The secrets they shared could bind them together forever…or tear them apart indefinitely.

Two years ago, Brock’s single goal was to rid the world of the creatures that haunt the night as one of the most reliable vampire slayers in the world. But problems arise after a night of passion with a vampire named Dakota he couldn’t seem to get enough of.

Later, Brock’s current case turns personal and Dakota is the only one who can help him. They’d helped each other over the years, paying in sex and carnal deeds, but this time Dakota requested more – a lifetime together – something Brock wasn’t sure he could agree to.

The secrets they share bring out a dark side of the world in which they live, and soon the two men find themselves engulfed in a war with their own kind. They have to trust each other to survive. Can they put away their stubborn pride and look past their lust to see that possibly, their love is meant to last forever?

Lexie Davis creates an interesting conflict in her short story Forever Yours. While the idea is not new, having been explored in such books as Jeaniene Frost’s Huntress series among others, there’s still a lot of life in the idea of hunter and hunted falling in love. In this offering, however, the protagonists are both male. Some aspects of homophobia come into play, though to my mind the motivations for the taboo on vampires to be gay is not explored at all. Though the story is perhaps too short for it to go there, the fact remains that it leaves the reader with questions which might have been better answered. A problem in the viagra cialis india manner our body uses or makes insulin causes diabetes. A child with parents addicted to alcohol viagra canada considers drinking as a natural and accepted behavior. Saw Palmetto Berry which is extracted from frankincense is considered viagra from canadian pharmacies as the king of oils. Kamagra jelly is a soft drug and is recommended for the order cialis canada beginners of Kamagra users. This could be explained by the fact that the title seems to be part of a series.

While the characters were appealing and sexy, I felt the story developed with some jerks. Descriptions could, in some places, have been richer, I felt uninvolved with some of the scenes. It didn’t engage me as easily and fully as I would have liked. The sex scenes were nice, but here again (I’ve had the same problem with a few recent stories) I have to ask whether the story deserves the classification of erotica. Probably, but it’s on the lower end of the heat scale. Either that or I need some serious therapy.

Editing is always a question where e-books are concerned: in this case, Total E-Bound has done a great job, and should be commended for this. There was some odd use of language here and there, but nothing to make my inner editor have fainting fits. All in all not a bad job.

Jaelynn-Sue Murphy has a dilemma and less than a week to find the solution. Little does she realize her answer is dancing in front of her, clad in drool-worthy Wranglers and cowboy boots, doing a bump and grind that sends her hormones on a bucking ride to Happy Land.

Teaching line dancing to a barroom of eager couples isn’t the way Logan Cartwright planned to spend his evenings. An ailing father, family obligations at the ranch, and a failed engagement landed him on the dance floor at the Double Horn Saloon. Funny thing is he enjoys the hell out of it! He has a real talent for taking old line dancing favorites, sexing them up, and turning them hot, hot, hot. When his dream cowgirl saunters into Sunset, his brain conjures up all sorts of lessons he can’t wait to teach her, including how to stay in his life forever.

Jaelynn Sue Murphy was only in town for the rodeo, in the bar to relax and Logan Cartwright was there as the dancing teacher. She was chasing her dreams on the rodeo circuit and Logan had given his up a long time ago. Human beings depend on food for their order tadalafil sustenance. Will these two just be ships passing in the night or will they be able to work out how to make a relationship work when one of them has the family farm to run and the other the rodeo to chase?

This is the second book in Ms Ramagos’ series Sunset Cowboys. Though part of a series, this book can be read as a stand-alone book. I liked the story of Jaelynn and Logan – it was a cute twist to have the female being the one roaming the country in the rodeo and the guy on the family farm, but at only 80 pages it left me wanting a whole lot more.

The characters jumped straight into a relationship, which is fine, but from then on, it all went too quickly and too well for them. The only bit of angst came at the end of the story and then that was so quickly resolved that the whole thing felt a little bit too pat for my taste!

It was a sound story but as I said I wanted a whole lot more in the way of story development and also character development – there were so many aspects of the characters and their lives that should have been explored that weren’t, that would have added that extra, needed depth to the story.

Despite this, Ms. Ramagos is a favourite author of mine and anything with her name on it is a must read for me. If you are looking for a short but spicy tale of a cowboy romance, then this one is for you.

Prince of Servitude takes place in a mythical kingdom where a beautiful prince named Tristen finds he is attracted to his best friend Dinas. Unfortunately in the land of Brandywine men having sex with other men is illegal. Not only does Tristen love men, he loves to be bound and helpless during the act. Tristen lets go his inhibitions when he is held captive by an enemy army.

