Talk about a tasty sip! This book is spicy, hot and just the right amount of sweet.

I’ve heard lots of great things about the work of Sean Michael. Well, I had to find out for myself. I am so glad I did. This might be labled a Torquere Sip book, but man, this is so much more than a simple taste.

The writing flows well. Granted it’s a short story, but I didn’t want to put it down and sat clutching my reader until I was done because I simply had to know what would happen next. There are parts of the story that sizzle the edges of the page and others that left with a sastifying awww feeling.

I want to mention the characters as well; the story wouldn’t be great without them. Isaak is someone readers can relate to, even if we aren’t in his position–and those positions…phew! He’s a businessman and needs, needs to be in charge. I loved the push-pull between Isaak and Car. He might have needs, but the way they were worked out…it was great.

Then there’s Car. I wasn’t sure if I’d like him. He comes off as a bit cocky early on, though I suppose he’s got to. He’s a Dom. But like peeling back the petals of a delicate flower, seeing the layers to Car’s personality as the pages of the book passed was great. Just what the story needed. There’s heat, absolutely, but in that heat there’s a healthy dose of heart. I rooted for this story to work out to a HEA. I’m glad got to read it.

If you want a book that’s certainly going to leave you needing a cool drink, this is it. If you want a little sweet with the spice, look no further. I heartily suggest you read Raw Need. I’m glad I did.

Jill Danvers left Bluebonnet Falls ten years ago and never expected to go back. When Gabe Carter, the love of her life, married someone else she took the pieces of her shattered heart and ran as fast and as far as she could. But Gabe is chairing The Falls’ bicentennial celebration and the magazine Jill writes for has assigned her to do a piece on it. The minute she walks into Gabe’s office she discovers two things — she’s as hot for him as she ever was, and Gabe isn’t married.

Their feelings for each other explode and they heat up the nights, the sex hotter and more erotic than either thought possible. But there are still a lot of obstacles in their path. The former Mrs. Carter comes home determined to reclaim Gabe for herself and a nasty scandal is brewing over a new development meant to put Bluebonnet Falls on the map. A scandal that could involve everyone.

The name says it all in this scorching love story. Heat radiates from the pages! The intensity of the passion between long parted lovers, Jill and Gabe is consuming in this fully envisioned and expertly told tale of unrequited love.

News magazine writer, Jill Danvers has returned to her home town to cover the big bicentennial celebration coming up. She immediately runs into her first love, Gabe Carter, who ten years earlier left her for another woman after a summer-long affair that became the best time of her life. Gabe suddenly left to marry the woman he was seeing before. The woman who stepped forward to claim she carried his child.

Sexy, hard-bodied, good looking lawyer Gabe has spent the last ten years pining for Jill and attempting to contact her. However, Jill has refused all calls or contact from him, believing him to be a two-timing player who trampled her heart. What Jill doesn’t know is that Gabe divorced his wife following her miscarriage of their baby.

Jill had been involved with a nice man for several years named, Mike, who taught her how to have an exciting and fulfilling sex life, but she never felt real love for him like she did for Gabe. Since Mike, she hasn’t been interested in any men and has stayed out of the dating scene, keeping to herself. The heat between them blazes and the sparks fly hot the minute they run into each other. Jill can’t resist Gabe’s raw sexuality and immediately they are drawn into an exciting, erotic affair that gains in intensity and depth every time they are together. The scalding sex scenes in this novel had me turning up the A/C constantly. I love the natural way that Ms. Holt weaves the evolving relationship between the lovers with the hottest sex scenes imaginable. This book just grows hotter with every turn of the page.

Gabe is a dominant and very imaginative lover who has met his sexual and emotional match in Jill, who can’t get enough of this exciting, attentive and powerful lover. One thing I really love about the relationship between Jill and Gabe is the layers and depth of their love. Gabe is not only a strong, dominant lover, he is nurturing and tender as well, giving his heart openly and completely. At first he is too insecure to say the L word, which is often even the case with very confident men. He is worried that Jill will turn tail and run, as she did ten years before, never giving him a chance to explain.

