Imagine finding an egg that is robin egg blue. That’s easy, isn’t it? Now imagine it’s HUGE!

Ms. Toombs does a very nice job of weaving a tale of fantasy that will capture a young one’s imagination. Her characters are sweet and kind, the grandfather is a crafty thinker, and you instantly find yourself rooting for the dragon.

Nahma’s parents have died and she lives with her grandfather. Her best friend, Gina, has a childhood disease which is terminal. The author could have gone a bit more in depth about why her parents and Gina’s are dead, but it was not essential to the plot. Just got my curiosity up and might have given a bit more substance to the story. It is a very enjoyable story even without that knowledge.

Along with the dragon egg, Nahma brought home a blue seed pod and planted it. When government officials come around to see the dragon and learn from him, Gina helps Nahma hide the seed pod.

The author uses the grandfather’s video skills and comic drawings to introduce the dragon to the world and keep the officials from confiscating the dragon. I thought that was pretty inventive and added to the story.

Gina has fallen in love with the dragon, Turk. But there is no way a blue dragon and a human can mate. Or is there?

If you want to know what Gina decides to do and how it turns out, grab yourself a copy of novella and read it. It’s light fun read for young ones and I enjoyed it, too.

All she wants is peace and anonymity…

Lady Sophie Windham has maneuvered a few days to herself at the ducal mansion in London before she must join her family for Christmas in Kent. Suddenly trapped by a London snowstorm, she finds herself with an abandoned baby and only the assistance of a kind, handsome stranger standing between her and complete disaster.

But Sophie’s holiday is about to heat up…

With his estate in ruins, Vim Charpentier sees little to feel festive about this Christmas. His growing attraction for Sophie Windham is the only thing that warms his spirits-but when Sophie’s brothers whisk her away, Vim’s most painful holiday memories are reawakened.

It seems Sophie’s been keeping secrets, and now it will take much more than a mistletoe kiss to make her deepest wishes come true…

Alone for a few days in the family’s opulent ducal mansion in London, Sophie sets out to do one of her good deeds and ends up in a crowded stage station with an abandoned, crying baby. Its cries bring Wilhelm (Vim) Charpentier into Sophie’s life and her dreams and wishes long put away bubble up with new hope. This kind man who understands babies and looks at six-month-old baby Kit with affection and approval makes Sophie long for things no “decent” woman would admit to.

Twenty-seven-year-old Sophie Windham is the sensible daughter of the Duke and Duchess of Moreland. Her exemplary ladylike behavior and her charity work with both people and animals are well-known. But restlessness had prompted her to beg off going to the family’s country home in Kent along with her parents. She promised to travel with her three brothers who would be going in a few days.

As a savage snow storm brings all activity to a halt in London, Sophie ends up with two male houseguests—baby Kit and Vim who is stranded and without lodging while on his way to spend Christmas at this estate in Kent.

Sophie and Vim do not use their titles when they introduce themselves, so neither is aware of the others station in life. In the cozy servants’ parlor of the mansion with a demanding baby to tend, they get to know each other without the usual pomp and circumstance associated with lords and ladies. Even though the mansion is without servants or family, the six-month-old baby makes a super chaperone as Sophie and Vim tend Kit’s needs, cook, and do mundane household activities while unintentionally quietly fall in love.

In the quiet still of night, Vim wakes to the sound of Sophie singing a lullaby to the fretful baby in her room. A peace, sweet and warm, gladdens his weary spirit, quickens an erotic pleasure in his body, and brings to life emotions that are new to him.

His oppressive loneliness for his “half-family” in Cumbria and his dread of going to his estate and its responsibility (that he had avoided for so long) abates. A sense of well-being bubbles up. It also helps to boost sexual energy cialis 25mg and potency. It helps in reducing the viagra generic mastercard speed of the blood moving towards the man reproductive organ. Rob’s special challenge was physical which is now hard to believe when you see him do a 360 twist kick. amerikabulteni.com viagra in india Information on medicine for erectile dysfunction People generally go for sildenafil india pills that are suggested by the experts for taking the medicine. Vim decides this may not be the depressing Christmas holiday he’d feared he’d have at his Kent estate Sidling where he is known as Lord Sindal.

The arrival of Sophie’s three brothers changes the human dynamics. While the brothers interrogate Vim, they can see their sensible sister has a special affinity for this man and agree, they will travel to Kent together and concoct a story to keep the parents happy about Sophie and Vim’s meeting. Each of the brothers recalls that they have Sophie to thank for helping them in times of great need. She’d helped them get their lives on track to a brighter future—a future that had looked black until she stepped in with her intelligence and common sense to set things straight. Their loyalty to her runs deep.

