This author was a new-to-me author, but this won’t be the last of Marty Rayne’s books I read. At first, I wasn’t sure I’d like the book. The characters, primarily Kyle, have a lot of emotional baggage. But instead of being ultra-emotionally heavy, this book is a good balance of kink and feelings. The writing is tight and I found once I started the book, I couldn’t put it down.

As I said, there is lots of emotion in this book. It’s no surprise. Kyle lived through a soul-beating time and the memories still haunt him. He’s scarred and scared, but in Nate’s willing hands, he can heal. I liked that Kyle had issues. It made him more realistic and I rooted for him to find closure and to move past his yesterdays. Dakota has had a rough life, but his experiences shaped who he became. Those same experiences are essential to Nate and Kyle.

Oh, and did I mention the love scenes? I’m still fanning myself. Whew. The devotion between Kyle and Nate is palpable and when Dakota enters the mix….watch out.

This fourth book in the Four Ever More series by Zenina Masters is my favorite so far. I love the concept of this series: a trio of clones, with mixed genetics and talents, trained to be protectors and heroes. And a secret fourth member of the set, a female, the one to complete the set and allow them to reproduce and live normal lives. Or at least as normal as one woman with three destined mates can be. This one was different in that Normia chose not to seek out her three right away, but rather chose to live a full and exciting life before she settled down.

All three are handsome and extremely sexy.

This is more suspenseful than the previous stories in this series, and I was on the edge of my seat for much of the action. And more than once, I needed to get some ice water to cool me down after the escapades between the Violet Rose set. This is the best of the Four Ever More series yet, and I look forward to more intriguing and sexy stories from Zenina Masters.

I could not get enough of this book! From beginning to end I was eagerly anticipating the next page and then the next. R.G. Alexander has this way of conveying the world she has created so well you can almost picture yourself in it. All in all this is one great book and I can’t wait to read more in this series.

I liked the character development, and the way the authors integrated small things from the original story in new and creative ways. The three men are all gorgeous; blond and gorgeous Lionel, dark and delicious Crow, and steady and sexy Tim. What more could one woman want?

But there are hidden agendas, things that Thea doesn’t know about everything happening. These secrets could shatter the very foundations of the blossoming relationship between Thea and Tim forever. I enjoyed watching the way things unfolded, and was very pleased with the way Tim handled things to provide a happy ever after for Thea and himself, while also foiling Oz’s great plan.

But be warned: this is a very explicit and detailed story, sure to heat up your night and give you many delicious thrills.

This is a short sexy story that will draw you in from the beginning. It has a slight twist that I won’t give away but I will say it adds to the fun and you begin to wonder… will Tory or won’t she? I can say Tory makes the best decision for herself and in turn gets not one but two sexy men pursuing her.

All the characters are believable, likeable, and the dialogue natural. The situation they find themselves in is handled well but yet hot and steamy. I wondered if Tory would end up with Con or Devon. Both men were portrayed as having deep feelings for her and I wanted to read on just to find out which one she chose or if she turned both of them down. The ending was satisfying and I think this story was the perfect length too.

If you’re looking for a hot ménage story you can read in less than 30 minutes, this is the ideal pick for you.

The small print in the contract backs her up, but Turner is determined to maintain his privacy. Doesn’t matter that she’s the hottest thing he’s seen for years—in order to protect her from his mistakes, Matty has to go.

After a self-imposed twenty-year absence from Turner, werewolf Catch arrives to put the past right and save his former lover from circling enemies. But one kiss from Matty, and Catch has more than Turner to worry about. Neither boy wants to share their new toy.

When a book starts off with the release of two completely unrepentant vampires from prison you just know someone’s life is about to get really complicated really fast. If you’ve picked up a copy of Barbara Elsborg’s The Small Print, you wouldn’t be wrong.

Matty Hobsbawm’s middle name is quite likely “complicated”. How else do you explain her current predicament of living in a house (her house) where she isn’t wanted by the new tenant, mated to not one but two vampires she just met and she’s being completely ignored by just about everyone she meets. That last problem is actually more than just an inconvenience but I can’t say more or it would be a total spoiler. I will say I was into chapter seven when I suspected Matty’s problems were more than her sleeping arrangement and brooding vampires.

Nimrod Turner, or just Turner, was one of the most respected historians in the vampire community. Where Matty and Turner’s relationship is complicated and yet fun, Chase adds a dangerous and wickedly seductive element to the group.

There is so much to this story. If you’ve ever read Ms. Elsborg’s books you’ll recognize her love for fast paced adventures and tension filled plots. Her stories are typically multi-layered without being over complex. The Small Print has the action/adventure, tension and multi-layered plot down in spades. But, I have to admit I wasn’t able to read this one straight through as I did with some of her other stories. As I got deeper into the story and learned more about how the released prisoners tie into the lives of Turner, Chase and Matty I had to go back and re-read certain passages that suddenly made more sense.

I’ve read a couple of other ménage books by Ms. Elsborg and she truly has a voice for these types of relationships. The chemisty between Turner and Chase is just as powerful as it is between them and Matty. The dialogue is witty and overall the story as a whole is very clever and unique.