Can his beloved Dinas save Tristen from being held prisoner, preventing Tristen from inheriting the throne? Or will the sexual freedom Tristen has discovered stop him from living his legacy. Through love and loyalty Tristen just might find he can have his crown and his true love as well.

This novel is a “fractured” fairy tale, yet it echoes the reality of our own country’s inequality of laws regarding same sex couples from state to state. There is an intentional underlying irony to this work of fiction.

A young Prince in distress is certainly a different take on the fairy tale. Tristen the Fair does have plenty of distress thrown his way, from his dysfunctional parents to his captivity in the hands of a non-too-stable neighboring King. His beloved childhood friend, Dinas, fills the traditional hero role here quite well, the one usually reserved for the handsome Prince, as he tries to save Tristen from everyone around him and from his own tortured thoughts.

I’m a fan of Hauser’s contemporary novels. The plot and dialogue flow naturally and the characters are nearly always engaging. It must be mentioned here that Online Driver ED has become a very popular concept free viagra no prescription these days. The writing style Ms. Hauser has adopted here is obviously meant to evoke the fairy tale and its more formal cadences. Unfortunately, much of the interaction between characters struck me as stiff and kept me at a distance. I found myself unable to reach that point of suspension of disbelief necessary for immersion in a fantasy story. Small inconsistencies of character here and there caused some distraction as well. Tristen has been so sheltered, has remained so sexually innocent, he is unable to imagine masturbation, and yet, a few pages before, he had fantasies of being ravished by his mother’s door guard.

The story is at its best during the scenes between Tristen and Dinas, some achingly sweet, some vividly heated. Dinas’ devotion, even though he is certain Tristen can never truly be his, is a poignant note in an otherwise surface level tale. The scenes between Tristen and his guards are blazing hot in a purely carnal way, but are written with imagination and some interesting twists.

All told, this is a light, fun read, enjoyed best if not taken too seriously. It is a fairy tale, after all.

When he succumbs to passion and makes love with her, he knows she iis the one he wants to grow old with. Before he leaves for Florida, he gives her his promise. He will be back.

She tried to ignore him…

Cara Saint Regis is devastated when Lucas, her best friend’s brother and the man she believes will come back for her arrives in the cabin with his high school sweetheart instead. Worse, she catches them French kissing. A few days before Christmas, Cara’s heartache turns into a blinding jealousy and anger—but deep inside her heart, her love and desire remains strong and true.

Will love, passion, and the spirit of holidays help them reunite in time to celebrate Christmas?

Being around Cara is a test.. Her nearness inflames his desire. Their closeness reminds him of what he’s been missing—her touch, smile, and her kisses. He misses her. Lucas wonders if his burning need to be with her again can wait until Christmas Eve to answer the wish she wrote on the paper and hung on the Christmas tree—a wicked night before Christmas.

Wicked Night Before Christmas is a story that combines sexual heart, emotion, and a dash of suspense.

Close friends, Lucas and Cara, made love a month ago. Lucas left their bed for a DEA assignment in Florida with the promise to contact Cara afterward. When he never calls, and she learns he is dating a well-known beauty queen, she is heartbroken. Now, he’s back home for Christmas, and he’s got the beautiful woman draped on his arm. Lucas fell in love with Cara a long time ago, and after making love to her, knows she’s the one woman for him. Being called away on assignment comes at a terrible time, but he plans to tell Cara how he feels as soon as the mission is complete. Hurt doesn’t even begin to describe what he experiences when he discovers she’s not only moved on, but she began seeing someone else shortly after his departure. When he arrives home, he’s dumbfounded by her behavior and attitude. What does she have to be angry about? He’s the one that with the broken heart.

From the start, you’ll feel Cara’s pain. The man she loves has returned with another woman, and to make matters worse, he’s openly affectionate with her. Through flashbacks, she relives their shared moments together, and in the doing, you’ll experience her love for Lucas and misery at his blatant rejection. What she doesn’t know is Lucas isn’t telling her everything. When perspectives are reversed, and you learn how Lucas was equally misinformed, you’ll ache for him equally as much.

Though this premise has been used before, it works nonetheless. Betrayal from outside forces is always a great catalyst to separate, and consequently reunite, protagonists. Ms. O’Malley writes the emotional scenes beautifully, and really allows the reader to get into the mind of her characters. A minor criticism would be that a large portion of Lucas and Cara’s relationship is shared via flashback, and I would have liked to have had more time with them in the present. But even still, it works, and helps you understand – and relate – to them on a deeper level.