There is also a foul air hanging over the upcoming celebration in the town. I don’t want to give away the plot, but there are some very interesting developments which Jill and Gabe become key to solving and there is a menacing element of danger in this sub plot.

The main story is the evolving love and trust between the two main characters, and it is a sweet and sexy story, indeed. I found this to be a hot, engaging romance that I am eager to recommend to all. It has something for almost everyone in the ‘heat’ department, so be prepared to be very entertained. I say, go get a copy of, Night Heat now!

When Kat’s boyfriend takes her to an upscale restaurant, she’s certain he’s going to give her the two-carat princess cut she’s always dreamt of. Instead she finds herself being dumped. Thrown into a downward spiral, she ponders his claim that he’s looking for someone who needs him to take control so he can feel complete.

Driven by personal tragedy and determined that she can at least be adventurous between the sheets, Kat embarks on a sexual journey involving titillating phone sex and a growing obsession with the toy catalog. Soon she’s led into the darker world of bondage and whippings, only to be jumped by a group of men with a fascinating and fearless leader. Pushed to her limits, she struggles against the dark seduction. Until she discovers the leader’s secret.

Deliciously naughty is what this story is. When Katherine (Kat) finds herself suddenly single she decides to explore a part of herself she never knew existed. Kat goes from a good girl who does everything by the book to a vixen looking for her next sexual high and I absolutely devoured every minute of it.

This story drew me in from the very beginning and held me in a bear hug up until the last word. While the direction of the plot was evident to me, it did not make it any less entertaining. This was one of the best storylines I have read in a while and I absolutely relished it. I really cannot say one specific thing that really made this story a standout because everything was done to make it extremely satisfying. When uric deposits reach to its viagra online stores http://nichestlouis.com/levitra-4456.html extreme, the joints around the affected area become inflamed and swollen. Kat’s exploration was one that many of us wish we could do ourselves. At one point in most females’ lives, they discover their sexuality and go from just okay sex to mind blowing, leg-quivering satisfaction. Whether it is with a partner or ourselves, we realize what works for us and what does not. I wanted to clap my hands at those moments of epiphany, to show my support when Kat finally got to know who she really was.

If you cannot tell by my review so far, sex was the focus in of this story. Not just any sex, but sexual discovery. During this discovery, Kat is “kidnapped” and seduced. While her mind may be telling her it is wrong, she very much enjoys the experience and had clear lust for her main aggressor prior to the incident. Additionally, while others assist the main seducer they do not penetrate or have any real sexual contact with Kat. Therefore, if forced seduction or ménage’s are not your thing I think you may still find this scene tastefully executed. I am sure this will be the first of many of Author Em Petrova stories I read.

When Olivia Sheppard left the service, she had no idea what to do with her life. She never thought she’d wind up as head of security, and so much more, for trendy club owner and international mystery man Noah Lazarus. Breaking her rule of non-fraternization with the boss, Olivia and Noah begin a torrid affair.

Steamy sex isn’t enough to win a woman like Olivia, and Noah knows it. But he’s compelled to win her. Unfortunately, he has a secret, one that may cost Olivia her life. What he doesn’t know is whether Olivia can love and accept him for who he is. Or whether he can keep her alive long enough to prove that love can last for all eternity.

He’s waited eight hundred years for his true soulmate. Now he has to convince her that she’s meant to be his. Olivia Sheppard is a strong-minded, no-nonsense modern woman. Noah Lazarus is an alpha male vampire and he has been alone for eight hundred years. He’s not about to let anything prevent him from wooing and winning his one true mate. I found both characters interesting and complex and I sympathized with them right away.

The most important aspect between Olivia and Noah is how they slowly build deeper trust for each other. They experience intense sexual and romantic attraction from the very first meeting. The intense attraction is rather daunting for Olivia and later has trouble accepting it when she finds out that she’s dating a modern day vampire. But Noah manages to win her over with patience, charm and exceptional sexual skills. Once he earns her trust, they are able to join together and fight the external forces that are threatening them.

