Alexandra fascinate one another, finding in each other a bond they don’t wish to ignore. After a series of events; however, William is forced to face the choice to continue the dangerous pursuit of Alexandra’s affections or forget about her.

The Woman on the Painted Horse is set in one of the saddest times of United States history, the Civil War. It is a suspenseful, rather cruelly dramatic story that tests the mettle of true love to its limits.
Disorders of digestive system: “Vigna Mungo” or viagra generic masha helps to increase bulk of stools. Alexandria Monroe’s world is one of privilege in outward appearance. In reality, it is fraught with malicious gossip, horrifying secrets, and clandestine business dealings that are little more than human trafficking for money, position, and power. Alexandria’s parents are willing to force her into a loveless marriage in order to maintain their lifestyle.

She is to wed Thomas Ludlow who is from a wealthy family. His actions toward Alexandria are shocking even for the times. His cruel use of his power and position make him an antagonist that is really easy to hate.

William Graysden, a Muscogee Indian, is totally unsuitable for Alexandria to even look at much less find irresistible. Yet, the two of them take one look at each other and make a connection that seems unbreakable. Only in secretive darkness are they able to explore their heartfelt desire for each other. Both ethnic groups oppose their relationship which brings on appallingly cruel treatment.

Alexandria leads a double life that could get her hanged for treason. She helps slaves escape to freedom. There are adrenaline-pumping times in the story that has one reading as fast as she is running with the dogs hot on her heels.

Since the story is told from Alexandria’s point of view, the reader gets to see her compassion for the blacks and comes to understand why she feels the way she does. I was horrified by how her unloving mother punished Alexandria by beating Sarah, the black woman who loved and cared for Alexandria. Of course, it did keep Alexandria obedient because she loved Sarah who had always been more of a mother to her than her biological mother.

Ms. Archer gives the reader a hard look at conditions in Montgomery, Alabama during this historical time. The love story threads through the novel, but much of the story is about prejudice and social conditions of the time. To me it would have been more enjoyable if the love story had been developed more. Also, I felt I had missed a chapter between the climax and the time Alexandria, William, and the disenfranchised people they took with them came to settle in Tennessee.

The Woman on the Painted Horse is written in a way that makes it easy to read. It is an attention-keeping, memorable story of racial strife that shows humanity at least than its best.

Susanna might want Tony, but not for her parents—or his terms. She won’t settle for less than everything. She knows Tony’s desires and needs. All she has to do is persuade him that her cravings mesh with his.

Seducing the Regency Dom was a nice short story that left me with a big smile on my face.

Susanna is a brave young woman with a quick wit and an endless curiosity. Tony is an attractive man that is equally brilliant and more than willing to satisfy any woman’s curiosity. Both of them don’t want to get married for the sake of keeping society quiet. To do so they each have their own agenda, but as they meet sparks fly and not only in bed. The characters engage in some verbal sparring that had me amused more than once.

However, the best part about this book is without a doubt the naughty shenanigans the two lead characters get up to. It was great to read about two characters that knew what they wanted and fought for it, even if it was against societal standards of the time. Ms. McAllan knows how to describe sex and does it well, easily drawing me in and making me squirm in my seat throughout the pages. I have to say, that scene at the theatre was magnificent. Not to mention, the wax play, vivid and erotic to the limit. Oh, and the chair. The chair. I wonder if it was an invention of the author or if there actually exists something like that. Positively decadent!

All in all, Seducing the Regency Dom was a pleasant and erotic afternoon read.

I really enjoyed Trouble in Paradise, the author took a very sensitive issue, compounded it with the baby angle, and took the challenge head on. It’s well written, the characters are likeable and the tension and the dilemmas tangible.

I liked both heroes, and could see why Clarissa did too. The story paces along well and I certainly felt the title suited the book, it should all be perfect…but…!

If you enjoy angst and sexy men and a woman who just can’t decide then you won’t go too far wrong with this one. I’m a fan of the author as she writes in a way that I can really relate to and the fact that she doesn’t always stay ‘safe’ with plot lines is commendable.

The Dowager Countess of Morley asks Vincent Tremayne, Lord Vampire of Cornwall, to become guardian of her American granddaughter. Vincent honors the agreement and plans to get his new ward married and off his hands as soon as possible.

When Lydia Price arrives, she soon turns Vincent’s gloomy castle upside-down, and he decides he wants Lydia for himself. But if Vincent can’t protect Lydia from her entanglement with scandalous portrait painter Sir Thomas Lawrence, the vampire community will make sure that he—and Lydia—face dire consequences.

