One thing seemed to lead to another stranger thing or action. Laura meets one man who introduces her to his brother and than later in the story another brother is introduced to her and she does not even bat an eye. It seems it is just a given fact that she belongs to him as well. I have no problem with how many men she has, just with the way it happens.

These men are very domineering and make no exceptions; they are alpha males to the max. I enjoy alpha males very much but at times these men seemed to go overboard. Yet they love with their whole heart and will never let anything hurt the ones that they love. Roman, Daniel and Grant are each great men on their own and together they are a force to be reckoned with. Seeing their love for Laura made for a nice read. I also enjoyed meeting many of the other men and the brothers family. I loved their mother, she is a great character. Some characters like Laura’s ex were really just filler for me. It seemed that they were there just to tie up lose ends. Laura and her friend are both strong women and can hold their own against such strong alpha men. I also enjoyed the fact that these women were not tiny and the so called perfect size and such that woman are portrayed as a lot in society and literature.

As the story progresses I found I started to think that Laura’s story just got stranger and stranger and wondered what would come next. This is a fast paced story and the twists and turns in it did pique my interest enough to wonder if it is a start to a series or connected to others from this author and will have me searching for more from this author in the future to see.

The characters were good, and while it might have helped if they had been filled out a bit more, all of them were likable.

That Carlos takes the time to find out exactly what Thomas wants, even if it means putting this fantasy off until another time, really made me like him even more than I already did.

The best thing about this short story is that it doesn’t focus on the sexual aspect as much as it does the relationship between the three men. Jimmy really opens up and tells the other two something very personal and hurtful, bringing them all closer emotionally than they could ever be physically. This is the kind of thing that I need in my stories, no matter what the genre. Sweet, sexy, and satisfying on so many levels, The Out of Towner is an enjoyable read that left me smiling. The very last scene in the book made me hopeful that there might someday be more to this story. If not? Well, then the reader can at least be happy with what could be.

The love scenes blended perfectly with the other subplot, and the transitions between the sexy romps and Beatrice’s personal development were smooth. I don’t know if the author has any intention of turning this into a series, but I’d be interesting in checking out the sequel if she does.

There was some humor in this one when the men went all he-man alpha male to impress Sky and it had the opposite affect. Seriously, it didn’t go over big with Sky. But they know what she hasn’t accepted…yet. On a world where women are coming up missing and telling the good guy from the bad isn’t as easy as it might seem, Sky will have to be careful. On that same note though, Sky isn’t helpless. Not even close. Did I mention the spunk? This girl is fierce!

The heroes weren’t hard to read about either. Alien warriors, alpha male to a fault and they share. The chemistry is heavy between Jaxt and Zoen. They’re bonded and I could feel their connection in the looks and touches.

There was a nice hot scene with a knife. I loved it!! A few other scenes were just as hot and well written. My next book in the science fiction world will be Proposition, the 3rd book in this series. I hope she chooses to really go deeper into the characters and the whole back story of Earth’s demise over the next book or so. This one was fast paced, almost too fast in areas that glossed over opportunity to insert details. Still, it was a good read in that it kept the story progressing from the first book and had me yearning for more. So, yes and yes, I’d recommend it and I enjoyed it. Props to you Ms. Leaf.

The story line along with the characters interaction with each other just made this a fun read. The hot scenes were an added plus. The way the author came up with the “demon” parts was wow… interesting, loved it!

Watching how quickly the characters melded together for each other was enjoyable. It’s what made me really like the book. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a sweet sci-fi love story with some serious heat.

Even more so when his head of security Ethan joins in with the escapade and the two men give her an ultimatum she just can’t refuse. There’s a touch of blackmail going on here but…well, it all makes for a fun premise!

This is a face paced book – which suits me – with well rounded characters and a delicious ‘Downton Abbey’ setting! The sex scenes are hot but they take a while to get going making it believable, and then once they do, oh my goodness, ereader on fire time!

I liked the maze scene. I enjoyed the dialogue and banter between the three characters. The sex grew in intensity as did the characters feelings for one another. There’s lots to like in Stately Pleasures and I’ll certainly be reading more from Ms Felthouse who gets erotic romance just right – it hits the spot!

It’s nicely written, I liked the quirkiness of the heroine and of course the deliciousness of the two heroes and certainly no details are left out when it comes to the bedroom scenes.

It’s not a long involved plot, it won’t pass a lazy, hot, sunny afternoon on the beach, but if you want a little raunchy ménage a trois on your coffee break, you won’t go far wrong with Summer Job, Summer Love.
