Come inside and take a seat; the show is about to begin…

Outside any city still standing, the Mechanical Circus Tresaulti sets up its tents. Crowds pack the benches to gawk at the brass-and-copper troupe and their impossible feats: Ayar the Strong Man, the acrobatic Grimaldi Brothers, fearless Elena and her aerialists who perform on living trapezes. War is everywhere, but while the Circus is performing, the world is magic.

That magic is no accident: Boss builds her circus from the bones out, molding a mechanical company that will survive the unforgiving landscape.

But even a careful ringmaster can make mistakes.

Two of Tresaulti’s performers are trapped in a secret standoff that threatens to tear the Circus apart, just as the war lands on their doorstep. Now they must fight a war on two fronts: one from the outside, and a more dangerous one from within…

There is a unique condition you have to agree to before you can join this circus; you have to die first…

The author weaves a tale from the past into a circus in the present time and it’s a complex tale with many characters, all of whom have an important part to play in this story.

The history of the circus is interesting, and most characters joined up to have a sense of family, a place to belong and enough to eat. They all seem to have a past with mental and emotional wounds that haven’t healed. No one is very outspoken about feelings in the book, but you, as a reader, get interested in them and care about them, just like the boss does. Ms. Valentine does a very good job of creating a dystopian future where things aren’t always what they seem. She creates conflict both internally and externally for the circus and its members. When the Boss and Bird are taken away by soldiers and the Prime Minister, young George is forced into a position of leadership he’s not ready for yet.

As the circus members nervously decide what action to take, you can feel the tension between the two factions and the uncertainty of what to do and how to do it. Their fears and disappointments are expressed very well. This author makes her characters live.

The story has a good flow to it, is an enjoyable tale, and while it’s fantasy, you want to believe every word. What a magical circus world! There is also a potential for a sequel to this story and I hope the author does write one. I want to know what happened to Bird… see, I told you you’d care about the characters!

Being bold for the first time by dressing as a slutty convict, good girl Abby never makes it to her Halloween party. She’s pulled over by two sexy men dressed as cops: her best gay boyfriends, Zach and Kevin. They know about her lead foot and her fear of getting caught by authority so it’s the perfect spooky scare. But the lovers take it one step further and arrest her, taking her to their home for a night of kinky fun.

The terms: she has to fulfill their every sexual whim or be taken to jail.

Abby has no interest in resisting except when it adds to the pleasure. She’s secretly wanted a three-way with them since her friend Zach started dating the rugged alpha Kevin. Not that she imagined they’d really do it, but she’d never felt free like she does with them.

The problem: Once won’t be enough for Abby or Zach.

In love with them both, Abby’s going to have to seduce Kevin. The sexy bad cop has never had a woman before now and may not be willing to share Zach again.

What do you get when a gay guy test drives a woman? I will tell you — one hot as hell story that will leave you squirming in your seat and turning the air conditioner down low to cool off.

Oh, man! I did not know what I was getting into when I purchased Arresting Abby but by the time I got to the end of the book I was not sure which end was up. Talk about a whirlwind of action and emotions this story has it all.

I am still laughing from one of Ms. If your pH levels for saliva and urine are under 6.6, there are ways to get your body cheapest viagra back to an alkalized state, where cancer and fat can’t grow. Dragon punchlines: “Is this death by foreplay, or are you punishing me, officer?” With so many quick and witty phrases through out the pages, I had a smile or soft chuckle all the way through the book. I even learn what a tea-bagging session was. Wow! There is nothing hotter than male/male sex scenes in an M/M/F ménage story.

Zach and Kevin are lovers and plan on spending their lives together. As their personalities come to life between the pages of the book, you can see how much they mean to each other but you can also see just how much they care for their friend Abby. After months of her teasing them both about a threesome, the two men work up a one night fantasy that could end up changing all their lives. I found as I read this tale that I fell for Kevin a diehard gay man who has never been with a woman. Kevin is pure alpha and boy did he leave a lasting impression on me. Zach on the other hands is bi and more of a jokester. Abby is a woman in love with both men but knows there will never be any thing between the three other than a one night fantasy.

