One day she’d be his.

Almost a decade ago, Marcus Grimes worked as a bodyguard to a man who didn’t deserve the woman he’d had. When she finally left, Marcus vowed to eventually find her and make her his.

The time is now.

Marcus runs into Gabi at a BDSM club, indulging in a different partner every week but never really exploring beyond the mere superficial. She doesn’t remember him, and he convinces her to give him a chance.

All she has to do is open.

After leaving an abusive relationship, Gabi moved cities and reinvented herself. Now, she’s confident and capable of playing with any Dom she sees fit without compromising herself or her emotions.

Until she meets Marcus Grimes.

There is something familiar about him, which should have stopped her, but instead spurs her on, and before she realizes it, Marcus is not only opening her body to his exploration, he’s also delving into her heart.

However, when their mutual past comes to light and everything she’s fought for during the last eight years is jeopardized, will she close herself off again or will she give love an opportunity?

Marcus had known Gabi many years ago. When he bumps into her at a BDSM club he finds that the young, vulnerable woman he had known had grown up into a sleek and savvy adult. Gabi was open to trying pretty much anything, but she never went back to the same Dom more than once. Marcus was determined to be the one to change that.

This is a sexy and interesting short story. I enjoyed how Gabi and Marcus had a history but that instead of it being weighty and acting like baggage between them it acted more like incentive for Marcus to be possessive and protective of Gabi. The plot between them felt fresh to me and not contrived – I liked how Gabi took a while to recognize Marcus from their short interaction a number of years ago as this added a bit of tension to the plot that gave it a boost to my mind.

There’s a lot of sizzle between Gabi and Marcus. Personally, I found the tug of control between them – Marcus being a Dominant and Gabi being very well-versed in the lifestyle and trapping of the BDSM world – interesting and an excellent plot throughout the whole story. The depth of Gabi’s knowledge though, and her experience in knowing exactly how to (nicely) manipulate Doms to do what she wants without making it appear so might not be a comfortable read for everyone. I enjoyed this very different viewpoint and enjoyed the story for it – but Gabi is not at all like your average submissive and the tension and struggle between her and Marcus mightn’t be to everyone’s tastes.

I also personally really enjoyed that they didn’t jump right into bed. A very large part of Gabi’s power was her willingness to submit in scenes and use her body to get what she wanted. Note Gabi didn’t often use her body sexually, but the power and pull of her submission and allure to men. Had she and Marcus jumped quickly into bed I feel Gabi could have easily buttonholed Marcus in with all the other Doms she’d been with and their relationship wouldn’t have ever got off the ground in a realistic manner. So I was glad that while there was plenty of sexual chemistry and tension, it was only in the latter half of the story that they became intimate. The sex, when they got there, was hot and explicit and I felt just kinky enough to appeal to readers who enjoy some BDSM in their erotica.

A different and interesting read, I enjoyed this story.

Dolyn Kemmerly has found his destined mates. Unfortunately, they are more human than dragonblood. While his inner beast longs for them, his male stubbornness insists there have to be mates more worthy of his royal bloodline.

Due to Ashley O’Connor’s traumatic past, only the painful slap of a Dom’s toys can help her find release. A celibate sub, she’s never ached for a man’s tender touch—until a mysterious stranger follows her into her Master’s club.

When Ashley suddenly lifts one of her hard limits, Giovanni DiLoreto, her sex-therapist recommended Dom, is finally allowed to touch the flesh he’s been lusting to caress. Doing so, however, earns him a bloody nose by a hot-as-fuck stranger. Master Vanni has never touched a dick in pleasure, but the sudden desire to dominate the newcomer—while Ashley watches—consumes him.

Dolyn’s ancestors might accept Vanni for the heart of the dragon inside him, but it will take Dolyn’s complete submission to Vanni as his alpha to help Ashley heal and unlock the destiny awaiting them all.

If it mentions Dragons, then I’m hooked! This one has dragons AND a menage! Sounds good to me!

Written from three different perspectives, we quickly get into the story. Dolyn is our dragon, and has a superiority complex. After all, he IS one of only two full-blooded dragons left. Ashley is our main female, scarred and scared from her past. And Vanni is other point of the triangle. A Dom in his own right, and definitely not prepared to ‘submit’ to anyone. By the way, he has a bigger superiority complex than Dolyn!

This story is hot! from the word go, but there are difficulties for our tremendous trio. I found two of them (either A & V, or A & D) had a connection, but not V & D. This meant that I found parts of it… lacking, for want of a better word. I can understand Dolyn’s complex, but Vanni’s? I don’t know. It just didn’t meld for me quite as much as other readers. Yes, you get your HEA because Dolyn has an epiphany, but it just didn’t quite do it for me.