Ms. Masters does an excellent job of mixing tight sensual tension, plentiful steamy sex encounters and lots well developed action between Olivia and Noah and the bad guys. This is truly an action packed, emotionally charged story! I enjoyed Eternal Soulmate and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys a high action, sexy paranormal romance.

Double D Ranch Tales, 1

Two people scared to love again. Two others hesitant about commitment. A weekend in Nevada will change all that.

Bristol Ashcombe is swearing off men and taking a vacation with her friend, Cassie. Damon Dougan is packed and ready to leave the ranch for a trip, that is, until a long-legged, sexy woman steps out of a vehicle and he decides to stay. Will one sex-filled weekend be enough for either of them?

Cassie Harding travels to the Double D ranch to meet Bristol and looks forward to seeing her old friend, Dakota. Dak’s excited when Cassie, his former sweetheart, returns. Cassie and Dakota, though they’re heating up ‘the sheets’ in and out of the bedroom, have fears about commitment after years of being single. Will they find it’s better to dance together than apart?

Wild West Weekend is a feel good romp, with the bonus of not one but two sexy hot cowboy brothers!

Bristol & Damon – Part One

I think the term “once burned twice shy” could fit both Bristol and Damon to a T.

Bristol should be riding high on the success of her Broadway show, but something is missing. After a failed marriage, she needs a break and agrees to meet up with an old friend at the Dougan Ranch. Bristol is one major New York City diva. She is delightful and funny to read about. She is absolutely oblivious to the workings of a Nevada working ranch. All you can do is smile and shake your head right along with Damon at her mannerisms and cluelessness. She is utterly wonderful.

I adore Damon. He is so laid back and charming, I could just eat him up with a spoon. I can honestly say that Damon was totally broadsided in his last relationship. His leeriness to have another relationship is well-founded and believable. Still, Bristol intrigued him from the moment he saw her stepping out of the limousine.

The romance between Bristol and Damon was rushed but considering they only had a weekend, I understand why. The chemistry they had was combustible and just plain cute. One or two cup of water after having dinner* Do not the medicine with water only Another problem people tend to face when attempting a jailbreak, particularly when using beta software. viagra prices in usa Current findings tell us that there are dramatic anatomical changes in the brain, and more specifically, levitra viagra baratas changes in volume of gray matter. I would have enjoyed reading about a full month’s vacation with these two. I finished Part One wanting more. No, needing more. I will have to say well done to the author for engaging me, pulling me into the story.

Cassie and Dakota – Part Two

Hmmm, how to sum up these two lovers? They only got better with age. Cassie and Dakota fell in love as teenagers, but life got in the way for them.

Dakota stayed on at his family ranch never knowing what happened to his first love. He dove head first into the management of the ranch, never finding time to fall in love again. Twenty years later, he is looking forward to seeing Cassie again. Can he survive being rejected by her a second time?

Life is what happened to Cassie. She loved her summers at the ranch, but circumstances and heartbreak kept her from returning. Older and wiser, she decides to look up her old flame. Trouble is she is not the same sweet teenager he once knew. Cassie has a dark past, and she is worried that straight-laced Dakota may not be able to handle her taboo side.

I found Cassie and Dakota’s story a bit more realistic. They had a past and a foundation to work from. My only disappointment was, who was this stranger in town and what was the purpose in the story? Beyond that, I enjoyed their interactions and how she was able to blend her past sexual experiences into the present to help Dakota move beyond some of his current issues. I found myself cheering them on throughout the story.

This book has two overlapping short stories happening on the same timeline. It was enjoyable to read the separate accounts of these two couples. It made the book unique for me and I was able to set my focus on the enjoyment of each individual couple.

The ending was tied up wonderfully. As I was coming to the end of the book I was about ready to throw it up in the air and shout, “What about Bristol and Damon?” Thank you, thank you, and thank you for the unique twist at the end. It was a delightful little present tied up in a great big bow. The collaboration in this book was well written and flowed seamlessly, great work and job well done! I look forward to future endeavors between the two of you again.

