As a single mom and paralegal, Julie, has successfully balanced family, work and swing dancing. After heartbreak on the dance floor, the last thing Julie needs is an office romance. But she can hardly say no to a colleague in need, especially one with dark brown eyes and a killer grin.

Julie had been taking swing dance lessons for a few weeks and she thoroughly enjoyed them, but she can’t help but wonder when – or even if – she was going to meet a man who could become special to just her. Clark’s daughter has come to live with him for a year while his ex-wife lives and works overseas. Clark comes to rely on Julie and her assistance – but can this be the start of something more for them both?

I really enjoyed this slow-paced romance. The author managed to pack a whole lot of plot and character development into what really is a very short-length story. Julie and her two teenaged children help out Clark with his own teenaged daughter and watching everyone interact and get to know each other and grow comfortable was really lovely. This slow pace and long getting-to-know-you phase really helped the whole story feel emotional and realistic to me.

I liked the fact it took quite some time for Clark and Julie to become intimate – and I think more traditional romance readers will be very pleased that aside from a few kisses the actual lovemaking occurs properly off-stage and is not described at all. While fully explained and somewhat understandable I really disliked how Julie kept a couple of fairly large secrets from Clark. I found it really confusing – and not very believable – that Julie was falling in love with Clark and having strong feelings for the man yet kept critical aspects of her life secret from him. While it certainly made the conflict of the plot and storyline high in tension, I just couldn’t balance the thought that Julie was falling for Clark but had no problems at all in keeping serious secrets from him. This just didn’t make sense to me and made it almost impossible for me to believe the depth of her feelings for him. This also lessened my enjoyment of the story and made me like her character slightly less.

The complex interactions between the two families – and in particular the three teenaged children – was totally a highlight for me and felt both very realistic and emotional. I enjoyed seeing the two families interact and after the conflict and secrets were all laid to rest the merging of the two families and romance between Clark and Julie was really lovely.

A great short story I feel this will appeal to readers who like their romances fairly sweet and enjoy family-orientated types of stories.

It mainly represents popular brands like:- Gripton – It is viagra online sample a UK based manufacturing company and is one of the top lifting equipment manufacturers across the world. Sebastian Paul came back to the Underground after time away to figure out what he wanted from his life. He can’t escape the desire or the need for the scene, but he hasn’t found his perfect sub—until he spots Mary. He never expected to see her at the club. She works with him, and although she oozes confidence, he notes her desire to submit. He wants Mary as his girl. No question. But will she want him in return?

When passion ignites, love will find a way.

Mary is happy to blend in and not be noticed, particularly since none of the men at the Underground club struck her fancy. Only when a colleague from work turns up unexpectedly, Mary is shocked. She had no idea Sebastian was into the scene. Will they both learn more than they expected from each other?

I found this to be an interesting BDSM story. I was intrigued by the idea of two colleagues at work discovering there was a whole lot more to each other in their private lives. This short story delivered that in abundance. I enjoyed watching Mary and Sebastian discover more about each other and slowly build a strong, trusting relationship together. There is definitely a strong theme of BDSM, submission and following orders throughout the story, but I didn’t find any of the scenes to be over the top of pushing the envelope too hard. Readers who like some kink and spice to their erotic romance should find this fits the bill nicely.

The sex is spicy and explicitly written and I was pleased Mary and Sebastian pretty much jumped right into it. I found it believable – they knew each other platonically but quite well from work – and they were both in a BDSM sex club so I can’t imagine why they wouldn’t have become intimate as soon as they both expressed their interest in the other. Most of the story revolved around Mary and Sebastian’s blossoming relationship but I was pleased that Sebastian wasn’t just “any old Dom” and had his own mini plotline. It helped keep the story more three dimensional to me and retained my interest. While somewhat clichéd (the whole “ex who fraudulently cried abuse” thing) it did add another level of tension and conflict and overall I feel the author did a good job handling it.

Hot and kinky, this is a good story and one I feel has a solid plot to it. With complexities of sharing a workplace and a slightly deluded ex-wife in the mix I thought there’s plenty going on in the story and all the hot sex just makes the story even more enticing. A quick read this is one I can easily recommend.

When her well-meaning but determined neighbor “invites” Liz to join her at some dance lessons Liz isn’t left with another option but to go. She’s surprised to find not only does she enjoy the dancing – but one of the men she meets, Patrick, is rather enjoyable too.

I really enjoyed this short story and was seriously impressed with just how much plot and characterization the author managed to put into such a small number of pages. I felt that both Liz and Patrick were interesting, multi-layered characters with plenty of realistic problems and obstacles they were trying to overcome. Patrick’s daughter was having a rough time and his two grandchildren needed help because of it – and Liz has a number of problems to deal with in her work. I loved how while there was plenty of drama and issues around Liz and Patrick they were not only realistic but also relatable, and neither of them let their difficulties sour their characters. I found this really uplifting to read about.