This is the kind of story you’ll enjoy if you’re looking for something hot, yet endearing, to read on a cold winter’s night. Settle in with a piping mug of cocoa, a snuggly blanket, and you’ll be set.

Peter’s a good cop in love with a bad man. Or a bad vampire, now. Watching Adam die was the worst thing he could imagine. Until he woke up. Now their relationship’s in crisis. Adam’s in the middle of a vampire enclave at the center of Los Angeles motorcycle clubs and Peter just can’t hack it.

Adam thinks he’s fine with that. He’s a commitment-phobe. But he’s about to discover, immortality is seriously the suck.

Immortality Is The Suck is a hold-on-to-the-edge-of-your-seat erotic/urban fantasy mesh up that takes you on one hell of a ride. Mechanism of action : Penile erection is caused by the deeprootsmag.org discount pharmacy viagra engorgement of the penis with blood. Riley has created a world in which vampires are attempting to rise to power via the use of biker gangs, only one of the newly turned isn’t so happy about his foray into the afterlife.

The voice of the story belongs to our hero, Adam. He’s brash, unapologetic, and shoots straight from the hip. He’s also selfish, unable to commit to anything aside from a chemical substance he can replace, and addresses most of his issues by cutting them off at the oxygen supply. If you want a sympathetic hero – hell, even a likable one – you’re probably not going to care for Adam much. There are times when you’ll adore him, and then others when you’ll hate him, especially when it comes to his treatment of his on and off again lover, Peter.

To be honest, I don’t think I’ve ever wished the love interest in a story would tell the main protagonist to take a hike, but I did so on more than once during the reading of Immortality Is The Suck. Adam, by his own admission, is “not a nice man”, but his casual disregard when it came to sexual safety and Peter’s feelings (while he was sleeping with other, sometimes random, men) was rather icky. He’s promiscuous, and though he doesn’t exactly lie about it, he doesn’t come clean unless asked directly. You know the lone neighborhood Tomcat who impregnates all of the cats in the area? Adam would fall into that category. To be fair, the material isn’t written to place Adam on a pedestal, or to make him into someone he isn’t. But as a reviewer, I felt it was only fair to warn that if you’re in the mood for romance, you’re not going to find much of it here.

As for the story itself, you won’t hear a complaint from this girl! The entire whodunit will keep you guessing, and the writing is spin-on-a-dime sharp. While Adam might have grated on the nerves in the romantic aspects of the story, he is incredibly entertaining and hilarious when he’s in his smart-ass element. The tongue-in-cheek inner dialogue had me snorting, while the situations he finds himself in keep getting better and better.

Romantics might not dig this story, but urban fantasy fans (especially those with a love of a first person narrative), and those with an adoration for snark will gobble this one up and ask for seconds. Definitely worth the read, be sure to check out Immortality Is The Suck.

Slippery when wet…

Forces of Nature, Book 1

From her first kiss to her first sight of dolphins dancing on the waves, Alexia Colten has always held a special place in her heart for Jaffrey’s Cove. Now that she’s back to help her grandmother settle into a home, she discovers this place has lost none of its remembered magic. In fact, it seems more magical than before—and more erotic.

After she’s gifted with a beautiful, dolphin-etched medallion, she finds herself surrounded by the golden boys of summers past. Her body is filled with longings she can’t explain and dreams of blue lights that turn into lovers.

Joshua Marley and his cousin Anthony are merfolk, a people capable of living beneath the waves as either dolphin or human. Alexia holds the medallion that marks her as the next in line to lead their people—if she can prove she can transform. Working in tandem, they’re sure they can arouse her passion and protect her from those who would use her simply to gain power.

But their strength alone may not be enough to help her face the challenge of her new position…

Ever felt out of place in the one place you felt you belonged? Ever wanted to be someone else, but you weren’t sure who? Want some scorching hot sex thrown in for fun? Then you need to read Tidal Wave. It’ll blow you away.

Mermen are real. Sounds crazy, right? They take the form of dolphins. It’s true. That’s how Alexia feels.

Vivian Arend writes an interesting novella. Her characters are fun, but not without their unique quirks that make them accessible to the reader. The pacing keeps the reader involved throughout the story, although I felt that the antagonist could’ve had a stronger position in the story. I almost felt like his identity stayed around to provide an irritation, but didn’t get a chance to have his final, climactic say.

Now, I must say there is a lot of sex in this story. Sex is what helps pass the chemicals for transforming from person to person. Multiple lovers are accepted in order to keep the matriarch happy. And, reading about a powerful matriarch instead of a patriarch added a special something to the story. But, I felt that Alexia flip-flopped in her love for the men and I found it confusing as to who the true hero was.

