The world has changed. Almost two years after the zombie plague destroyed civilization, the last of mankind is trying to hold on. Remy lives with his father inside the walls of a safe haven, until the night they’re attacked by a swarm of walking dead. But when help arrives, he’s horrified to discover the haven has been targeted to be destroyed—infected or not.

Atticus left his home when his lover was bit. Mourning the loss, he looks for something to keep him going. To not give up. He may have stumbled into the wrong group, but he can’t hurt innocents.
With Vigorelle, women may be able to enjoy intense orgasms and smooth intercourse, thereby, seeing an overall improvement in their sexual cialis cheap prices performance. They find each other in the middle of an apocalypse, and although Remy might be wary of the handsome loner, he realizes Atticus might just be the person he needs to stay safe.

If only he didn’t feel so attracted to the man.

The apocalypse had happened and zombies weren’t the only threat to people anymore – marauders, outlaws roaming the countryside who felt it their right to take and destroy anything they felt like. Atticus had been wandering for about a year when he decided it was time to get back in touch with what remained of humanity. Only the community Atticus first came across wasn’t what he expected, and when Atticus meets Remy the two men need to rely on each other in order to survive the world they’re left in.

I found this to be an interesting and quick-paced zombie-style story. I enjoyed the alternate universe and tone of the author’s voice which mingled hope and devastation with just a hint of humour (I laughed aloud when I discovered “Fifty Shades” had survived the end of the world…). While it’s clear the world has irreversibly changed, much of the characters remaining are relatable and easy to feel empathy for. I was pleased there wasn’t much gore in the story – the shattered world and worst aspects of humanity felt like more than enough to me, personally. I also appreciated how while there were some vile characters, there were also good people trying to do the right thing and help stitch back what could be saved of humanity. I feel these two elemental forces are – at heart – what so many stories really are about and I quickly found myself enmeshed in the story and really rooting for Atticus and Remy.

The two men became intimate after a fairly short period of time – but the author helped make me find this believable. With genuine dangers lurking all around and a lot of unknowns about the future it seemed understandable for people to take their pleasure where it was possible to find it. While survival in the post-apocalyptic world is definitely front-and-center of the plot, the growing trust and relationship between Atticus and Remy also captured my attention. There’s quite a bit of steamy sex and readers who enjoy the bedroom door kept wide open should find the heat level here more than satisfies.

With a strong plot, good world-building, cheerful ending and a steamy M/M romance this book was a great, quick read and one I can happily recommend.

Can love erase a lifetime of fear and bitterness?

Kuba flees the oppressive influence of his strict Catholic family as soon as he graduates high school. In the big city of Pilsen, Czech Republic, he can get a fresh start. Although he is fairly content sharing a flat with his coworker and filling it with books, he knows he’s destined to be alone unless he can come out of the closet. But he just isn’t ready to bare his soul to the world.

These factors play an important role and also have effect on cialis overnight too. When he meets his roommate’s friend Emil, he begins to reconsider. Is a chance at romance with the gorgeous man—and fellow bibliophile—incentive enough for Kuba to face his demons?

World of Love: Stories of romance that span every corner of the globe.

Jakub is content with his life in the Czech Republic. He has a job in the city, a few friends and a good room-mate. While Jakub is wistful about the small number of his friends, his social anxiety prevents him from going out more. Jakub’s room-mate introduces him to Emil, a fellow book-lover and the two men made an instant friendship based on their similarities. Can Jakub and Emil build something lasting together?

I enjoyed this short story. I admit I don’t know much about the Czech Republic and so my interest was piqued to read an M/M set in this country. While there wasn’t a huge amount of descriptions of the city, I did enjoy learning about a few of the different parks and how people go about their normal lives. The whole setting of the story gave a different vibe and I enjoyed the fact it didn’t feel like “just another metropolitan city” that could have been anywhere.