Angry that he’d allowed a mere woman to take him hostage, Fyn Du-ket vows to turn the tables on his prim captor. As a skilled trainer of submissive slaves, he’d show her exactly how good it felt to be bad. Oh, yes, she succumbs, but there’s a slight hitch in the plan: he never realized he could become a slave. Locare wants revenge on this evil pirate for turning her sister into a submissive. She captures Fyn and makes him submit to her will. Now Fyn vows to get his revenge on her.

Honestly for me, Locare is far easier to like and relate to than Fyn is. While Locare is a strong minded woman with a deep heart and deeper yet loyalties, Fyn seems to be driven primarily by his need to obtain things: money, the submission of women, etc. Fyn was once in love and lost, and it made him hard and bitter. Much of their sex in the beginning involves deep discussion of what Fyn did sexually with Locare’s sister. There’s also an aspect of forced seduction. Some readers with delicate sensitivities may find these two aspects disconcerting. Yet both were entirely necessary to the plot.

And what a supercharged plot it is. There’s plenty of conflict here, never a boring moment in this story. There’s plenty of sexual heat here as well. The sex scenes are well written and definitely a battle of wills type of situation with strong emotional energy. Hot sex brings the Fyn and Locare closer and they fight their way in the erotic arena to a happy ending.

Pirate’s Slave is a hot, hard-driving romance that left me breathless. I highly recommend it.

Alexa Robbins is so consumed by her career, the only sex she has is listening to her nymphomaniac neighbors go at it. When Sebastian Law discovers her in the eighteenth floor conference room early one morning, the table becomes a pallet for making one of her fantasies come true. Will he enjoy her extensive repertoire of fantasies? On the outside, Sebastian appears a buttoned-up, well-dressed, techno geek. Inside, he’s a Dom with a hearty appetite for all types of carnal pleasures. He risks alienating Alexa by revealing his true nature, but he won’t keep the secret for long. Together, they explore all the things that turn them on. And discover whether they’re a perfect match for life beyond the 18th Floor.

In the mood for an erotic romance adventure with just a touch of emotion and light drama? Step into Alexa and Sebastian’s world for a pinpoint moment where two co-workers find out that they have more in common than the building they work in.

The speed that things happen in the beginning is perfect for a reader who is looking for instant gratification because those well written and steamy encounters are sure pleasers. For a reader like me who looks for that emotional connection that makes the plot have meaning and relevance, Ms. Church provided some light drama by introducing the skeletons in the closet.

Sebastian has a lot to lose and more to gain by putting his real self out there. It takes a strong man to take the steps he did because what he hopes to gain in the long run is greater than anything he’s strived for before. Alexa is worth the effort.

It’s her past hurts that come to haunt her in the present that affords this tale a solid recommend.

I like a certain level of conflict in stories because it makes the characters stretch and grow, making the book more interesting. In The 18th Floor,, the protagonists are enjoyable because they are active participants, not cardboard-like and shallow — only there for the sex. Ms. Church created a villain that truly was a jerk. In reality, the cops would have probably taken both of them into custody because of the actions of one of the characters, but then again, some states are a bit more tolerant about people who walk the line of vigilantism in defense of their loved ones. The author used it to good effect.

Except for getting Sebastian’s nemesis’ name wrong once, the editing was nearly flawless. The dialogue was well done and the temporary secondary characters enhanced the understanding of exactly what Sebastian needed and wanted from Alexa. Readers will find the exotic location titillating.

The 18th Floor provides pure sensual enjoyment for readers who appreciate the finer points of the BDSM lifestyle. Sebastian and Alexa are good together and I enjoyed reading their story. Ms. Church consistently writes seductive and interesting tales and readers can add this to the list.

Each time Paul and Evan meet at another friend’s same-sex wedding, they’re interested…but the timing is always wrong because one of them is involved with someone new. They try to make do by falling in and out of the beds of several different men as they search for their own Mr. Right, and along the way, they learn new skills, like the secrets to Tantric sex, or the moves required to succeed at lube wrestling.

Yet all through the hot summer months, they flirt and eye each other by the buffet tables and open bars of reception halls crowded with men, even though they never get a chance to take their relationship to the next level. When the summer draws to a close and their two best friends are about to marry, the stars might finally align for Paul and Evan. They might just get to be each others’ forever ‘plus one’.