This is one story that I am eager to share with my friends and know they will have as much fun reading as I did. Don’t let this one pass you by. It is a must have in your eBook library, especially if you are into smoking hot M/M/F menages.

The bigger they come, the harder they fall… in love.

Cambridge art professor Larry Morton takes one, alcohol-glazed look at the huge, tattooed man looming in a dark alley, and assumes he’s done for. Moments later he finds himself disarmed—literally and figuratively. And, the next morning, he can’t rest until he offers an apology to the man who turned out to be more gentle than giant.

Larry’s intrigued to find there’s more to Al Fletcher than meets the eye; he possesses a natural artistic talent that shines through untutored technique. Unfortunately, no one else seems to see the sensitive soul beneath Al’s imposing, scarred, undeniably sexy exterior. Least of all Larry’s class-conscious family, who would like nothing better than to split up this mismatched pair.

Is it physical? Oh, yes, it’s deliciously physical, and so much more—which makes Larry’s next task so daunting. Not just convincing his colleagues, friends and family that their relationship is more than skin deep. It’s convincing Al.

First impressions are always important but sometimes they can be dead wrong. That’s what Larry learns when he first mistakes Al for a mugger on a dark night in an alley. Al thinks poor Larry is drunk and needs help getting home. The somewhat comical beginning sets up a relationship that is definitely more than meets the eye. Everything Larry learns about Al shows a sensitive, caring individual. Larry soon falls in love with Al but Al is used to derision for his height and slower thinking so he doesn’t believe a smart guy like Larry could love him. It’ll take some creative planning for Larry to finally convince Al of the truth.

Every once in a while a book comes along that you just love to pieces. That’s what I felt with Muscling Through. Sex is one of the levitra pills for sale greatest gifts that God has bestowed upon a husband and wife. I adore every single thing about this book and hope everyone else does too. It’s so heart warming, genuine, funny, romantic, sexy, caring, sensitive, witty, and just about any other description I can come up with. The story is told from Al’s perspective as a gentle giant. He’s extremely tall and muscular while being a little slower to pick up on things and he doesn’t always understand subtly and nuance. He’s definitely not stupid but he’s not as quick witted and smart as Larry. Even so, Al has a huge heart and a very caring nature.

Al tells the story of how he and Larry meet and go from occasional sex buddies in his mind to an actual in love couple. Al doesn’t always see things the same way Larry or the average reader might, which makes his perspective all the more lovely and wonderful. He delights as a charming narrator that can see the truth when needed but prefer the rose colored glasses too. It’s lovely to see that Larry recognizes that and loves Al for those reasons. There are several secondary characters that sometimes appreciate Al and sometimes think he’s not good enough for Larry. The two must navigate those potential pitfalls and their own insecurities to find happiness.

The story is masterfully written with a great balance of dialogue, tone, and pacing. There are numerous small touches throughout the story that add emotion and depth. In fact I almost cried during a particularly romantic part. The only setback could be that the story is told entirely to the reader instead of shown and you realize at the end that it’s Al relating the story of how he met the love of his life. That obviously didn’t phase me at all and I think the strength of the novella will definitely overcome any qualms readers may have. This is easily one of my favorite books of the year so far and urge everyone to get this.

Caveat Emptor — let the buyer beware…

Ryver is one of the many humans who owns a vampire. She purchased Theron for home security. When the magic charms keeping the vampires docile and subservient suddenly start failing, Theron goes from protector to threat. A nationwide, mandatory recall of all vampires is in effect. Ryver is ready to comply, but a night of passion spent in Theron’s arms changes her mind.

It’s only a matter of time before someone figures out Ryver and Theron’s secret. With the threat of mages bearing down on them, Ryver has to decide if she’s willing to give up her lover — or her freedom.