I also found the slower-moving friendship, then romance, between Jakub and Emil to be well written. I was particularly pleased that Jakub didn’t simply “overcome” his anxiety issues and jump from being a quiet, shy guy and suddenly into a massive flirt or social butterfly once he felt attracted to Emil. I enjoyed watching Emil – and Jakub’s two main other friends – slowly help ease Jakub into the small social settings and be caring and understanding about his issues. While these concerns of Jakub could have crippled him, he didn’t let them hold him back, which I loved. And the bibliophile within me loved how Jakub and Emil progressed much of their friendship by exchanging some of their favourite books. They each started meeting up semi-regularly to lend the other a treasured book and I found that really lovely.

Admittedly, readers looking for a hot-and-heavy, intensely erotic story won’t find that here, but there is plenty of characterization, and a lovely slow, easy drop from friendship and shared mutual interests and into love. I thought it quite realistic how Emil and Jakub just gradually wove their respective lives together, and thought it was very sweet – and healthy – how Emil encouraged Jakub to try and be more self-confidant and not rely solely on Emil for his happiness. There were a number of small, supportive and caring things like this between Emil and Jakub that really showed me the depth of their caring for each other and helped show me their relationship wasn’t just one built on lust or convenience, but that they truly cared about each other’s well-being.

I found this a well-rounded story with a good pace and interesting characters. I’d happily try this author again in the future.

Samantha Grey lived a totally ordinary, boring life. So she is totally unprepared to have someone fixated on her. It all started with a note then escalated to the point where she no longer feels safe in her home. When her friend Cassie suggests leaving town for a few weeks to get away and offers her cousins’ ranch as the perfect place to go she accepts. When David, Cash, Lance, and James get a phone call from their cousin Cassie asking if her friend Sam can stay on the ranch for a few weeks, they agree. What they didn’t expect was for their lives to be turned upside down from the sexy, sweet Samantha. Now all they have to do is keep her safe from her stalker and convince her that they are meant to live happily ever after together.

Sam has no idea who her stalker is, but knowing he is out there and constantly watching her according to the many notes he leaves her everywhere is making her fearful. When her stalker leaves her a “present” inside her own bedroom, Sam knows she has to do something. She agrees to go away to spend a few weeks on the ranch of her best friends four cousins. Over the years Sam had heard plenty about James, Cash, David and Lance from her best friend, but meeting the men in the flesh was something completely out of Sam’s experience. The five of them quickly form a strong bond – but will Sam’s problems follow along with her?

I found this to be a fun and sexy romp of a story in the style of a reverse-harem (ie multiple male partners in a group relationship with one female). Readers looking for a strongly erotic, graphic story about four brothers sharing the one lady should definitely find this hits a lot of the good notes. I was personally a little dubious about how quickly Sam settled into flirting – and then intimacy – with the four men. She had literally dropped everything – her work, her home, her life – and run away to escape a creepy stalker, yet within an hour of being on the ranch she’s humming and flirting with these four brothers who she had only just met for the first time. It just didn’t really strike me as sensible or realistic. While I admit leeway should be given as Sam had heard plenty of stories about the men and knew them to be safe – they were the cousins of her best friend, after all – it still felt just a little too surreal for me, the massive one-eighty turnabout from scared, stressed, frightened woman to flirty, winking sex siren. I was pleased she didn’t jump immediately into bed with the brothers – that would have stretched my disbelief too far – but I found it odd that Sam had no problems opening up about her difficult past or sharing her secret, most private thoughts with these men from the start. It all felt a little too quick for me, to be honest.

Once I disconnected my brain, however, and just relaxed and enjoyed the story for the sexy shenanigans they were, I enjoyed it a whole lot more. While it took a while for me to really believe in the connection between the four brothers and Sam, the author’s writing was really solid here and I couldn’t help but be swept along for the ride. Admittedly Sam sure got attached to them – and their relationship – a lot quicker than I did as a reader, but as we’re introduced more deeply to the brothers I got invested in them all, and finally really got attached to the five of them living their happily ever after together. Lance, in particular, was a character I grew fond of – his difficult soldier past really had me cheering for him. I feel the author did a good job making the four men distinguishable from each other and making the story deeper than just a “moresome” style of group-sex saucy tale.

