She doesn’t shy away from the less than pleasant aspects of life, but rather embraces them allowing the reader to see the kind of pain that life inflicts, that people inflict on each other and ourselves. It is only by acknowledging this pain and suffering that we are able to truly appreciate how special and rare love is.

The courtship of Bree by Max is anything but typical, but the more time they spend together the more you see that they are right for each other and perhaps more importantly they are good for each other. When I first met Max I didn’t like him all that much, he was too brusque and oh so British, in that condescending superior way, I completely understood Bree’s desire to slap him. While part of that is his personality, a larger part was Max simply trying to protect himself. He had been hurt so badly and didn’t want it to happen again. It was a refreshing change of pace to have a man be vulnerable and the woman to be the strong one to help him thru.

Lust, Lace & Lingerie is a dark and compelling journey that takes you from the depths of guilt to the redemption that only love can provide. Ms. Evans has created characters so real it feels as if you could meet them walking down the street.

We get to know what makes Simon tick and we see Dana grow up and find her heart not just her enjoyment of their games.

Juniper Bell writes an emotional, sexy story full of love and trust. When Dana and Ethan open up there is no stopping them; add in Simon and you have a force to be reckoned with. This was a wonderful story and I cannot wait to see just what Ethan and Simon have in store for Dana next.

There is a tangible build up that seems to be pointing towards Jessie and Austin. I haven’t decided who’s the dessert, Jessie or Austin, but it is sure to be decadent either way. Don’t forget someone is still out there ready to spoil it all for Jessie and her men. He or she makes their presence known in Running Wilde and someone ends up hurt. You’ll have to read the book to find out who it is!

Ms. Lang is building towards something big in book six and you don’t want to miss the journey in getting there. Pick up Running Wilde today if you’re already involved with the Wilde men, or go read Jackson and Phoenix’s stories first to see how it all began. It’s not too late get a little Wilde!

I loved how Ms. Kell wrapped this story up at the end but left it open to come back and write a follow up story later.

Hellbourne is an exciting read from beginning to end and I would recommend this story to all paranormal romance lovers.