The author outdid herself when she wrote that first chapter. Talk about setting up a heart wrenching reason to like the heroine, Lydia, and have a reader invested in her happiness so early on in a book! It’s like I could feel her rejection and sadness and then, her determination to survive, succeed and thrive. It takes a strong female character to weather the emotional onslaught of rejection and Ms. Ann certainly accomplished it. Lydia was a terrific heroine.

Vincent, the hero is in a pickle. He is honor bound to repay an old pact or oath that was made many years before. It was a clever way to get Lydia and Vincent together in a very proper manner. What happens next is anything but proper. It’s delightful, intriguing and full of surprises.

When Zinc levels are low in generico cialis on line one’s body, it would be important that one eats foods rich in Zinc.
The author did have some of the characters that I met in Bite Me, Your Grace populate this current novel but they were only there to help prod the hero and sometimes poke fun at him, and in that, they were very helpful and endearing, especially Angelica. Rest assured however, that this is a wonderful standalone story. The few details that would be helpful to know from the previous book are revealed in the natural course of telling this tale while introducing Lydia to its world’s intricacies, when Vincent has no choice but to tell her. The drama and suspense that leads up to that moment was great writing. On the other hand, I don’t know if anyone would truly be that unaware of their surroundings and I can’t figure out why someone out of nowhere would do such a thing. It almost seemed orchestrated to me but that’s not where the author took it. I guess the level of intrigue that she did provide was enough. Of course, what came afterwards is definitely worth reading.

Dialogue is important in this tale more so because it’s done so well that there was no need for the author to resort to ‘telling’. She showed me with every description, cheeky comment and suspenseful twist of the plot while using the interactions between characters to lead a reader where she wanted them to go. I enjoyed it.

Even more enjoyable was when Vincent and Lydia came together in carnal passion. Here, description and dialogue produced excellent results and I was a bit hot under the collar after reading those scenes. Talk about sexy!

There is an undercurrent which is produced by two sisters. They were loose cannons and I could not guess which way things were going to go. I liked how the author dealt with them. It was sweet but not too sweet. They are after all, vampires.

The happily ever after encompasses not just Lydia and Vincent and for that I commend the author. It’s like she cares for each and every one of her characters. If they are bad, then they get their comeuppance, and if they are redeemable, they have a chance at redemption, and if there is a transition to be made, Ms. Ann tries to put a brave face on it and make it as painless as possible. And when someone deserves happiness, like Lydia and Vincent, then they get one, but one as unique and fascinating as they are.

Of course, this wouldn’t be a book in a series without dangling a carrot for the next story to come. There were hints dropped all through One Bite Per Night but I wasn’t sure who he was going to be paired with until the epilogue clinched it. I can’t wait to see how in the world that is going to work out. I already see some major bumps and that makes for the best reading. How fun.

One Bite Per Night is a ton of fun. I dare say this novel is even better than the last one. I really enjoyed Bite Me, Your Grace, but Vincent and Lydia’s story was a bit more fun and a lot more sexy. Plus, the reason for the heroine to be with the hero in the first place was unique and endearing. The fact that Vincent simply could not resist Lydia no matter how hard he tried entertained me no end. I love to see a powerful vampire tied up in knots. I think paranormal romance readers will enjoy this book. And if a reader enjoyed the previous novel in the series, then One Bite Per Night is a sure winner. This gets a solid recommend from me.

Transformed by a primitive magic beyond a civilized man’s understanding, I was given a horrible gift that no man should possess… It held me, twisted me, turning me at its bidding. I was enslaved by its power, compelled to devour the souls of the dead until I became the monster of my fears. I have seen things I wish never to see again. I have done things of which I wish never to speak. Yet I must if I am to find the answers to fulfill my hope. I have walked upon blue ribbons of molten stone to peer into the depth of a man’s soul. I watched as a promise made at birth brought my friend Enon to sacrifice everything to become whole again – all in an effort to save the life of his child. I have cried without shame for the loss of all I hold dear and for fear that the future will hold more than I can bear. I am Tucker Littlefield. Know all that I say now is true-spoken.