Readers looking for a heavily plotted, realistic story might not find what they’re looking for here, but for an erotic reverse-harem style of story this ticks a lot of the right boxes in my mind. The stalker plot was resolved toward the end of the story but for most of the book the focus is on Sam and her working out the relationship and dynamics between her four men. I found this to be a light, sexy read.

But a lot can change in fifteen years, and when they meet again at their high school reunion, Clay is no longer the big man on campus, and Kevin isn’t hiding in a corner anymore.

Can they put aside who they were? Can one night really lead to forever?

Back in high school Kevin was the quiet nerd, while Clay was the handsome jock. Their worlds never crossed. But at their high school reunion the two men find they have more in common than they ever dreamed. Can one special night turn into a lifetime?

I enjoyed this ultra-short story and found it completely relatable. High school reunions are fraught with disasters at the best of times. People you haven’t seen in ages – often on purpose – and all sorts of baggage from the history and people wanting to prove themselves. I enjoyed the fact that this was exactly where Kevin found himself – wanting to prove there was more than the quiet, gay teenager in him, particularly now he was all grown up and comfortable with his life. I also felt a fair bit of sympathy for Clay, who had seemingly had everything at his fingertips in high school but never quite managed to make his dreams come to fruition. No matter where you sit on the whole “reunions are great/evil incarnate” fence I feel Clay and Kevin cover both ends of the spectrum and this helped really balance the story for me, making it feel as if the author was showing how both paths could be taken.

I thought the pacing of the story was excellent too. Although extremely short, Clay and Kevin don’t simply catch each other’s eyes and jump right into bed. This wouldn’t have been very believable to me – particularly since they didn’t have much to do with each other in high school and hadn’t kept in touch in the intervening decade – but I could have understood the temptation to cram as much sexiness into the short page count as possible. The slower pace let me really feel the building tension and sexual chemistry between the two men and while there is a “Happy For Now” ending with no actual sexual intimacy – I feel only readers looking for a strongly erotic story will find the chemistry between Clay and Kevin to not be steamy enough. I also thought it was excellent how the author managed to make the story more than just about two men who had known each other as teens and grown up – there was a small plot twist I didn’t see coming and that really freshened the story for me and made me even more eager to continue reading.

Steamy and sensual, this is a fun short story that I found plenty to like about. A good author I shall happily try again in the future.

Will this time end differently for them both?

This is an interesting paranormal story with a large host of characters. It took me a short while to get a good feel for the shifter world, but I enjoyed getting to know Meryl and Marloth and learning about their checkered past and watching them come together once again. I feel many readers will enjoy the back-and-forth banter between Meryl and Marloth, each wanting the other badly but neither willing to give an inch. It certainly made the story realistic and intriguing to my mind. I also loved the idea of a fantasy island – just some warm beach with your every whim catered to. It seemed so lush and decadent.

I believed in the chemistry between Meryl and Marloth, but was a little surprised at a few of the twists the author pulled out as Meryl and Marloth worked out why it had taken them so long to reconnect. That whole section of plot felt a little convoluted to me and while I completely believed in their attraction and mutual feelings, their separation and the reasons behind it never really resonated with me.

That said, I found the sex and intimacy between Meryl and Marloth lovely to read and really enjoyed the back-and-forth of them coming together. They were spicy and clearly passionate about each other, so that made this section of the story feel fresh and interesting to me. Readers looking for a spicy paranormal romance with a few twists in the plot should definitely give this one a try.

Beckett Shay might be the most handsome man she’d ever seen, but Gemma is determined to seal this deal and prove to her managers she’s got what it takes.

I found this to be a mostly fun and lighthearted story. Gemma and Beck were interesting characters that I was pleased to find had different layers to them. While the plot itself was fairly simple – Gemma trying to progress her career and get Beck to sign on the dotted line once they’d hammered out a mutually-satisfying deal – Gemma and Beck’s characters and attraction made the whole story blossom and become so much more than a simple, sexy out-of-town business trip.