Guardian by day, lover by night, it’s the perfect arrangement… until you get caught. In the war against vampires humans seem to be winning, with the aid of magic, but what happens when the magic stops working? Charmed Lover is the first book in Zenobia Renquist’s new series Caveat Emptor. An amuse-bouche to stimulate the appetite, giving you just enough to make you want much more.

The premise of this series is fantastic, a vampire/human war in which the humans are winning, but by winning are they really losing? I love the arrogance of the humans for thinking that they can control vampires, turning them into mindless docile slaves, with no consequences. I don’t know if it was intentional or not but the vampires are employing a great strategy. They are ridding themselves of the less savory elements of their society, by weakening them and leaving them where the hunters can capture and enslave them. And the humans are playing right into their hands by inviting these vampires into their homes, so confident that their magic is infallible.

Not all the vampires that get captured are criminals, however. Some like Theron simply voice unpopular opinions, like the thought that humans and vampires can co-exist peacefully. Then again, for the vampire elders getting rid of those who threaten the status quo can be just as important, if not more so than getting rid of the criminal elements in their society.

For Theron, getting captured and subsequently bought by Ryver might just be the best thing that’s ever happened to him. More importantly, the effects of these supplements remain up to 36 hours offering long-lasting support for better performance in viagra buy online time of need. There are innumerable means available in mending sexual dysfunction; there is penis surgery- a pricey and painful procedure, through taking herbal supplements, pills and nutrients, similar to vitamin C and B-complex, plus massage, yoga and bodily viagra prices in usa icks.org remedy. Even before he broke through the charm, Ryver treated him well, using him more for someone to talk to than anything else. I find it interesting the Ryver was the first person to think of asking a vampire what their name is. It speaks to her nature, as well as the nature, the hubris’ of humans. Names have power and by taking away the vampires true names, it’s a more subtle way of removing the rest of their powers. Essentially the humans are trying to turn these powerful and dangerous predators into lap dogs, and then are shocked and ill prepared to deal with the fallout when vampires break free of the docility charm.

Ryver isn’t trying to dominate or oppress the vampires, she is simply trying to live her life as peacefully as possible. Her reason for buying Theron was for home protection, but I think it was more than that. Ryver just wanted someone to talk to, someone who wouldn’t judge her, someone who could see her for who she truly is, and Theron did. The docility charm might have prevented Theron from reacting, but he watched and learned and waited. While Theron was watching and waiting he fell for Ryver, seeing in her all the things that even she doesn’t see in herself. Of course when Theron does break free of his charm, he is through with watching and waiting, and is more than willing to show Ryver how special and beautiful she is. I love the games that Ryver and Theron play, now that he’s awake, the small little tortures that are good for the soul.

I look forward to reading the next book, as fun as Charmed Lover is it left so many things unanswered. I want to know how the vampires were able to break free of the docility charm, and why only a small number of them seem to able to do so. Why aren’t more vampires, and humans for that matter, trying to find a way to co-exist with out anyone being enslaved, or charmed?

The nights are long and hot, when you have a vampire lover who will do any and everything you ask. Charmed Lover is a fast paced and fun read, with enough intrigue to have you coming back for more.

Carolina “Carrie” Derosa had the hots for her boss, Drew Magellan, from the first day she went to work for him. Little did she know that Drew wanted her just as badly, but the same thing was holding them back—taboo on sex in the workplace.

When Drew’s friend, Linc Conover, drops into the office to see him after hours and they bump into Carrie on her way out, the sparks that fly from all three light up the hallway. It doesn’t take long before they adjourn to Drew’s condo and fall into a whirlpool of eroticism.

But no one expects jealousy to rear its ugly head. Who will come out on top in this ménage—so to speak?

Investment Broker Drew Magellan, a hot, sexy hunk, has it all… but wants only Carolina, the one woman he seems unable to impress. The gorgeous, blond Client Manager in his company doesn’t even seem to see him. But what he doesn’t know is that Carolina Derosa fantasizes about him all the time. She can’t get him out of her mind. It has been ages since she has had sex, and hot dreams about her boss just aren’t cutting it any more. She craves a real relationship.