Grace Burrowes writes with an understanding of her characters that make them totally believable. She shows how their flaws and virtues war for supremacy and she does it with incredible tenderness and humor. She creates dialogue that brings life to the story as she quietly moves the plot along as she ratchets up the conflicts then bit by piece eases the tension as the characters face troubles and overcome them. Each character comes to know him or herself better as work through old hurts and move on toward a happy-ever-after.

Ms. Burrowes’ secondary characters add a unique richness to the story. Some of them were primary characters in her other novels—The Heir, The Soldier and Virtuoso. If you’ve had the good fortune to have read them, you’ll find out how these characters are faring in life (like catching up with old friends).

Lady Sophie’s Christmas Wish shines with love, sparkles with humor, and shows the breathtaking special love between a mature man and woman, the inexplicable love for a child, and family love that withstands all and supports unconditionally.

Grace Burrowes’ exquisite writing style is a joy to read. Lady Sophie’s Christmas Wish, like her other novels, is a keeper.

Brett Leland serves as the director of an underwater research station located near one of the world’s last healthy coral reefs. His life’s work is focused on protecting the reef and discovering why it has remained healthy as others are failing. But his university plans to sell the research station, and someone is trying to sabotage his final mission.

Setiwan Maramis is one of the legendary shape shifting guardians of the reef. He’s been watching Brett since the scientist first came to the station, and he wants Brett as both an ally and a lover. He is forbidden to reveal himself to humans, but when an enemy puts Brett’s life in danger, Setiwan follows his heart rather than the dictates of his people.

If a reader needs a quality story with plenty of well written descriptions, plot, build-up and sensual delivery, then they’re in for a treat when they pick up this little gem.

I’m amazed as to how detailed and intricate this short story is. It felt complete, had a terrific conflict and wonderful resolution. I enjoyed the author’s imagination and creative take on an ocean dwelling people.

Ms. Violet not only had a yummy pair of heroes but she also imbued her world building with the feeling of family, of change, courage and hope. The story is well planned out from how it was initially presented in Setiwan’s point of view to when it shifted to Brett’s. A reader will understand where each man stands and where they hope to be. It’s how they came together and what happens afterwards that really makes this book shine.

Both Setiwan and Brett are strong male leads. They have conviction and strength of purpose and yet they have needs that can’t be denied. I liked how the author hinted that there was a previous connection established, although semi-conscious, it was enough to make the speed of the courtship/mating seem more reasonable and acceptable. Having the protagonists fall in love fast can come with pitfalls but don’t worry, Ms. Violet skirted that with just the right touch of hints and fact to make it all work. Taking into account toleration and adequacy, further changes are made for improving buy levitra erectile capacity. I was a little unclear as to why the bad guy was bad or if there really is some sort of alternate politics going on to make the light drama, suspense and nastiness happen in the first place. The author had him say something that made me scratch my head. What’s the real story? It sure has tweaked my interest. In fact, the whole book kept my interest and provided nonstop entertainment in one form or another.

The one thing that stood out is the balance of story and action versus sex. When the author wrote Brett and Seti’s skin scenes, she did it well, with feeling and loving vigor that just throbbed with enthusiasm. When it was time to tell the rest of the tale, it was gripping, fascinating and meaty enough to make me happy. I enjoyed the family dynamic because it gave the book a deeper resonance and it made Setiwan more of a sympathetic character. If a reader skimmed all the sex scenes, they’d still enjoy the book because there was a rich and real plot to back it all up. That’s a great accomplishment when talking about a book as short as this.

Wet: Reef’s Guardian is a delightful treat and a book well worth reading. I can’t get over how thorough and complete this book is. Even the editing was great. I enjoyed the unique idea of Guardians versus the tired old merman routine. I am intrigued with the idea of all the things they can change into and I can’t wait to see what else Ms. Violet can do with this worldbuilding. Watching Brett and Setiwan fall in love while learning about the other was stimulating, intriguing and quite sexy. Paranormal romance readers who enjoy man on man loving should be thrilled with Wet: Reef’s Guardian. It’s a happy story.

