Though short, Mara of the Sea is a beautifully written story that features a ménage that takes place mostly – interestingly enough – in the ocean. Mara’s attention is first grabbed while she’s watching the men lather each other up on the beach, but soon enough the three officially meet and share not one but two very unique underwater experiences.

I wasn’t crazy about the ending and felt that it was a little abrupt, but all in all, the adventure does end happily for Mara, who definitely found more than she was looking for when she traveled to Cancun!

Overall, I enjoyed Mara by the Sea and finished it still wanting more. If Ms. Talbot is considering a sequel featuring sea-dwelling lovers Chris and Aaron, I’ll be buying it!

This is a recommended read for those who want to be kept on the edge of their seat. But keep the ice handy, because Ms. Gayle writes this one super hot.

The anticipation of whether or not Jacob would make it back in time to save the ranch and not to mention Hannah from the clutches of the resident tyrant, had me squirming almost as much as the sex…almost!

Ms. Crane offers up a variety of intense sexual interludes. You’ll be reaching for a fan as well as a glass of ice water to cool yourself down. In fact, there is a scene where Jed walks in on Hannah watching Luke bathe that was H-O-T HOT!! When it was over I was ready for a cigarette and I don’t even smoke.

The characters are well developed with intersecting back stories that are revealed within the context of the story. There are surprises and a beautiful HEA that built and flowed straight to the end.

I look forward to reading more by Ms. Crane and gladly award Hannah’s Gold 4.5 Cherries.

They soon discover that they want Avery to join their little family, but to keep him safe, Avery has to become their wife. Can they convince Avery and the rest of Applegate Valley that the pretty man they’ve fallen for is a woman?

This story opens with two strong, sexy cowboys, Jeb and Boone, and their discovery of a gorgeous, unconscious man – who they soon find out needs both protection from an abusive uncle and true loving to show him his worth.

Cowboy Dreams is a short but well-written contemporary story about these three men who find love in a non-traditional community that won’t judge them. The characters are all well-developed, and the sex scenes, while hot and descriptive, are perfectly constructed and not over the top. We see the way Avery slowly comes to trust his rescuers, and the way in which Jeb and Boone’s long-term commitment opens to a third party. Each step in the plot is believable, from the opening scene with the cowboys’ honest concern, to the final show-down when Avery’s uncle reappears and threatens to take back his nephew.

While I enjoyed the story, I did have a few issues with the storyline.