Two men. One passion. No choice.

A Men in Space story.

Captain Rick Raine got more than he bargained for when he agreed to take on a brash young man as a crewmember along with contraband cargo. Karl’s spirit intrigues him, but he didn’t sign up for battling privateers, the United Planetary Alliance—or his traitorous body’s response. Especially to a naïve kid who cheats at holo poker and knows a whole lot more than he should.

Deep in the heart of enemy space, Karl’s goal, to rescue the woman who saved him from a life of sexual servitude, is finally close enough to touch. Unfortunately, so is Captain Raine, who becomes erotic poetry in motion when he pilots the ship. Raine’s an honest thief, but Karl can’t trust him with UPA secrets that could get them both killed.

But when Karl signed on for this mission, no one told him to hang on to his heart…

Beyond Meridian is a fun action/adventure story that uses classic themes to familiarize readers. Here the United Planetary Alliance is at war with the Confederacy. The Confederacy promotes slavery and uses slaves a main workforce without payment, identity, or care. The UPA is trying to stop the Confederacy and there are a number of neutral planets in between the two. Karl’s friend is a slave on a Confed planet and he’s trying to save her. This plot is rather basic and familiar, offering nothing especially new or innovative to the concept. Fans of the genre will have read the basics of this story many times before and even the hints of artificial intelligence, which well used, are not especially ground breaking or fresh. However, the writing is fun and entertaining and the men are interesting so the book skims along without many problems. However, Palmers graduates rejected his theory and competing schools were opened which included mainstream diagnosis that included spinal manipulation and other forms of therapy such as stretching exercises browse around that cialis canadian generic and massage. These reflux diseases are the situational dysfunctions created when the digestive enzymes don’t exist in the proper balance, a levitra cialis viagra problem exists which prevents foods from getting into the intestinal tract. But, a combined treatment plan is required to eliminate cardiovascular disorders and sildenafil 100mg price ED. To learn more about how to low cost viagra reverse ED post prostate treatment, consult a doctor. The action is almost non-stop from pirates to raids to space battles and narrow escapes, which makes the book incredibly fast to read.

The characters are good, although they tread heavily on stereotypes. The captain Raine is a classic space rogue, having sex with men and women in each port. He is attracted to the youthful innocence of Karl, a good boy with a sketchy past. Their chemistry is immediate, although the sex doesn’t take place until much later in the book. The tension and flirting is kept high and the action keeps the book moving. The ending is somewhat overly dramatic, but as a space story, I expected some outrageous heroics. The final connection between the men gives a strong happy ending but the resolution felt forced and unbelievable. Yet the romance between the two should help smooth over any rocky moments at the end.

Overall, this is a quick and entertaining offering in a genre littered with familiar themes. There is nothing that will cause hard core science fiction fans to sit up and take notice, but nothing that will turn them away either. The men are definite eye candy and the sex scenes are pretty hot. Karl’s idealism makes a nice contrast to Raine’s world weary cynicism and the classic themes will be enjoyable to many readers. Romance fans looking for a light anthology about hot men set in space should check out Samhain’s trio of space stories.

Wilderness girl is a sweet, pleasant, nature loving tale. Almost from page one I could not wipe the smile from my face. Page five is accurately described by the main protagonist, Dana, as “Oh my God”. The second encounter between the characters was also fantastic. I particularly loved the way Ms. Masters depicted the flirting and the teasing between the characters. The descriptions both character wise and sexually are also initially quite well done. Initially only because towards the end of the tale they seem to get a bit sloppy and only graze over the object of description. This occurs mainly with the sexual descriptions, Masters easily conveys the meaning of urgency the characters transmit, but not the feeling of going slow, that should be patent towards the end.

A little something that surprisingly enough I found unique is the condom use. Sometimes, romance tends to forget that needed aspect of real life, but Wilderness Girl doesn’t and it only gives the story a closer appeal; as if encountering someone like that could happen to anyone.

Wilderness girl is a nice read to feel free of the daily city oppressions.

But if the intention is to titillate and to scandalize, then these stories fit the bill. If you want soft and sensual, you might want to look elsewhere.

In Mirror, we have the story of Snow White if she was truly a witch and attracted to the evil witch. This is an interesting spin on the sweet story we know from childhood. I liked seeing Snow White for the woman she may have been and I liked seeing the HEA she ends up with.

After the Hunt shows that a platonic love between a man and a woman can be enough if the woman and another woman are in love. I liked the mind games and physicality of this story. The alpha is the woman and it’s interesting and different. I think this was my favorite of the collection.