His Powerful Desire

When Aidan MacKetryck finds a flaxen-haired maid caught in the crosshairs of battle, he quickly saves her from certain death. But while Aidan expects gratitude, he is sorely disappointed—for the fiery lass makes it clear she wants nothing to do with him…

Her Dangerous Secret

Juliana D’Aubenville is in hiding from those who want her entire family to perish. Despite her attraction to the strikingly handsome Aidan, Juliana knows she must escape before her identity is revealed. The trouble is, Aidan refuses to let her go…

Their Forbidden Love

With each moment Aidan and Juliana are together, their desire becomes more enticing—and harder to resist. But just as Aidan tries to lay claim to Juliana once and for all, their darkest secrets are finally revealed—putting both their love and their lives in terrible danger…

“Rash, reckless, thoughtless” Laird Aidan MacKetryck rescues Jullianna D. Aubenville, but Julianna vows he stole her. Pressed close together to hide from the enemy, Julianna feels sensations new to her while Aidan’s body and mind ignite with a desire like he has never before known, testing his self-control to the limit.

Aidan, no stranger to women, attributes the super charge of sexual desire to their near-death experience. He never felt such a need to possess a woman and deems it to be unhealthy and unbelievable. He recognizes she is a well-born, but assumes she belongs to the MacDonal clan. He doesn’t know she is one of the hated English. While Juliana doesn’t understand her sexual response to Aidan, she does know how to survive. She and the steward, who had been killed in the foray that killed many of Aidan’s men, had escaped Fyfen Castle when Julianna’s father and all the household had been murdered. She survived the cold winter in a leaky croft, foraged for food, and disguised her identity. Stubborn, head-strong, quick-witted, and with a wicked tongue, she stands her ground with the barbaric Highlanders and patiently waits to escape. She withstands the rigorous traveling, the culture shock, the emotional growing pains that change her from the sheltered, well-brought-up English young lady to a passionate, independent-thinking woman who loves the volatile Laird Aidan Ketryck in spite of herself.

Secondary characters add a viciousness to life at the massive, impregnable Castle Ketryck. The “Black” Ketryck, Aidan’s uncle, plots against Aidan, Dame Lileth Fallaine-Dumphat works her magic (scary!) that augments intrigues, while Lady Reina works her special magic with Julianna—adorns her with scents and clothes that mesmerize the people at the feast. The many castle inhabitants who get caught up in the uncle’s machinations and Aidan’s determination to protect Julianna at all cost create adrenaline-pumping events that hold the reader spellbound.

Jackie Ivie is a fantastic story teller. Her descriptions of extreme emotion, whether it is a fight to the death or love making that transports to heavenly ecstasy, give the reader a vicarious experience in the thirteenth century Highlands where life was hard and the people who survived lived only by embracing extreme measures. Ms.Ivie weaves superstitions, humor of the time, unique customs of the Highlanders, and the unending struggle to hold on to power into Knight Everlasting, as she assails the reader’s senses and revs up the heartbeat with sensational loves scenes. WOW!

The Gathering is called. The spell is cast. There is no escaping the Midnight Matings.

When Ifan Vashnikov is summoned to the Great Gathering and learns of the plan set up by UPAC, he decides he’d rather go feral than be forced to take a mate. Before he can voice his decision to the elders, he finds himself mated.

But his mating is not the usual mating. For one, he didn’t drink the spiked champagne like everyone else, so he isn’t in heat. Two, his mate is being protected for his own safety. Misha is a dreamwalker, the most powerful dreamwalker in over a thousand years. Because of that, he is being hunted. People want to use his powers for evil.

Misha just wants to settle down somewhere quiet with his dream mate. When he’s rescued and taken to the UPAC headquarters, he finally meets the man he has been sharing dreams with for over a year—the man he fell in love with—but Ifan doesn’t seem to know him. When danger comes, Misha doesn’t know whether to turn to Ifan or run for his life.

Love has a strange way of finding us when we are not looking for it. Ifan and Misha’s story is no exception. The doctors viagra cost in india were able to prescribe an antidepressant. Misha had spent his whole life being used and abused. He is one of those characters you cannot wait to see get a happily ever after because they are just so deserving. His only salvation through of the torment was dreams of his mate. I cannot say I would have the same outlook on life he did. Even though he had every right to have a chip on his shoulder, he still managed to try to see the good in the world. It would have been completely understandable if he never trusted anyone again, yet he not only trusts Ifan, he finds it in his heart to trust a few other folks as well.

Ifan is my kind of man. Ever the recluse, he thought he had everything he needed in the world, until he met Misha. Being a very private homebody myself, I could completely understand Ifan’s reluctance to take a mate. While I understand his need to be on his own, I would not mind being stuck with him for a few days or weeks in a cabin because he is one attractive kitty. Even if his looks did not attract me, his solitary alpha personality would certainly do the trick.

