Three’s a magic number in this steamy love triangle set in a British stately home. Alice Brown has just landed her dream job. Property manager at Davenport Manor, a British stately home. It’s only a nine-month contract to cover maternity leave, but it’s the boost up the career ladder she so desperately needs. Unfortunately, things don’t get off to the best start, when Alice finds her boss, Jeremy Davenport, in a compromising position. Far from being embarrassed by what’s happened, Jeremy turns things around on Alice and makes her out to be the one in the wrong. So when he and his best friend and head of security, Ethan Hayes, throw an ultimatum at her, she’s so stunned and confused that she goes along with their indecent proposal. When the dust settles and Alice has time to think about things, she realises that perhaps it isn’t such a bad thing. There are worse things she could be doing to advance her career, after all.

A romp in the countryside is perfect for spicing up a girls love life especially when not one but two men want in on the action!

Stately Pleasures follows the story of Alice, a graduate who has taken up a managerial job in an English stately home. She’s thrilled with her new role that will help her up the career ladder. But when she catches her boss Jeremy in a compromising position things get awkward. Even more so when his head of security Ethan joins in with the escapade and the two men give her an ultimatum she just can’t refuse. There’s a touch of blackmail going on here but…well, it all makes for a fun premise!

This is a face paced book – which suits me – with well rounded characters and a delicious ‘Downton Abbey’ setting! The sex scenes are hot but they take a while to get going making it believable, and then once they do, oh my goodness, ereader on fire time!

I liked the maze scene. I enjoyed the dialogue and banter between the three characters. The sex grew in intensity as did the characters feelings for one another. There’s lots to like in Stately Pleasures and I’ll certainly be reading more from Ms Felthouse who gets erotic romance just right – it hits the spot!

Sydney Tyler is renting a barn conversion in Northern France, planning to spend the fortnight getting some words down on her novel.

Unfortunately, construction work in the other half of the building puts an end to her peace and quiet. Genuinely upset that the builders are going to disturb her, the property’s handsome English owner, Harry Bay, offers to make it up to her. He’s a little flirtatious, and after spotting his wedding ring, Sydney keeps him at arm’s length. Sexy as he is, she has no intention of getting involved with a married man. But when Sydney learns the truth about Harry, will their mutual attraction spur them on to work through their emotional baggage and make this more than just a French affair?

A trip away can sometimes go horribly wrong and then go oh, so, deliciously right!

Sydney Tyler is renting a barn conversion in Northern France and looking forward to a few peaceful weeks of writing. She’s determined to completely immerse herself in the novel she has carefully plotted out. The trouble is – and isn’t this just what happens in real life? – she gets there and finds that seriously annoying builders are converting the barn next door! How can she possibly concentrate, let those characters talk to her, with all that banging and drilling going on?

The truth is she can’t, so when hunky – but apparently married – Harry Bay asks her if she’d like to spend some time enjoying peace and quiet at his house, how can she refuse? Ah, but it gets better rather than just working, why doesn’t she take a day trip to the most romantic city in the world with him, Paris? And is he married? Or has she jumped to the wrong conclusion after the bad experience she’s had?

I really enjoyed A French Affair and read it in one sitting. Ms Felthouse has a way of writing that is so perfectly real. Told from the heroine’s POV, all of her frustrations, fears, worries, delights, moments of ecstasy, are right there for a reader to enjoy as though they are there living in the moment. There is nothing wildly kinky or out there, this is a tale of two people, meeting, spending time together, becoming crazy with lust and then thinking of the future. Like I said, real.

I really liked Sydney, and could imagine her being my friend. I also really liked Harry, and he had layers to him that needed peeling back. He was sexy, considerate and also knew how to get it on when he needed to. He’s the sort of hero I like, very much, and I must admit, the mention of a little greying at the temples completely stole my heart!

If you like contemporary romance that is more than just sex – but has plenty of it – and has a story, and especially if you love France, then this might just be a book for you.

All her life, Rachel has been the good girl who does what she’s told and neglects her own needs. When she heads out to a club in order to finally let loose, she gets more than she ever bargained for in a handsome stranger and his twin brother.

But will even the wildest of one-night stands begin to satisfy any of them? Can Rachel, Aaron and Mark ever get enough?

This book was hot and steamy from the beginning with its opening in a nightclub and the twins spotting a lady they both are very attracted to. Rachel is a likeable character and when she heads home with both guys I found myself trying to figure out which one she might end up with. Was Mark the better match for her, or maybe Aaron?

As the story progresses, Ms. Richards, answers the question because both men seem right for her. The next question is will the twins be happy sharing Rachel with the other one? As is often typical with twins, the brothers are complete opposites. Mark is playful and easy-going where Aaron is more serious and sweet. I enjoyed the dynamics of the story and the way these three characters interacted.

I won’t give away any more of the plot but if you’re looking for a page turner in the erotic department this is certainly one to check out. It’s a non-stop romp that is also a fast read and perfect for ménage fans.