Sometimes the perfect man is standing right in front of you and sometimes you knock him down and spill a drink on him thanks to a large, amorous, horse-of-a-dog!

Experience the Heights of Passion and the Depths of Desire

We’ve all been there—so taken by a lover that you just can’t stop thinking about him. Your imagination runs wild, fueling your fantasies. You feel hot, feverish, out of control. Your only hope of release is to possess and be possessed. In Obsessed: Erotic Romance for Women, Rachel Kramer Bussel has curated a gloriously explicit collection of riveting romance with an edge. Whether just-blooming passions, rekindled sparks, or reinvented relationships, these lovers put the object of their obsession first. From the almost-divorced couple in “Aftershocks,” by Bella Andre, who finally confess their deepest desires during an earthquake to a woman who tells her boyfriend just how much she lusts after another man in Emerald’s “Then,” these lovers push the boundaries of their trust, and are rewarded for taking those risks. Obsessed lovers don’t always do what is rational; sometimes they chase their dreams, as in Kayla Perrin’s “One Night in Paris,” across the world and across the landscape of their lovers’ bodies. Lustful and literary, Obsessed asks just how far you’ll go for the man you love.

Everyone has some type of obsession in their life whether it be the pursuit of a secret fantasy, or something we experience that creates the obsession that always pulses just under the surface. An anthology about obsession is perfect for readers who need or want to feel that they’re not alone in their compulsions. This book covers it.

Silent Treatment by Donna George Storey

This story makes it evident that you do not need a voice to be heard. It was a good tale to begin the anthology but the obsession wasn’t altogether clear. I did enjoy the anonymity of the heroine because it added a mystery to the story. It also allowed me to interpret the heroine the way I would picture her. .Based on the writing, I wasn’t restricted to how the author wanted me to view her heroine.

One Night in Paris by Kayla Perrin

This story showed and even demonstrated the theme of obsession perfectly. I was completely enthralled with the storyline from beginning to end. Not only was Vivian’s obsession with her boss explored, but the author delved into her obsession with the fantasy itself. And let’s face it, we all love a good fantasy now and then.

Concubine by Portia Da Costa

Even though it got of to a slow start, this story had a very interesting ending. I liked the whole “story within a story” aspect of Concubine. Additionally, these characters connected on a deeper level than the previous tales. It created a nice little romantic feeling to it.

Love and Demotion by Logan Belle

This story was all about raw animalistic sexual urges. Cat is tame during the day, but a sex kitten at night. At this point in the anthology, Love and Demotion was my favorite story. It revisited the secret obsession of sleeping with your boss. The author added a twist to the storyline that really entertained me.

Mephisto Waltz by Justine Elyot
This installment was entertaining, especially the way the author used music to build up and develop the relationship. While I am not a classical music fan, I could appreciate the correlation between emotionally connecting a good piece of music to a good piece of man candy. In the end, Lily gets to thoroughly enjoy both.

Then by Emerald

This was by far the most erotic story within the anthology. Valerie may love Chris, but her body sure wants a taste of Hayden. The reality is, even while people are in a monogamous relationship, everyones eye wanders occasionally. We cannot help but appreciate an attractive man. What’s worse for the heroine,Valerie, is this attractive man is constantly being thrown in her face. The sensual tension escalates because she can’t touch him …or can she?

It’s Gotta Be Fate by Jennifer Peters
This story was not only interesting but it set itself apart from the others because of its uniqueness. It encompassed a BDSM theme with an titillating twist. Occasionally, submissives need to know what it is like to dominate someone. By the same token Doms need to experience the feel of someone else’s ties around their wrists. In this story, I get exactly that. What was better, was the hint at maybe a new beginning. This was a light BDSM story, but be prepared because it’s emotionally charged.

Hooked by Ariel Graham
This tale was a bit puzzling to me. One thing that really made it difficult was the characters names being Ricki and Jody. Since both names are interchangeable between males and females, I kept forgetting who the boyfriend was and who the girlfriend was. In spite of that, I really enjoyed Ricki’s obsession. Add in the hook and I had a story that truly captured the theme of obsession. However, I would have liked to have actually seen the obsession be fulfilled in the final scene of the story. Ms. Graham needs to do a sequel.