The conflict really helped move the story forward. It completely enthralled me from beginning to end and left me wanting more. As usual with Stormy Glenn books, I found myself up way past my bedtime saying to myself “just one more chapter”, then picked up the story as soon as I woke up in the morning. It was over way too soon and I cannot wait for the next installment of the Midnight Mating Series.

The sudden death of the town marshal leaves Blue River, Texas, without a lawman…and twenty-five-year-old Dara Rose Nolan without a husband. As winter approaches and her meager seamstress income dwindles, she has three options. Yet she won’t give up her two young daughters, refuses to join the fallen women of the Bitter Gulch Saloon and can’t fathom condemning herself to another loveless marriage. Unfortunately she must decide—soon—because there’s a new marshal in town, and she’s living under his roof.

With the heart of a cowboy, Clay McKettrick plans to start a ranch and finally settle down. He isn’t interested in uprooting Dara Rose and her children, but he is interested in giving her protection, friendship—and passion. And when they say “I do” to a marriage of convenience, the temporary lawman’s Christmas wish is to make Dara Rose his permanent wife….

When Clay McKettrick accepts a job as the marshal of the small town Blue River, Texas, it’s not his only plan, but a means to achieve what he really wants: a wife, children, and a ranch.

The time is 1914. Hostilities in Europe are heating up; it’s only a matter of time until buyers will be looking for cattle to feed the armies. Clay plans to be ready. What he doesn’t plan on is falling for his predecessor’s widow.

Dara Rose Nolan is occupying the cottage promised to the new marshal as part of his pay package. But Dara Rose and her two small girls don’t have another place to go…not unless she decides to accept a neighboring rancher’s offer to be his housekeeper and send her daughters to the poor house. It seems to be an ideal choice for active men. viagra buy best you could try here: the effect appears more quickly than from viagra. First, he’s attracted to the young woman and likes her precocious daughters, and second, the town council is going to evict Dara Rose and sell the cottage if Clay isn’t going to use it. A hasty marriage seems the expedient thing to do, but is it the answer or an attempt at a solution with even greater problems?

Dara Rose is also attracted to Clay, but can she risk telling the handsome lawman her own secrets? Can she risk her heart over a man who may turn out to be one more disappointment in a life of disappointments?

Ms. Miller has created a charming Christmas story that had me hooked from the first page. Dara Rose and her daughters were very much three-dimensional characters, and her hesitance around Clay understandable. I liked her resourcefulness and thrift, even though I didn’t buy the December productivity of her laying hens (mine all but stop laying in October and don’t begin again until February, but maybe California hens differ from Texas hens). Still, the eggs arriving in the nick of time makes for a sweet story.

I felt the epilogue was overdone in that it was an eleven page love scene which seemed like an add-on, just to show the reader that Dara Rose and Clay were going to have a steamy marriage. In the case of A Lawman’s Christmas with it’s charming setting and delightful characters, I think less is more. A fun, sweet and entertaining read.

But the O’Brien family has other ideas, and they conspire to get Laila to join them on a Dublin holiday. It’s a great time to get away from it all, but Laila has reservations about the trip. Matthew’s bound to be there, and she’s far from immune. What if she can’t resist temptation?

Meanwhile, the O’Briens are in an uproar over matriarch Nell’s unexpected romance with an old flame. Will she follow her heart despite the risks? And will Laila discover that some risks are actually once-in-a-lifetime opportunities?

A torrid love affair with a younger man cost banker Leila Riley her job and her father’s respect. Was it just a fling? In retrospect Leila thinks so…and she breaks it off with Matthew O’Brien.

All her life Leila has felt she never measured up to her father’s expectations. Her affair with the much younger Matthew, regarded as a player by many including her father, cost her the career she wanted so badly. Resenting her loss, she breaks up with Matthew and takes an unfulfilling job as an accountant.

A little manipulation from Nell, the O’Brien matriarch, convinces Leila that she should go along.

Matthew had planned to propose in Dublin, now he rethinks his plan, this time determined to let their courtship proceed at a slow pace, something that, at times, is frustrating to both himself and Leila who is desperately trying to convince herself that they’re not suited for each other. Meanwhile Susie and Mack enjoy a honeymoon they never managed to take because of her illness and Nell encounters a former flame. All makes for great adventure amid the background of delightful Dublin.