Although very well written, there were some errors that I picked up on as I read, although they were only small. The world-building was good, the characters were (mostly) great, and I would definitely delve into their world again. If you’re after a hot, steamy read, then I can absolutely recommend this.

A killer at a small-town literary festival. Bumbling drug dealers. A kidnapped cat. Starting a romance among all this chaos might be the death of them.

Michael Fleishman is excited to meet his favorite mystery writer, Russell Withingham, at Lacetown’s Literary Fest. He is not expecting to cross paths with sexy hairdresser Jasper “Jazz” Dilworth—or become embroiled in a real-life mystery. As Lacetown’s only mortician and the county coroner, Michael is called to his first murder scene and is shocked to recognize the victim—Russell’s young lover.

Jazz only wanted to confront his ex, Russell, over his cheating. Instead, he meets the adorably awkward Michael and becomes a murder suspect. Soon Jazz is teaming up with Michael to clear his name. Along the way, they are helped and hindered by Michael’s sassy assistant, Kitty, the grumpy Sheriff Musgrave, Russell’s creepy PR rep, Norbert, and Michael’s lothario grandfather, who likes his manhattans strong and his women saucy. And of course, Mr. Pickles Furryton the Third….

All these herbs in right dosage play a vital role to increase sperm count. super cialis Just follow 50mg generic viagra the above tips, and enjoy the road to other martial arts and how to really make them work. I love every single character in this book; they are fun and hexcentric, yet they can solve two different crimes. Michael is the typical nerd; interpersonal skills are almost nil, and he feels nervous every time he talks to Jazz. Jazz is incredibly sweet to him; he knows Michael is special, and their attraction is immediate. Both dance around each other awkwardly and I can’t help but feel sorry for them, since it seems that every time they go out on a date, something happens to interrupt it. My favorite example is when they are going out to lunch and Michael’s grandfather invites himself to their table. If that wasn’t bad enough, they notice a group of gulls fighting over something and the object lands in Jazz and Michael’s guacamole. It turns out to be a finger.

Michael and Jazz clash a lot with the local sheriff, partly because he speaks about their relationship in a crass manner. It is rather amusing to see how the three act around each other.

Jazz is very supportive of Michael, and Michael still has a hard time believing that Jazz is not going to freak out about his work. He has been hurt several times because of this. A perfect example of Jazz’s compassion and love for Michael is when Mr. Pickles is catnapped. Michael loved that cat like he is a member of his family and finds it hard to go through his day. Jazz and Michael’s assistant Ezra look everywhere while Michael works. Yet when Michael plays his voicemail he learns that the drug runners have catnapped Mr. Pickles.

All three men are worried about the case, the clues and persons of interest are many and they are worried another body will turn up. Poor Jazz had to suffer a lot of suspicion because he is new to the town and he had a relationship with Russell and Dylan.

I had to laugh at how awkward Michael is at the beginning of their relationship and how Jazz tries to put him at ease. When they go on a date on the boardwalk, they play truth or dare to learn more about each other. One of the dares was for the two of them to get a picture of them as if they were on a book cover. Jazz suggested the bodice ripper which makes Michael blush.

The lust for each other is always with them. They both suffer erections at the worst of times and their minds come up with all sorts of kinky images. When they do make love, the fireworks between them surprises Jazz. He didn’t think Michael would be such a lion in bed.

I won’t give the ending away but is not what I expected, that is for sure. I hope there will be more books in this series. I love the characters and the plot is well developed. I want to see how their relationship develops, and maybe see if other characters find love along the way. It’s a fun and witty novel for those that like a little heat in their mystery.

But Aiden unleashes more than just dreams and the nightmares keeping James awake remind him exactly why he vowed to never submit to love again.

Unable to escape Aiden and his own desires, James has to decide whether a second chance at happiness might be worth the risk. And the pain.

James loved his work at a boarding kennel, finding peace and companionship with the dogs. But it’s a large, enthusiastic husky and his sexy blonde owner who James finds himself tongue-tied over lately. James is a bit intimidated by just how much he wants Aiden though, but soon their desire will outweigh their caution.

I found this to be a fun and surprisingly happy story. I wasn’t too certain on the coincidence of just how many aspects of Aiden and James’ lives intersected at the same time – virtually forcing the two men to confront their mutual feelings for each other – but it certainly helped move the plot along at a good pace. A part of me felt that their meeting and attraction at the kennel would have been enough incentive to get the two men together, and the charity writing event aspect to the plot was a little over the top. That said, I genuinely enjoyed what each part wove together and added to the story as a whole.