As a result of the advancements in technology, the results of many of the diagnostic tests that are involved in this condition are mostly focused on getting the images of the discount order viagra brain and other structures such as the blood vessels that can contribute to short term and long term impotence. Everything I’ve read from this author so far has had a premise that leapt out at me right away, and this story was no exception to that rule. Mr. Maus has a strong sense of what should and should not be mentioned ahead of time. He knows just when to dangle a juicy glimpse of what’s to come in front of his audience. What makes The Gift – The Chronicles of Tucker Littlefield even more compelling, though, is everything he holds back.

It would have been helpful to have more character development. While this tale is definitely plot-centered, so much time was spent describing all of the exciting things that happen to Tucker on his quest that I never felt like I got to know him as well as I should have in a full-length novel. I got the impression that Tucker tends to be a quiet and thoughtful guy, but that was the extent of what I figured out about his demeanor. The secondary characters lead interesting lives, but I learned even less about their personalities or how they changed as a result of everything that happens.

The world-building in this book was strong. It took me a chapter or two to figure out the identities of the most important characters, but once I had that sorted out I was impressed by how much time the author spent developing Enon’s culture and backstory. This is the kind of work that asks its audience to pay close attention to the details early on, but it’s well worth the investment once the plot picks up speed.

The Gift – The Chronicles of Tucker Littlefield is a good choice for anyone who likes high fantasy.

Noah Steele is a broken man. Though born a strong, confident Alpha, the torture and betrayal he experienced by order of his own father have left him a shell of the man he once was. Still gripped by the fear left in the wake of his trauma, he no longer trusts his instincts or his ability to lead. Shamed, he hides himself away, even from the mate he longs to claim as his own.

Dax Marshall needs some downtime. Between protecting the Pack in his role as Beta and leading teams to search for more of Alpha Steele’s facilities, his responsibilities are starting to overwhelm him. If only he could find the one person destined to soothe both himself and his wolf.

Among the prisoners, they find an abused young man who calls to them both in a way that neither of them understands.

While they scramble to adjust to fate’s curveball, more information comes to light showing just how far Alpha Steele is willing to go in his quest to rule the Packs. Will their new happiness withstand the madman’s plans or be destroyed by the malevolence of his ambition?

Our Omega is a great continuation of a series that has an interesting world, and I was happy to dive back in. It starts right after events in, Accepting the Alpha, and while it does have the elements that could make it a stand-alone, I recommend it being read in order.

Noah Steele has been through hell. He knows who his mate is but he’s been avoiding him to save the man from a broken mate. I think Noah’s trauma makes this seem reasonable to him, especially since he’s an Alpha wolf, used to being strong and the protector of his pack, but now that he’s healing and feels weak, and he doesn’t see himself as worthy.

Dax Marshall is a beta, a protector of the pack, and when he figures out for sure that Noah is his mate, he goes for it. I really liked Dax, he goes for what he wants and doesn’t let anyone stop him, not even his mate.

Then comes Landon, mate to both Dax and Noah, and takes them completely by surprise. I enjoyed watching them scramble to cope with finding the third man, who is destined to be theirs. I really enjoyed the way the author worked his introduction in and allows Noah and Dax to both have someone who needs them so strongly.

The author sets up the next book and I look forward to reading the next story in the series. I really enjoy this author’s world that is developing more with each book. I definitely recommend this one to fans of MM romance and sexy shifters that get a bit growly.

Despite her attraction to both men, Sara s old demons come roaring back, threatening to push her back inside her shell of insecurity. Unless Trace and Kai can convince her that not only is she enough for one man, she s more than enough for two.

Sara James finds Trace Bowen extremely attractive, but he’s definitely out of the safe range that she likes to live in. Kai, the sweet man who lives next door, is a much safer option, especially since he’s in Portland to find his lost lover.

Trace manages to sneak under Sara’s shields after he saves her from a dangerous situation in his BDSM club, and being so steady with her throughout it all. Because of her past, Sara is not sure she’s good enough for one man, let alone two. This story has a satisfying ménage when the three finally get together. My one complaint with this story is that we spend so much time with Trace and Sara as a couple with Sara having a side attraction to Kai. We get to see from both Kai and Trace’s point of view their college love affair, but Kai being introduced as a third seemed a bit rushed. It does work, because Trace and Kai are already in love, and Sara and Kai are half in love, but I would have loved more time with them as a trio.

I can only hope the author revisits these characters. This is the third book in the Club series, and I had no problem following along and where the characters fit in. I really love when an author does such a great job setting up a series book as a stand-alone. I very much recommend this for fans of ménage where the men are just as in love with each other as the lady involved.