I found the pace of the romance lovely and slow – which made perfect sense to me. Patrick and Liz both have a lot going on in their respective lives and while it’s clear they’re both very interested in each other – and that they have chemistry and a connection, if they’d simply jumped right into bed I’m not sure I would have found it believable. So watching them both try to juggle the various things in their respective lives and still find time to date and get to know each other was a lovely way to allow their romance to blossom slowly. I also didn’t mind that the sex was absolutely behind a closed door. It’s clear they did become intimate – but there is no explicitness outside a few kisses between the couple.

The author managed to tackle quite a few difficult subjects with what I felt was a lot of finesse – Patrick’s daughter was clearly a troubled young lady and had some drug problems. While these issues aren’t dwelled upon in an unnecessary way to my mind the reading could be too strong for readers who prefer a gentler, happier style of romance story. In no way do I feel this detracted from my personally enjoying the story, but I could understand it might be a bit heavy for some readers. I found the strength and compassion both Liz and Patrick showed his daughter and grandkids was lovely and an integral element in their moving forward together as a couple.

Well written and very plot-heavy this is a lovely romance with plenty of oomph for such a short page count. I’ll happily be reading more by this author soon.

Leaving was the hardest thing I’ve ever done. He would have killed me if I stayed, though. I couldn’t have done it without Warwick’s help. Not only did he give me the out I needed, but also a safe place to live. With my ex looming around every corner, looking for the chance to get his hands on me, I received the best gift ever—a month in England—and I took it!

England was supposed to help Jack get away from his ex and find himself again. I wasn’t supposed to fall in love with him there. Especially when I knew he might stay… indefinitely. With my busy schedule as an ER doctor, an ocean between us, and the trust issues his abusive ex inflicted, the chance of a successful long-distance relationship is close to zero. Loving Jack may be the one thing I can’t fix.

Warwick meets Jack during his work as an ER doctor. Jack is in an abusive relationship and until Warwick offers to help him, Jack had no way to escape his situation. When Jack finally runs he takes Warwick up on his offer of help. The two men have an undeniable connection – but can they find their way to each other despite the hurdles in front of them?

I enjoyed this emotional and charged story. It was a difficult read, but in a lovely way – the author not shying away from showing Jack’s abusive relationship and the emotional and mental damage his ex inflicted upon him. Warwick was an excellent match for him – caring and patient. I normally don’t enjoy stories that are too realistic but I’m glad I gave this one a chance. The perspectives changed from Warwick to Jack and so I could easily understand where each man was coming from and this helped me feel really attached and care about both men and their situation.

I particularly loved how once Warwick and Jack fly to England – Warwick’s native country – Jack really comes out of his shell and into his own. To me, the story really blossomed from this point onward. It was delightful to see Jack return to the happy, outgoing and strong man he must have been before becoming trapped in his abusive ex-relationship. And while I’m not certain the timing of the relationship between Warwick and Jack was very realistic, considering how quickly it flourished and the horrible situation Jack had so recently left, it was still a pleasure to read and left me feeling very warm and happy.

Emotional and well-written, I thoroughly enjoyed this story. I’d understand if it isn’t everyone’s cup of tea given the strong plotline of Jack’s abusive ex and the toxic ex-relationship, but I found it was written in a compassionate and hopeful manner and the happy ending between Warwick and Jack was just the icing on the cake. A great read and one I will happily enjoy again in the future.

Jaxson Levy’s job is on the line. The only way to save it is to go along with his boss’s idea to make Jax over so they can win the National Library Board’s “Reading is Sexy” poster contest. Jax is sent to The Gym with six weeks to slim down, tone up, and get sexy.

Can Dawg get Jax in shape to win the contest? Will Jax be able to follow the strict regimen Dawg puts him on? Can the men maintain their training relationship as well as their loving one?

Jax had been repeatedly told that his job at the library hinged on his being willing to go above and beyond in bringing in new readers and sponsors. “Volunteered” to be the poster boy for the new library slogan “Reading is Sexy” Jax is ordered to the gym – and into Dawg’s capable Personal Training hands – to buff up for the photo shoot. Dawg had fallen in love with Jax from the moment his Aunt emailed him Jax’s picture. The two men hit it off instantly and soon they’re both interested in more than just working out together.

I admit that I was slightly outraged on Jax’s behalf at the sexism – and subtle but clear pressure – his boss placed on him to buff up and strip down to look cover-model ready for the advertisement campaign. On the one hand, I found it pretty horrifying. But I have to admit it most certainly grabbed my attention, had me almost immediately rooting for Jax – and Dawg, by association – and had me very eager to see the two men come out trumps through the whole thing. I was pleased when it became clear that there was a thread of match-making going on in the background, but I still was eager for Jax to be taken seriously by the other women at the library.