Tall, classically handsome, Link Conover is just back after two years as a private contractor in the Middle East. He and Drew, long-time best friends, have always shared everything including their women and know each other well. Their motto being share and share alike, they have perfected the wonders and the finer points of menage over the years. Making a superior experience for the women they share is of the utmost in their goals. And they’ve succeeded expertly, always leaving happy, satisfied women who never forget the experience. Working late one night, Carrie is fantasizing about having hot sex with Drew. Then she literally runs into him with his friend, Link. After introductions, while riding the elevator down with them, both men come on to her. With the men both brushing up against her, she is aching with desire in no time. They invite her out for a drink and she accepts. During the drinks in the bar, sandwiched between the two men in the booth, it becomes clear that they are intent on much more. When Drew asks her to come up to his place with Link for one more drink, she knows just what they have in mind and she can’t resist. The woman is obviously faced with a major moment of truth: to take the risk and live to the fullest, or to always have to wonder what would have been.

Because Drew is breaking his strict rule not to get involved with his employees, I knew that more was going on here than a casual affair. I like how the author shows his surprise over his feelings of possessiveness and over the depth of the emotions he feels towards Carrie as the night goes on. His mind is made up before the evening’s end that he will find a way to have her to keep, if he can.

This sensual, arousing tale is blazing with intoxicating lust. The sexual action is intense, electrifying and at the same time sensitive and deliciously intimate. As hot as it is, it is also a romance unfolding in it’s first breathless moment of awareness. The ending is a delightful surprise. I recommend this sexy, fun story and will be reading more of Desiree Holt’s work myself soon.

Vivian’s characters have often talked to her in the past, but never like this. After an amazing, erotic dream, she wakes with bite marks on her neck. Has locking herself away with only her stories for company finally driven her mad or could Niall possibly be real?

What a fun premise! An author who literally speaks to her character in her mind. And, even better, it’s a character who feeds her an entire novel, line by line. If only it was that simple!

Vivian is pretty sure she’s going crazy. Not only is she talking to Niall, the sexy vampire protagonist of her latest novel, but she’s also having sex with him. Could something that real be a figment of her imagination?

I enjoyed reading about Vivian and Niall (oh, Niall of the sexy voice and strong, paranormal hands). Poor Vivian… she thinks she’s going crazy, but finally just gives in and enjoys her insanity. And, whoo! Some enjoyment! She lets herself go and have what she thinks is imaginary sex with a very skilled, super hot vampire. Mmmmm…

His hunger for her, though, on several levels is very clear. Palpable. He needs her and won’t take no for an answer, even when she’s determined to try to regain what sanity she has left.

The sex scenes were hot and numerous, though not as filled with sensory description as I might have liked. The acts were well-described, but felt a bit distant to me. I would have like to have more idea of exactly what Vivian was feeling, because holy cow was Niall smoking hot! I wish I could have felt every shiver, every tingle…what I wouldn’t have given to be wearing Vivian’s skin. Yum.

Still, I enjoyed this book and read it in one quick bite, never even contemplating putting it down. It sounds as though there might be a sequel, and that could be very, very interesting. Don’t worry, though. We get a happy, satisfying ending in this sexy short story.

Free of responsibility and provided with an independent income, Devon Ashford floats through life thinking only of where the next party might be. When a note orders Devon to present himself at Templeton, Crawford & Associates at noon on Wednesday, he’s curious enough and bored enough to follow the order.

He doesn’t know what to expect when he arrives, but it’s not to be told that on the stroke of twelve, he’ll belong to the stern man on the other side of the desk for exactly one hour. He doesn’t expect anyone to command him to strip for an inspection. Nor does he expect to follow the orders of a stranger. He certainly doesn’t imagine he could like doing that enough to go back for more.