In this charming Christmas tale Ms. Woods brings out the irrepressible O’Briens and their machinations. I loved every minute of the story with its warmth and the humor as only Sherryl Woods can provide. Strong writing and likable characters is a keynote of the Chesapeake Shores series, and An O’Brien Family Christmas is one of my favorites.

I loved Laila and Matthew. I had a quibble with the validity of a special license wedding since all weddings in Ireland require at least a three-week residency and the petition for such a license must be delivered in person by one of the parties being married. However, the wedding, even though not possible under the current governmental regulations, still made for a magical story.

When Sarah Foster unexpectedly pays a midnight visit while Jack is out on a house call, Luke has no choice but to pretend to be his brother…a pretense he keeps up even as he woos the hot beauty.

Sarah has secrets of her own, though, including that this respectable miss is really a madam…the behind-the-scenes madam of the local whorehouse. When Luke and Sarah become lovers, Jack gets caught in the middle when Sarah mistakes him during the day for his brother.

Add one corrupt posse, one anxious father-to-be, and one twin brother caught in a lovers’ triangle, and the path to true love for Luke and Sarah is anything but easy.

Can one outlaw and one madam drop their disguises long enough to fall in love?

This book started with a bang… literally! Someone was attacking a character named Luke and there was some talking and a gun shot. I admit I was a bit confused until the author clearly explained what had occurred during the prologue.

What really got me hooked on this book was Luke. Hell Hath No Fury Like a Princess Scorned!

Princess Drifa can certainly see why Sidroc Guntersson is a living legend— on battlefield and in bedchamber both. But the King of Stoneheim’s willful daughter pitches a royal fit when she learns of the true reason for the virile Viking’s passionate attentions. A third-born son with no hope of inheriting the family jarldom, scheming Sidroc must marry and is interested in Drifa only for her father’s land and money. The barbarian is lucky she just cracks him on his fool head with a pottery pitcher!

Five years later, Drifa needs Sidroc’s protection— in Byzantium, no less!—though revenge holds more appeal for this man she left for dead. ’Tis a pity two such perfect enemies match each other so well, passion for passion. So much so that the bold Viking berserker is soon thinking marriage again . . . only this time it will be on his terms!

An arrogant lout and an independent princess cross words and pots which set the stage for a long and roundabout romance plagued with mishaps, kidnappings, lustsome thoughts and naughty shenanigans.

Such is the final story of the last unmarried princess in King Thorvald’s household, Drifa. She’s a woman of quick temper, deep passions and has a fanatic enthusiasm for all plants green, flowered and tall. That small hobby of hers gets her into more trouble than she believed possible. Because Drifa has been allowed to make her own decisions and get her way at home, it’s given her a false sense of security and safety. She comes across as a woman who knows what’s going on but even when she’s hit by the figurative wall of bricks, she remains inured from the thought of possible harm to her. She’s a king’s daughter, what could possibly happen? She accepts the need to be cautious in name only and goes off to do what she wants to do anyway. I knew she was going to lead the hero on a merry chase and I was right.

The hero, Sidroc, at first doesn’t seem like a hero at all, but a manipulative jerk. Only as I read did I find out this man has undiscovered emotional depths hidden behind a veneer of lust – for both war and women. He’s not what he seems at all but the conflict comes from Drifa overhearing a conversation that was meant for another man’s ears only. What a man does when he thinks all is lost shows his inner character. Sidroc is not a quitter, nor a shallow man. He is a man of loyalty, valor and integrity, even when he doesn’t want to be. He also has a liking for adventurous sex and he uses that as a clever ploy to get Drifa to do what he wants her to do. The fun part comes when the tables are turned and the heroine ends up getting him to do what she wants. The best part, he doesn’t even know it. If that sounds ambiguous, it is. Only by experiencing the book will a reader understand just how twisted that gets.

Ms. Hill is known for her knee-slapping humor and clever play on words during the telling of her romance tales. Readers will find that the asides of inner dialogue used in juxtaposition with what’s actually being said or done is still an effective and fun technique that the author used to good effect. I chortled a few times, giggled at others but my knees were in no danger of being tormented this time around. The final book seemed to have treated the characters in a gentler fashion. I liked and enjoyed the book, but didn’t fall in love with it. Alas, all the loving is between Sidroc and Drifa.