Readers who enjoy a slow build-up to their romance, with lots of chemistry and sexual tension, should find this story really suits their needs. I thought it was interesting the James and Aiden actually got to know each other online – not realizing it was each other that they spoke to – and this helped me as a reader really see and understand what their feelings were for the other and the complications they felt were in the way. I also thought this was a good way for the author to move through the awkwardness and anxiety Aiden and James felt in each other’s physical presence – a way for them to interact and express their feelings to the reader clearly without having holding back. I felt this helped keep the chemistry and sexual tension bubbling away nicely before they actually moved forward and started their relationship together physically.

After a few miscommunications when Aiden and James finally get together I feel the chemistry and sizzle of their intimacy is well worth the wait. Readers should be aware there’s a bit of kink and fetish/BDSM play though I didn’t find any of it too over the top for an erotic romance story.

Can a wealthy but bored businessman rescue a tortured musician from his self-imposed purgatory with a scorching kinky romance?

When Rene Conette attends an intimate performance at a local bar, the guitarist moves him enough that he attempts to go backstage but is stymied by the man’s bodyguard. Putting it down as not meant to be, he goes on with his life only to run into the man again, late at night at a bookstore.

Gavin Turner used to be a famous musician until an obsessed fan kidnapped and tortured him. Then it came out that he was into the BDSM lifestyle, and the court of public opinion ravaged him. He lost his Master and his self-confidence. Now he hides behind his ink and his bodyguards, who make sure he doesn’t come into contact with anyone or anything he doesn’t want to. Though it’s been years since he satisfied his needs, he doesn’t think he can trust again.

If Rene can work his way past Gavin’s defenses, they might find they complement each other perfectly.

Rene was a man used to getting his own way and with plenty of money to back his desires up. After getting a tip, he discovers an unusually talented musician in a tiny club and is astonished when not only is he not introduced to this intriguing man, but Rene is summarily turned away. Gavin had worked hard to get his life to where he could cope. A complicated man, the musician doesn’t take his talent or life for granted. But Rene isn’t a man used to being told no and Gavin doesn’t really want to turn the sexy man away.

I really enjoyed this emotional story. Gavin had been brutally hurt in the past and I was pleased the author managed to strongly convey that without being too graphic or overly descriptive about it. It helped me understand much of Gavin’s reticence and self-imposed hermitage, but also explained the slower pace of the romance that blossomed between Gavin and Rene. A fast, wham-bam-thank-you-ma’am style of romance would have been completely at odds with the complicated and hurtful past that Gavin had. I also was really impressed with the gradual learning of Gavin and his history – there was no massive info-dump and so as Rene pieced things together so did I as a reader. I felt this helped both progress the plot and relationship between the two men, but more importantly kept the pace fast enough to retain my interest but slow enough that it didn’t feel to me like they were forced or rushed into anything.

The sex was steamy, fairly kinky and really well written. Sean Michael does kink superlatively in my opinion and I really loved how in this story there’s a really lovely balance between the kink and deep emotional connection between Gavin and Rene. I felt the level of trust the two men built was really complimented by their shared attraction to the BDSM lifestyle and while they didn’t jump right into the deep end with whips and chains, there was always that chemistry and smaller aspects from the beginning between them (Gavin calling Rene “sir” a few times unconsciously, or Rene calling Gavin a “beautiful bottom boy” as a strong compliment). The understanding was there like a live electrical current between them, but there was no rush to jump right in and I enjoyed watching the relationship – sexual and emotional – grow and deepen.

A strong story with some really interesting secondary characters (I would adore a threesome story or sequel revolving around Dev and Silas) and a bucket load of emotion, this is a great full length read. I will be happily going back to this story for many a re-read in the future.

Jackson Mckenna is the intern CEO of Mckenna Logistics and he needs a wife to complete a major business deal with a Japanese company.

I loved the characters of Siobhan and Jackson. Both are strong-willed and have the confidence to navigate the business world. The relationship between them is complicated at first. Jackson lusts after her and she also finds him attractive although she can’t stand his ego and often cuts him down. She also lets him know that their relationship will not be consummated as this is just a marriage convenience. Things start to change when they move in together and Siobhan sees Jackson in a new light, especially the way he treats Andy. He keeps major information as to why he wanted her as his wife from her, which causes problems.

It was funny when she left Jackson to feed Andy for the first time–because it ended in a mess. I like how Jackson finds himself growing, learning to take responsibility for a family. The plot is well developed with no major deviations. The love scenes are hot but still tastefully done. The only thing I wish could have been done is is having it longer, to watch their relationship grow over time.