Readers looking for a comfortable, sexy short story should find this to be as fun as I did. While I didn’t find anything earth-shatteringly fresh or different, this is the sort of comfort-read that I love to turn to. Two interesting characters, an easily understood situation and then the romance, sexiness and attraction that follows. The plot of this story might not break the mould, but I did love the characters and found that helped the whole story to be light, entertaining and as comfortable as a favourite pair of jeans. Watching Gemma and Beck get to know each other – and exchange kisses for personal information – was lovely and helped really sell the believability of their blossoming romance to me.

Equal parts sweet and sexy, this is a fun romp of a story that I genuinely enjoyed. I’d happily try more stories by this author.

Emma Colton had never experienced freedom before. Having grown up under the thumb of her temperamental father and knowing her life wasn’t her own, it had taken a while after her father’s death to fully realise the freedom she craved was at her fingertips. She’s determined to get out of the city and live her own life on her own terms. Gideon had known Emma was his from the moment he saw her, but with both of their lives in complete disarray, he’d not wanted to spring anything on her. Having waited for things to settle down, Gideon is now determined to take what’s his – if only it isn’t too late.

Having not read any of the previous stories in this series I was a little cautious. I was pleased, therefore, when I caught on to Emma and Gideon’s story fairly quickly and found my interest piqued by their strange world and the rules they all appear to follow. Mafia-style stories are new to me, and the author does a good job in my opinion of laying out the rules and differences these characters experience through their lives. While there is some violence, I was also glad there was nothing too graphic or over-the top. I usually don’t enjoy gore or serious violence in my romance stories and in that respect this one delivered – there was the hint and threat of violence, for sure, but nothing overt or gory so that made me happy.

Despite the fact Gideon knows Emma is his one and only – and his love and attraction for her is incredibly deep, I enjoyed how he tried to be patient and allow Emma to get on board with him. Their chemistry is there, though Emma admittedly takes a while to really fall for Gideon, and this helped keep the tension and sexiness in the story before the actual intimacy begins. I also found the plot to be interesting and layered. Maddox – the head of the family – had plans and watching those machinations click over was different and intriguing to me. I found this to be a well rounded book – with a good, solid plot, interesting characters and some smoking hot sex.

Readers looking to dip a toe into a Mafia-style story should find this one interesting, with what I found to be a good plot, a number of layered characters and plenty of steamy sex.

After letting himself get talked into attending a Rainbow Mixer, Kenn met Dave and while the attraction between them was instant, Kenn felt cautious, still feeling burned. Dave is a TA, but he’s positive he and Kenn can learn a thing or two together.

I really enjoyed this slow-paced story. I felt there was plenty of time for the reader to really get to know Dave and Kenn and understand both their personalities and what they wanted out of a relationship. While the chemistry between the men was smoking hot from the start Kenn wasn’t really looking for love and because of Kenn’s reluctance Dave wasn’t sure how hard or fast to push. This left enough time for me to really believe in their connection and see where the relationship was heading without making it feel like the pace dragged, nor rushing in so fast I just couldn’t find it believable. This balance was done perfectly and I eagerly devoured the pages watching these two men come together.

There was a small group of very strong secondary characters (I’d love to read a story about Kenn’s best friend, Tim!) and while they didn’t number very many it was enough to round out the story and have it not feel like the university was a little bubble hidden away from the rest of the world. There’s a delicious amount of kink in this story – but David and Kenneth ease themselves into that aspect of the story carefully and I feel it’s very tastefully written. I feel this would be a good starting place for erotica readers who want to delve into the fictional world of BDSM but aren’t sure they want to read anything too over the top or that push the boundaries too much. There is some slit-play, rimming, plugs and piercings but David and Kenneth discuss safety and their limits and other items in what I found to be an interesting way – so it didn’t just feel to me as the reader like they were checking boxes, but actually discussing what they were each comfortable with and what they wanted to explore.