While well edited, there were quite a few instances throughout the book where a single sentence would have repetitive words in them, making them echo in my mind while I read – like “new” being twice in the opening sentence. While a minor thing, it was repetitive enough that it started to grate a little on my nerves and lessen my enjoyment of the story overall.

I adored the chemistry between Jax and Dawg. While Dawg was externally the fairly traditional alpha male – huge, stacked and bald – his character was delightfully more complex and layered than that and I really enjoyed getting to know him. Jax was a bit simpler to understand, but even he had hidden qualities and I thought the two men worked really well together. The chemistry was hot and the attraction between the two men intense and near-instant. This short story had plenty of hot sex and I think should definitely satisfy erotic readers.

With some great characters, plenty of scheming and oodles of hot sex this is a great short story and one I enjoyed reading. Recommended.

Every person Abel takes into his pack has some flaw that has been rejected by others, but he doesn’t see flaws, just beauty. When he first sees Cassie, he knows he wants her. He senses the darkness and the strength inside her, and he has no choice but to use every single means possible to make her crack, so that she can use the strength that now terrifies her. But Abel’s needs come flooding him. He’s the alpha, meant to be strong. No woman has ever been able to handle him. Has he found that woman in Cassie? Can she handle his brand of control? His need to protect?

Cassie has heard that Abel is pretty much the last resort for shifters looking to join an alpha. After being expelled from her own pack for being too large, she’s determined to fit in and be accepted by Abel’s pack. She didn’t want to turn Feral and be hunted down. Far from turning her away, Abel is excited by the challenge Cassie presents him. Strong and an incredible fighter when pushed, she is everything and more Abel could hope for in a woman. Cassie and Abel clash deliciously as they try to come together, but surely only one of them can come out on top?

I found this to be an intense and emotional paranormal story. I liked that I didn’t feel as if I was missing big chunks of back-story – being #9 in a series is always a daunting place to start – but at no point did I feel like I needed to catch up or felt like things were going over my head. I was also a little worried by the title. “Bullied” had implications that I wasn’t sure I’d enjoy, but I was relieved to find that Abel wasn’t a bully in an abusive or macho-alpha-man type of way. He knew, firsthand, how difficult it was to be an outcast, to be weak, and so he insisted on all his pack being strong, being able to fight and defend themselves – no matter the repercussions. I still feel somewhat like “bullied” might have been a poor choice of word for the title, but I was very relieved that nothing abusive or over-the-top came through in the story.

I really enjoyed Cassie’s character. I found her complicated, interesting and quite relatable. I loved how she had enormous strength and power, but had just been cowed by her previous pack into not wanting to relish or admit any of it. And while I feel Abel’s tactics might not be to everyone’s taste, the author did an amazing job in my opinion with not just explaining exactly where Abel’s mind and intentions were, but carrying me willingly along for the ride. Because I understood exactly where Abel was coming from I could appreciate it.

There is plenty of steamy sex in the second half of this story – but I enjoyed the chemistry and attraction between Abel and Cassie from the start. Personally I enjoyed that there was a lot more plot than simply Abel and Cassie coming together and fitting together in the pack. This helped give the story a feeling of depth to me that I really enjoyed. The sex is slightly kinky – more about control than other BDSM elements – and while it might not be to everyone’s tastes I found it well written and not too over the top.

A different and interesting story I enjoyed both Abel and Cassie’s characters and really enjoyed the plot. A good book I can easily recommend.

I enjoyed this intense, sexy story. Both Emily and Matt have layers in them and I found it a pleasure to read and discover them. I did, however, feel the about-face from scorn and derision to heat and sexual chemistry was just a little fast for my liking. I think maybe had Matt not been quite so scornful in the beginning or so adamant that Emily wouldn’t fit in then I’d have found the quick turn around to intense heat snapping between them might have been a little more understandable. Aside from this though, I thoroughly enjoyed Emily and Matt clashing and explore that heat generated between them. With plenty of kink and passion, Emily and Matt explore their boundaries together and I’m sure this will appeal to plenty of erotic romance readers.

Destin has a serious problem. Before his death, Destin’s playboy father had run the family horsing farm into the ground, whittling it away to practically nothing. Destin wants to do right by the farm, but with only one decent stud left that nobody can tame or connect with it feels hopeless. Tonio doesn’t have the best reputation personally, but with his equine work he’s the best with problem horses. Destin is desperate enough to give Tonio a chance and hope they can both win in the deal they make.

I found this to be a really enjoyable, heart-warming story. While Destin and Tonio are two very different men, I loved how the exact point they were both at in their lives made them absolutely perfect for each other. Destin and Tonio both needed someone willing to take a chance on them, and when they each decided the other was worth a trial-run for a month I knew it was going to be a wild ride.