Aftershocks by Bella Andre

Some relationships need a little jolt to get back in track. The lack of communication displayed by Celeste and Darren is a trap many marriages fall in. They are so afraid of each other’s reaction they fail to realize they both want the same thing. An authorized purchase levitra online web chemist would offer genuine rates and reasonable discount. Problems with either the pump or the electricity can cause problems with low blood pressure. cheapest cipla tadalafil This highly erotic BDSM story was inspirational in more than one way. Secret Places by Adele Haze Until we fully trust someone, many of us keep our secrets to ourselves. That is what this story was about. The only drawback about this tale is the author focused too much time and energy on Dan’s music playing. It took away from the the relationship development. Because it is so short, the secret was discovered using a typical technique. but ultimately I did get to see Dan and Marian reach their happily ever after. Best of all for the protagonists, there were minimal secrets going forward.

Loser by Charlotte Stein

This story inspired mixed emotions, but in a good way. One moment I was completely awed by the fact that Mallory would even be attracted to Billy in the first place. The next thing that threw me was when Mallory talked about how good he was in the bedroom. I thought, “Wow,what a catch!” I am sure this is what the author was going for and she certainly succeeded in her goal. Now, I don’t think I will ever again walk past an average person and think what a loser they are.

Here In Between by Kristina Wright

‘Strange mysterious man finds stranded woman on the side of the road’. It certainly sounds more like the beginning of a horror movie than an erotic tale, doesn’t it? Well, not only does that sentence begin this story, it also ignited something deep inside me. You know, the part that wants to be that damsel in distress who is rescued by the knight riding on a magnificent stallion? I just hope my knight is as sexy and charismatic as the hero is in this story.

Spellbound by Garnell Wallace
This story touched me on a few emotional levels. I absolutely loved that the heroine, Kia, was able to find herself but it took her going to Haiti to do it. The nice twist was she found the love of her life while she was trying to connect with a part of herself her family denied. What I liked too was the heroine was put into a situation that was different. It inspired her to really look within for answers. What really spiced up the story were the hot erotic scenes. I’m being deliberately vague because it’s a story worth reading.

Raven’s Flight by Andrea Dale

Forget the girl next door when you can have the sexy Celtic next door. Ciaran is the type of neighbor we all dream of; sexy, intelligent, and likes to walk around shirtless. I also enjoyed the link the tattoos played in Ciaran and the heroine’s journey through life. I appreciate symbolism because I have always felt it adds a touch of depth to a story. The author effectively illustrated that with the use of the tattoos.

Raindrops and Rooftops by Elizabeth Coldwell
This story was a bit more sexual and the focus on obsession was not as heavy as with the previous tales. I like that it added a little bit of lightness to the obsessive side of people. Another thing that intrigued me was Keeley going to New York in search of one thing and ended up finding something completely different. For a lot of people, the scenario plays out just like that in real life. We do not realize what we are looking for until we find it.

Topiary by K.D. Grace

At first, I was a bit confused on what the author of this story was talking about, but after a few chapters, I was able to figure it out. I have heard of vajazzling, but this takes pubic decorating to a completely new level. While this story did fully explore the obsession people can have regarding a woman’s parts, I did not really connect with nor fully appreciate the relationship. It seemed as if Aden only cared about one part of heroine’s anatomy, and not necessarily for her as a person.

I Want to Hold Your Hand by Rachel Kramer Bussel

This story was very romantic. All Shelly really wanted to do was reconnect with her husband. While it had a strong erotic element, the story left a warm and fuzzy feeling inside by the time I finished it. Ron was eventually revealed to be the perfect husband that all husbands should be.

Storm Surge by Teresa Noelle Roberts
This story was a bit difficult for me to read. While if fully captured the obsession of the character, I just felt confused because the obsession almost trumped reality. Additionally, it was another story that I felt the couple did not really connect as deeply with each other as they could have. What came across instead was their total involvement with their mutual obsession.

