Lauren is a wonderful character. She wants both men, but rationalizes it away, at least at first. I enjoyed watching her open up, first to Sean’s sisters, and then to Sean and Chad about what she wants and needs in her life. She is intelligent, and determined to get what she wants. I enjoyed watching her grow into her sexuality, and I liked watching her surprise at experiences she discovered were enjoyable to her.

Sean is the baby of the family, and has watched his siblings each find happiness with their mates. But he is a realist as well, and knows that he has a darker side to him, one that tends toward Domination and being in control. He also has tried to erase feelings for his best friend, feelings he acted on once, years ago, and that weren’t returned. Now he is content to be just friends with Chad.

Chad is the conflicted one. Smart and determined to succeed, he can’t come to terms with his feelings for his best friend’s girl. Especially when it comes out that she has feelings for him too. He is the one who tries to leave, and I cried at the emotions his confusion and suffering created.

Any Given Sunday is a fantastic reading experience, and it will make you laugh with the characters and the fun they have. It will also draw you in to the story and make you cry at the decisions they make along the way to the very wonderful and totally unorthodox happy ever after for all three of the characters. My advice for this one is to turn the fan on high, and keep the tissues handy.

I loved this story right from the start. Each of the three main characters endears themselves to the reader. Dali is a strong woman who can stand on her own two feet and knows what she wants. Even though Gage and Rex are werewolves and must explain this to Dali, most of this story is based around the feelings that they begin to have for one another and the trust that must be earned. The feelings that the three have for each other are so intense that they burn up the pages and the love that Gage and Rex have for Dali is so wonderful that I could not help but root for them and hope that Dali listened to her heart in the end and forgave them.

Diana DeRicci writes a wonderful story full of love and trust. The characters are full of depth and emotion making this a book that I could not put down. I will definitely be looking for more from this author in the future.

Charlie, Ben, and Wyatt Cantrell are more than brothers, they are obviously best friends. This is a close knit family along with their cousins Eric and Max. As a reader and a woman, I had to admire their devotion and connection. Even though Anna is initially intimidated by the brothers, their easy manner and persistence pays off! I was first introduced to her writings when I read Were She Belongs. My only complaint isn’t really a complaint but more like a hopeful request! In For The Love Of Anna, we are introduced to secondary characters Stacy, Eric and Max who are in a ménage relationship as well. I NEED to read their story! So, please Ms. Dwyer, don’t leave us hanging to long!! Until then, though, do yourself a favor and pick up a copy of Anna’s story. You will be glad you did.

Author Jenika Snow skillfully penned a believable story about three friends who slowly become more. Too often, we see stories where they just leap into bed without a second thought and that always feels a bit false. You won’t get sex in the first few chapters… instead you’ll read about a relationship, the relationship between Lilly and Tallinn, Lilly and Riley, Tallinn and Riley and the three together. There are multiple dynamics here, and they’re all addressed in a realistic way.

I thoroughly enjoyed this story that touched my heart long before it touched my libido. But don’t assume that means there wasn’t plenty of steam! Once things started, whoo!, even a fan on high wouldn’t cool me off. The author not only addressed the emotional dynamics between each set and then the three together, but the sexual ones as well. Each of the men is very different in how they handle Lilly, and though they aren’t entirely thrilled with having to share, they understand that the love between them is between them – all three of them. After dousing my head in cold water, I gave a sigh at the end, especially when reading the epilogue, which was touching and added a wonderful sense of togetherness.

If you want a story that’s romantic, real and oh-so hot, then Lilly’s Surrender is the perfect choice. I highly recommend it.

The only thing I didn’t like was how it ended but I guess it does make a nice ending to the first book and a good beginning for the next book. So I will be adding Lola Newmar to my wish list so I can keep up with the series.

Ms. Blaine has penned a very in-depth and layered plot that kept me constantly trying to guess her next move. This is not your typical ménage storyline where the heroine automatically falls madly in love with all the heroes involved. While Paige doesn’t reject any of the men outright, she has a deeper and more obvious connection with two of the men. I won’t give away which two she ends up favoring, partially because that would be a spoiler but also because I don’t want the reader to not appreciate what she has with the other men involved.

If you like a heroine who has been put through the wringer and came out tougher and more self-sufficient on the other side, you will love Paige Lambert aka Jillian Carpasia. She lived in an abusive relationship and has finally broken away and is simply trying to live quietly as the owner of a bed and breakfast on Jekyll Island. Just as an aside, I really loved the setting of Jekyll Island. There’s history and beauty there that seems almost out of place until you remember how close you are to the Georgia coast.

Like Paige, the men in this story are each unique and captivating characters. Ms. Blaine obviously put in some real time and effort for the sake of accuracy. I loved the ending of the story and as such I will likely go back and re-read it for a better understanding.

Do yourself a favor and pick up a copy of Breakfast By The Sea. This novel is packed with plenty of action, tension, personal growth and some steamy hotness that had me reaching for a fan.

No, I will not tell you how gorgeous so and so was or how humorous that character was, because I would be writing for days. I will say that this is the first story in the series and I better see much more of each and every one of these characters.

There is a forced seduction scene in this story, but it does not involve the main characters and it is very brief, but is mentioned throughout the story. I labeled this story voyeurism because lust demons don’t care about who watches them while in the throes of passion. Also, a better part of the story takes place in a sex club were people watch sexual activities regularly.