If you want to see two people growing together under strange circumstances and learning to become one, this is a great book to try. With funny moments and sad moments, I wasn’t able to put this down.

Juliet had faced down her next-door neighbor Sergeant Jesse Burns more than a few times in the court-room as she cross-examined him and defended her clients. Sure, the man was dead sexy and made her hot, but he was also arrogant and didn’t always take the time to get to know the full story. As a lawyer defending these people, Juliet did. I found this to be a funny and sexy short story. The pace is quite quick, which given the short page count I thought was completely understandable. Readers who prefer a slower-burn to their romance mightn’t find what they’re looking for here. And while I thought the enemies-to-lovers shift was slightly too fast for my personal tastes, the chemistry and attraction between Juliet and Jesse was smoking hot and I quickly got on board with them being sexily intimate together and indulging in all that passion burning between them.

With a lot of sharp banter between them, I thought both Jesse and Juliet were strong characters, neither willing to give an inch on the other. This isn’t a soft or gentle romance, but more like two fierce fires coming together and burning the house down. There is a very satisfying “Happy For Now” style of ending that I enjoyed and with a few of their neighbors introduced I’d be intrigued to see if any further stories might be released in the future.

Sexy, hot and very fast-paced, this was a fun and good read.

Years later and all grown up Jason takes an online pseudonym and with his best friend they initiate a cyber BDSM relationship with Miranda, but before the three of them can meet Miranda is kidnapped. Can the three of them make their relationship work?

I found this to be an intense and tricky book to read. While the chemistry and connection between Jason, Miranda and Armand was believable and strong – I found quite a few points in the story took me some time to get comfortable with. A lot of the circumstances surrounding Miranda’s kidnap and abuse was gut-wrenchingly believable. It was far too easy to believe how realistic and simple it would be for this sort of situation to happen literally every day to any woman – or young adult/teen. In that sense I found this quite heavy reading and not to my usual taste of romance or erotica. I don’t mind reading something that is erotically intense or that deals with strong emotion, but serious baggage like abuse and kidnapping are usually subjects I don’t like to read about in too much depth. I also found it somewhat confusing that Miranda was clearly struggling to deal with some of the facets of her kidnapping and abuse, yet she could simultaneously feel intensely sexual feelings for both Jason – whom she tried to convince herself she still hated for breaking up with her when they started college – and Armand. The whole hot/cold/hot/cold changeovers from Miranda feeling sexual to recalling various acts of abuse that had occurred when she’d been kidnapped didn’t feel very sexy or erotic to me and I struggled to follow with what felt to me like fast changes emotionally in the story.

I truly feel the author handled these issues very well. Readers who enjoy deeper, more complex and realistic stories should find this a delight. I feel the subject of Miranda’s abuse and kidnapping were written respectfully and tastefully (there was no titillation or over-the-top descriptiveness about the actual time she was locked away and hurt/abused) but I did just find it a little too difficult for me to say that I enjoyed or was even comfortable with that aspect of the story and the ramifications that followed.

I feel readers should also be aware that while there’s no heavy or detailed description of it – in one scene toward the end of the story Miranda takes another person in a BDSM scene past them using their safe word. While that particular BDSM scene is not really described, refusing to stop when a safeword is spoken is a very strictly held thing in the BDSM scene/lifestyle. I personally found it very difficult to read about her breaking that part of the code of conduct, and especially her rationale and explanation surrounding it just didn’t patch it up for me, personally. This action of hers very seriously dinted my personal enjoyment of the story as a whole.

I did enjoy watching Miranda, Armand and Jason work through their issues, develop their ménage relationship and help Miranda heal and come through her trauma. This book has a lot of strong positives, but I just don’t feel it’s a comfortable or easy read and I absolutely feel this will not suit every reader’s taste. I could easily see it becoming a “love it or hate it” style of story as many aspects are polarizing. I believe some readers will love the depth and complexities and the tasteful ways very deep issues are explored – others will feel the total opposite.

Strongly emotional with quite a few dark pockets this story won’t be to everyone’s tastes. That said, the characters are complicated and very interesting, the plot is deep and I feel very well written and the sex is steamy hot.

This balance was done perfectly and I eagerly devoured the pages watching these two men come together.