My only (very slight) disappointment with the story was it was told pretty much from Destin’s perspective. This made sense – as it’s Destin’s problems, Destin’s farm and Destin’s horses – but I really found Tonio to be an equally interesting character and in some ways more complex than Destin. A part of me would have really enjoyed seeing some of these scenes from his perspective, as this would have let me get to know and understand Tonio even better.

Tonio was out and proud in a fairly snobby, old-fashioned group of people, Destin was still so closeted he’d not even told his childhood best friend his true feelings and inclinations. I really enjoyed how Destin and Tonio were both such different characters, but in a few critical ways they were not only extremely compatible but practically made for each other. Destin had only been running the family farm a few months, he was still learning and finding his feet. Although he had an enormous willingness to do whatever was needed he didn’t have a lot of experience – or room for mistakes considering the state his father had left the farm. Tonio, on the other hand, had enormous confidence in himself and his riding, willing to take on any challenging horse and prove himself over and over.

Overall I really enjoyed this story – finding it plot-heavy and the characters complicated and delightful. I loved the slow and almost sweet romance that blossomed between Tonio and Destin. With just a few steamy scenes readers looking for something strongly erotic might find it a little tame, but personally I was too busy enjoying the verbal sparring and chemistry between the two men to bother about in-the-sheets action. A fun and lovely story – I really enjoyed this.

Battered and bruised but still with plenty of gumption and heart, Cisco knows what it’s like to be fighting for a better life, but Val has trouble stamped all over her and he’s not sure just how involved he really wants to get.

I found this to be a fun and interesting story and was thrilled that there were a few plot twists and turns that I totally didn’t expect to see coming. I loved that the author kept me on my toes and eagerly turning the pages, wondering what on earth would happen next. Val and Cisco are both in very different places in their life but they share something subtle in common – both of their lives have taken a turn for the worse lately and they’re both equally determined to get back on track and rebuild what they’ve lost. I adored both Val and Cisco’s characters – their grit, strength and compassion for each other really helped make this story memorable for me.

The only slight disappointment I had was that toward the end there was a slight conflict/miscommunication which felt a little clichéd to me. Considering so many other parts of the plot and twists were fresh and surprising this made it even more noticeable to me that I didn’t quite believe the reasons behind this conflict.

The plot is fairly straight forward and there’s no mystery as to who the villain of the piece is, but I enjoyed the pacing and found that there was plenty of time for me as a reader to enjoy both Val and Cisco’s characters. There was a believable amount of time and plot that occurred before they jumped into bed and I was pleased that while the intimacy shared between them was descriptive and explicit, I didn’t personally find it over the top. The scenes are certainly spicy though and more traditional romance readers might find them a little too hot for their personal tastes.

I found this to be a great story full of realistic characters, a believable plotline and enough action to keep the pace moving along. I enjoyed the steamy chemistry and found the sex to be enticing and tastefully written. A great story and an author I will happily read more of.

Tim had been living on the streets for six weeks after escaping his abusive family, doing what he had to in order to survive. When Aaron spotted Tim and realised how sick the young man was Aaron couldn’t pass him by. Bringing him home to Sam, the two Doms took care of Tim and help him regain his health. Only Aaron and Sam get very attached to Tim and offer him a position as their houseboy – unable to allow him back onto the streets. Is history going to repeat itself?

I found this to be a really enjoyable, full length story. I loved how the pace was slow and allowed me as a reader to really indulge in all the characters and the slow weaving together of the plotline. While at face-value it’s quite simple, there are complexities of emotion and all the tiny threads melting together of Aaron, Sam and Tim’s lives. The authors have done an amazing job of really showing all the facets of each character. I enjoyed seeing how the loss of Seb – Aaron and Sam’s previous submissive – cast such a long shadow over the two Doms’ lives, and how the complexities of Tim’s family and the problems of the situation he found himself in, homeless on the street, all melded together.

There’s a good, strong cast of secondary characters – and I would totally enjoy reading more stories about these various men – and they all act as a great support network for our three heroes. And while I honestly felt this story was all about the plot and characterization, there is a heady amount of kinky, steamily written BDSM-flavoured sex – which is never a bad thing. For me, personally, I loved the emotion of the story best of all. I loved how deeply I fell into Sam and Aaron’s characters and how interesting it was to see things through both their perspectives. I ached with them and stayed up way, way past my bedtime unable to put this story down and doing the classic “just one more chapter” thing. I enjoyed Tim’s character, and feel plenty of readers will be seriously attached to him more than the other two men, but for me it was Sam and Aaron who really stole the show. And Tim completed them beautifully, which made me sigh so happily at the end.

A deeply emotional, complicated and well-written story this was a beautiful and lovely long read. I can strongly recommend it and will be eagerly searching for more by these authors.