The “crazy ex” plotline was decent, but a little clichéd for my personal tastes. I definitely felt it added a bit of drama and conflict but I could have been equally satisfied had that sub-plot not been there. I feel there was a lot of conflict simply between Dave and Kenn entering their relationship and testing the waters between them as they became intimate.

I enjoyed this story – with oodles of sex, lots of chemistry and interesting characters who I became invested in. I really wanted to know what happened next and that made this a brilliant story for me, and one I know I’ll enjoy reading many times again in the future.

Both Owen and Derek have complicated pasts, but as their attraction deepens they’re both willing to face their respective demons if it means their future together can be bright.

I really enjoyed this slow-paced romance story. I found both Owen and Derek to be drawn as complex, deep characters with a rich history and plenty of normal baggage in their pasts. With a strong cast of vibrant secondary character this book felt layered and quite rich to me. There’s plenty of conflict between Derek and his parents, as well as Owen’s lingering trauma from his abusive father. While there’s plenty of family drama, I was pleased this really left things open for Owen and Derek’s growing relationship to be a strong, positive light that really made the romance bloom in this story.

Filled with vibrant and wonderful characters, oodles of family drama and a cheerful, slow-building and loving romance this is a lovely story that I really enjoyed. I found the pace very slightly too slow for my personal liking, but I can’t really fault the author for wanting to take their time introducing the reader to all the complexities of Owen and Derek’s lives and showing the two men slowly merging their single lives into a joint relationship. It’s clear from the outset that the two men are attracted and watching that initial surge grow into something deep and lasting is just lovely. While there are a few erotic sex scenes I feel it’s very clear that the romance between Derek and Owen, and particularly the integration of their lives and friendships was central to the story. The sex is explicit, but not the main thrust of the story and I was perfectly comfortable with that.

With an interesting and well-drawn plot, loads of lovely characters and a delicious romance, I feel this is a great story that has pretty much everything I need from a good read. Recommended.

He’d been shocked to discover that Kaea was not only there to kill him, but thought he was the asshole who’d murdered his own father. Xavier would just have to make his mate see him for what he was, and accept his very nature. How hard could that be?

Can Kaea and Xavier find a way to work together to avenge those who were taken from them, and retrieve that which was stolen from Kaea’s family, or will Xavier’s need for control be the one thing that could tear them both apart?

Kaea is determined to avenge his murdered grandma, pushed not only by his love for her and his own sense of duty, but also from the spiritual waking-dream where she had told him exactly what to do. When Kaea mistakes Xavier for the man responsible for his grandmother’s death, things get off to a rocky start between them. But when Kaea believes Xavier is who he says he is – the two men find they have plenty in common, both a deep hunger for each other, and identical drives to exact their revenge on the person responsible for murdering their loved ones.

I found this to be an interesting and fast-paced story. I enjoyed that there was plenty of plot – revenge against the were-bear Alpha for murdering Xavier’s father and Kaea’s grandmother – and felt that it was very well balanced with the attraction and sexy intimacy between the two men. I would have preferred it if some of the plot-twists (like certain aspects of Kaea’s talents and the situation surrounding Xavier’s father’s murder) had been better explained. While I knew in a general sense what was happening the pace of the story was so fast I needed to go back and re-read a few sections when it was clear I hadn’t completely grasped what was going on. Indeed, for the two specific aspects mentioned previously even after re-reading I still didn’t fully comprehend what was going on and I feel for myself, personally, I would have preferred a more detailed explanation even at the risk of slowing the importance of the action-packed plot. I love a quickly moving story – but not when it makes me feel lost and I can’t understand exactly what’s going on.

I enjoyed the heat in this story. Kaea and Xavier have a fairly instant attraction – despite the fact Kaea originally wants to kill Xavier – and aside from a few bumps in the road the two men come together fairly quickly. While I enjoyed the heat level, there is only one proper sexual scene so readers looking for an intensely erotic – or prolific – love story might not find the sensuality level as high as they would wish for.

Overall I found this an interesting and well-plotted story with two interesting characters and a lot happening. I feel it’s a well-written M/M romance and has some interesting twists and turns which kept me turning the pages.