Undercover Kink by Louisa Harte

This final tale was a great one to end this anthology. We all have some undercover kink somewhere buried inside, and Natalie, the heroine, had to fulfill the kink she has secretly obsessed about for a long time. What was even better is that it even fulfilled a few kinks I don’t think even Natalie realized she had until that moment. It’s the element of discovery that made it so worth it.

This entire anthology really displayed the many forms obsession can take. Though voluminous, this book has stories to match anyone’s needs or curiosity about obsession. Because there are so many different tales, surly everyone who reads this book will find something they love. I did.

My name is Officer Wright. I’m genetically enhanced as one of the city’s finest, and a normal day for me involves plugging liquid sunshine into rogue vamps, tagging and bagging renegade werewolves, and putting the fear of the badge into all criminals.

But these are not normal days. While my partner takes a leave of absence to bang his bunny, I’m stuck on babysitting duty. Yeah, stop laughing. It would be more humorous except the chick I’m tailing is a hot little beagle-shifting judge, and when she takes the bench, believe me, my whole body comes to order.

It’s another odd shifter combination with cute puppy-isms and some fascinating role playing to keep a reader entertained and interested.

Overall, my favorite thing about this story is the author’s reference to the heroine being a dog. I laughed out loud about the affects a ball has on her, I got a kick out of the fact that when the heroine shifted, her inner puppy takes over and she’s all sorts of cute. I also enjoyed the visuals the author painted when Sadie was defending herself in puppy form. In spite of the fact that it was a scene with light drama, I giggled. I also appreciated the fact that the author created a strong female lead that didn’t bow down to pressure from the bad guys. She’s quite the woman.

Wright is the hero in more ways than one. He’s Sadie’s personal hero but he’s a man with a badge, so his very nature is about protecting the community at large from some very bad characters. He’s an enhanced being so everything thing about him is larger than life – bad for the bad guys and extremely sexy for the heroine. His dialogue is a bit gritty and rough, which fits his personality, right up until the last line in the story.

I’ve used a gavel a time or two when I was president of a club for a few years. Never in my wildest and most kinky dreams would I have thought to do what Wright did. Readers are in for an eyeful. Life is finally taking its toll on the generic levitra no prescription aging body. It viagra overnight usa gives you much more staying power and abundant stamina to enjoy the prolonged time. One type of stretches that generic levitra robertrobb.com work well to control back pain are called McKenzie exercises. Moreover, around 7% of men aged between 40 to 79 years. 17% it is mild, while 10% cases are that of severe erection problems which cannot be cured with foods, exercises, you must consider safe and effective viagra viagra for better love life in 2017. Not only that but the role playing I mentioned before took on a whole new level because both parties are in the legal profession and the double plays on words brought smiles and chuckles.

There is mild suspense and drama to spice things up and it propels their relationship to the next level – that of being a serious and committed couple.

Because this is another short story in the Serve and Protect series, I’ve come to expect the first person point of views in each chapter. I have always thought it was an interesting touch because then readers know what is going on for both the hero and heroine and it’s always fun to see how different the guys are from gals.

That being said, and because the villain had so much potential to be nastier, more of a real threat, I felt disconnected from the seriousness of it. The author initially tried to build up the tension so a reader would know that there was some hefty weight behind Sadie’s job, but it never pulled me in. That’s the quandary of a story of less than fifty pages – a reader gets teased with something that the author truly showed a talent for exploring but because of space constraints, can’t expound on it. As it is, Ms. Sax zeroed in on the relationship and how Sadie and Wright investigated it to their lustful satisfaction, many times and for one scene, in a unique way. For readers who are looking for the erotic element, it’s there and Ms. Sax delivered. For those that are looking for a deeper connection with the plot, they won’t find it here. The book focuses on pure entertainment.

Protect and Serve: Legal Beagle is adorable, funny and sexy. It’s a great length for readers who want a story that serves as an appetizer. You know the kind – enough to tide you over, satisfies the taste buds and makes a reader feel romantically refreshed – with a kick. It’s a fast yet good read.