Whatever he expects, Devon’s about to discover that what happens at the stroke of twelve could change the course of his life forever.

Sometimes a submissive only need a good dominant to bring the best out of him. That is something Mr. Templeton seems to bring out of Devon.

Another thing that stood out to me was having the date and time placed at the beginning of each chapter. It was really a nice touch, which allowed me to follow the story well. In the end I really valued the style and was astonished that an author was able to surprise me since it sometimes feels as if everything has already been done before.

This is a true BDSM relationship which I appreciated. Yes, sex and sexuality is at the basis of the relationship, but it is so much more than that. The emotional level that is reached within this story is one that I am sure most submissives and dominants seek. Devon really learned to anticipate his master’s needs and did what was necessary to get praise from his master, even if the praise was something small that only they could appreciate. I found it quite endearing and I cherished those moments as much as the characters.

With a unique writing style and a captivating story that displayed the characters perfectly, this story is one of the BDSM stories I have read that sets the bar for other authors.

Ever since an accident killed her parents and left her older sister with life-altering injuries, Leah Keenan’s life hasn’t been her own. The insurmountable medical bills force her to desperate action. The company she works for is large. Nobody would notice if she skimmed a few thousand here and there to pay outstanding bills, would they?

The complications Will Dannaker brings are more than Leah needs in her life. Posing as a management intern, he is placed in her care. He isn’t an intern; he’s a fraud specialist working undercover at his father’s company. When Will’s charm fails to penetrate Leah’s shields, he resorts to blackmail to make her go out with him.

As things grow serious between them, the embezzling spirals out of control. Six million dollars are missing—far more than Leah took—and all the evidence Will gathered points to Leah. Everything blows up when she is arrested, and Will is forced to fight his family to prove his love to Leah.

Desperation turned Leah Keenan turn to crime; a clever crime, perhaps a harmless, minor-ish crime. We might even sympathize, possibly even admire Leah’s decision. Nonetheless, it’s left her vulnerable to become a certain kind of victim herself.

Will Dannaker seems just as sympathetic, although of course he doesn’t know what she’s been driven to do, or does he? Will has his own agenda – over and above solving any crime. But we can see the ‘why’ behind his actions as well. Sadly – she can’t. Misdirection and miscommunication play a role here, both on purpose, and more subtly, sometimes not. Will is far from the classic hero…but he has his moments! It seems like somehow, things might indeed work out okay – then suddenly the true levels of the crime are revealed.

We readers are engaged from the first, mainly by the depth of Leah’s character. Her concerns for sister Cecelia, even the old “Forever in Blue Jeans” song, all feel so right and so incredibly, believably human. Ms. Ryan reveals a wonderful gift for setting the stage, welcoming the reader in, and making us feel right to home.

From the first, there is a sense that this is a story we’ll read and then peruse again later. That quick identification with the heroine, her challenges and even – oddly – the setting, bring us in close to the story.

So Will’s introduction is both nice…and awful. Their relationship progresses, wonderfully and … horribly. We hope for a certain resolution, we feel like we can perhaps predict it: but with the skill of an illusionist, Ms. Ryan keeps our eye on the romance, while the crime and the mystery evolve.

Secondary roles, friends like Anne, Dani, and others, are important parts of the whole, and Ms. Ryan never falls into using an easy stereotype. That said, there were a few too many of those distinct characters, and occasionally, they drew us away from what I really wanted to read. Necessary perhaps in terms of the crime, but some of that felt like clutter.

The best of Crimes of the Heart is the driving, determined romance at its heart . This story features solid characters, unpredictable action, a real, believable (and so timely) a mystery, and that subtle something more.

Extraordinary lives take place against a backdrop of ordinary; most anyone could find their work or home mirrored in these pages, pleasantly recognizable. Ms. Ryan’s writing style is straightforward, with just-enough description, action, and thought. This is a comfortable read with surprises — rather like finding a well-liked familiar dish, with some pleasantly new spices.