As much as I liked Drifa, she annoyed me too. She blithely ignored the battle-seasoned warriors at her side when they warned her, repeatedly. I understand she had a passion for plants, verging on obsessive, but that tunnel vision of hers that she persisted in indulging in drove me nuts. Frankly, there were a few moments where I’d classify her character as too stupid to live. Of course, if she wasn’t, then a lot of the plot conflict would have disappeared and I wouldn’t have been treated to the interesting encounter in the Arab lands. The information that she came back with was put to good use by leading Sidroc around by his hormones. Ms. Hill certainly explored some creative use of scarves and marble.

The story included a tableau of secondary characters that interacted well with the hero and heroine. Many were from past books and a few were special to this book alone. I can assure readers that The Norse King’s Daughter is a complete standalone book. The story focuses completely on the hero and heroine and all the other characters either affect them or support them. Runa is a cutie. She shows up at strategic points in the story that showcased the best in the heroine and hero. However, Sidroc’s father is a mean old skunk and the hero finally got to stand up to him, with a little help from his friends. Considering what I learned about that man and his household, it was a wonderful little scene to read. King Thorvald is still a riot of a character and I always giggle when he refers to the benefit of head drilling. He’s a fun guy, if a bit bloodthirsty. A perfect father for Drifa.

The Norse King’s Daughter is a vastly entertaining and light- hearted read. It has a smattering of suspenseful drama to spice up the conflict and the dialogue was always true to character. The fast paced verbal exchanges between Drifa and Sidroc were usually amusing and always interesting. The happily ever after, when it finally happened, was very sweet, adorable and had me believing that their marriage was going to be a strong and happy one – camel dung notwithstanding. I’m glad I got to read this story and Ms. Hill remains one of my favorite authors.

Ready for change, Tyler Pierce has the whole summer ahead of him when he flies to Sand Piper Beach to turn over a new leaf. Sun, swimming, exercise, he’ll return home a new man, sexy and buff. Best of all, several states away from home and college, no one but his dad knows him, so he can muddle through the challenges of getting fit without friends laughing at him.

During his first visit to the fitness center, Tyler meets the sculpted and toned Cody Dawson, fitness instructor and sexy gay man. Not only does Cody help Tyler learn how to use the strength training equipment, but he crashes through Tyler’s fantasies and lures him into bed.

Just a passing fling, Tyler decides. Cody, after all, could get any number of better looking men without even trying. Besides, the summer doesn’t last forever and, too soon, Tyler will return to campus leaving Cody to the ex who wants him back. A summer fling can grow into something more, but it’s up to Tyler to recognize if it’s true love or just heated summer lust.

This is a book you shouldn’t judge by its cover, meaning the cover for Make You Sweat looks kind of like something you might see on the front of a comic book. This is a book I’m glad I didn’t pass up.

A touching sweet story of young love lay within the pages and had me falling in love with the story and the characters. Tyler Pierce is a college student who has come to spend the summer with his estranged father. He has high hopes of filling out his scrawny thin frame and becoming what he thinks other men find attractive. Tyler is a good guy but his lack of self-confidence has him questioning everything and everyone. He’s a character that most people could identify with and this author did a good job writing about a person’s insecurities that hold them back in life.

Cody Dawson lives in the apartment above Tyler and he takes a quick liking to the newcomer. Cody is dealing with his own issues; a jealous ex-boyfriend that won’t take a hint and trying to find his way through accomplishing his own career aspirations. This is a character who wants to be in a relationship. Boosting the Immune buy levitra online System Human studies on the value of this all natural product. Tyler and Cody meet in the gym and Cody takes it upon himself to show Tyler the ins and outs of weight training. Besides being extremely attractive he’s also a trainer, so Tyler feels he’s hit his own personal lottery. Tyler is jaded and thinks that a man like Cody would never be interested in him. Within in just a few pages Cody shows Tyler how wrong he is.

A relationship begins but Tyler is only there for the summer so the constant doubts mixed with the inevitable is what stirs the main conflict in this story. Tyler’s constant insecurities about his body put a drain on this relationship but Cody is there to show Tyler he has so much to offer to another person, mainly to Cody.

There are a few conflicts in this story that keep it moving along, carrying the reader page to page. There’s Tyler’s low self-esteem, Cody’s ex-boyfriend trying to win him back, and Tyler still being in the closet regarding his sexual orientation where his family is concerned. This story doesn’t lack in the drama department and is written in a very realistic way that makes it believable.

I was really happy with the resolution of this story but it left me wanting more. These were two characters I became invested in and wanted to see where life takes them. Young love is always a fresh and sweet thing to read about and this story delivered. If you’re a reader who likes to read about the joys and struggles with meeting that first love, this is the story for you.