There was a small group of very strong secondary characters (I’d love to read a story about Kenn’s best friend, Tim!) and while they didn’t number very many it was enough to round out the story and have it not feel like the university was a little bubble hidden away from the rest of the world. There’s a delicious amount of kink in this story – but David and Kenneth ease themselves into that aspect of the story carefully and I feel it’s very tastefully written. I feel this would be a good starting place for erotica readers who want to delve into the fictional world of BDSM but aren’t sure they want to read anything too over the top or that push the boundaries too much. There is some slit-play, rimming, plugs and piercings but David and Kenneth discuss safety and their limits and other items in what I found to be an interesting way – so it didn’t just feel to me as the reader like they were checking boxes, but actually discussing what they were each comfortable with and what they wanted to explore.

The “crazy ex” plotline was decent, but a little clichéd for my personal tastes. I definitely felt it added a bit of drama and conflict but I could have been equally satisfied had that sub-plot not been there. I feel there was a lot of conflict simply between Dave and Kenn entering their relationship and testing the waters between them as they became intimate.

I enjoyed this story – with oodles of sex, lots of chemistry and interesting characters who I became invested in. I really wanted to know what happened next and that made this a brilliant story for me, and one I know I’ll enjoy reading many times again in the future.

Kelly Sadel has lived her life by a feels-o-meter since showing emotion as a kid was a big no-no. A timid analyst and fur baby momma, she avoids anything that stirs up her boring life. Secretly, she crushes on the man who rides the elevator with her every morning — he’s a unicorn amidst an office full of conservative short-hairs. He also sets her nerves on edge, topping her feels-o-meter to the limit, an oh-no in her carefully constructed world.

Accidentally dumping a box of cupcakes on his loafers grabs his unwanted attention, and he isn’t too quick to let go.

Jamison Byrne has worked his way through the submissives at Monique’s club hoping to find his own little subbie. He wants a collared sub, a woman to enjoy mutual pleasure his ropes bring without getting emotionally involved beyond scening.
It has been also a great creation just to reduce the difficulty of men to prescription de viagra swallow the tablet. Manipulation comes easy from years of life beneath a narcissistic asshole’s thumb, and Jamison finally gets Kelly to relent — but with her only agreeing to be friends. Jamison sweeps in but finds his feet swept beneath him as her nurturing nature opens him in ways he never expected. Sure he has found his “person,” he needs to find a way to share his darker desires and get Kelly to stop holding back and feel. He knows he can set her free, but does she want him to? Can he help her find the courage to face the emotions that come with submitting her body — and heart?

Kelly couldn’t help but drool over the handsome, buff Jamison Byrne every time they caught the elevator together. While he certainly wasn’t her type and she knew she’d never dare make a move on him, a girl could look, right? Until one morning Kelly didn’t look where she was going properly and ended up dropping a box full of cupcakes onto Jamison’s shoes. Absolutely mortified, Kelly is determined to forget the incident, only Jamison is determined to have her in every way and discover if Kelly is as submissive and sensual in the bedroom as she appeared in the elevator.

I found this to be a seriously steamy, lightly kinky BDSM story. I was a little uneasy at first. While we, as the reader, knew for sure that Kelly was attracted to Jamison I felt that at the very beginning of the story he walked a very fine line between confidence and arrogance. I didn’t think Jamison ever stepped over the wrong side of the line, but I was nervous that even after Kelly gently and politely turned him down Jamison nevertheless had a bundle of self-assurance (thinking how he “knew Kelly wanted him” and how “women didn’t say no to him”). I was pleased the author made it clear that Jamison was interested in Kelly because of the desire and attraction he felt for her – it wasn’t his ego or pique that had him chasing after her. But until Jamison realised he wanted to be friends – not just intimate – with Kelly I worried that this sexy story could have gone either way for me, personally.

There’s a mountain of chemistry and attraction between Jamison and Kelly, but I was pleasantly surprised that they took a good amount of time to get to know each other and became friendly before stepping over to be intimate together. I was pleased for this slower beginning – both Kelly and Jamison have baggage and issues that needed to be worked through and I feel that their relationship was a lot stronger – and more realistic – because of the time and effort they both spent learning about each other and spending time together outside the bedroom. The fact Kelly wasn’t in the BDSM lifestyle and she needed (I feel) to be eased into the kinkier aspects of Jamison’s life was addressed quite well and I thought was handled with care.

Despite the slower-paced start, once Jamison and Kelly become intimate I felt this story really flew high. The attraction, care and genuine feelings between Jamison and Kelly really convinced me they were building something lasting. They were friends as well as lovers and delving into the BDSM lifestyle together. I didn’t feel the kink was too envelope pushing – mostly rope-play and a bit of voyeurism at the club Jamison was a member at – and most erotica readers should find the level of play between Kelly and Jamison to not be confronting.

A steamy and fun read, this was a good short story.
