December 2006 from Under the Moon a new line of dark romance fiction journals prepared to delight and tease your senses.Forbidden Love stands ready to bring you Bad Boys, Wicked Women, Assassins, Rogues, Bounty Hunters, Pirates, Wizard, Vampires and more. Are you ready to walk with werewolves? To dance with Vampires? Willing to face the wrath of your family and the scandal of your peers for one night with a Gladiator? Are you prepared to risk all in the name of glamour, power and perhaps even love?

The men in this anthology are definitely bad boys who need to be sent to my room. Maybe then I can give them the spanking they need plus a few other things I have in mind.

I have said it before with other anthologies, but I find anthologies to be a nice chance to get to know some authors you may not necessarily have read before. Since I love the paranormal erotica genre this was perfect for me. Each of these stories has a paranormal element to them as well as a deliciously naughty man. “Boy” just doesn’t seem appropriate since these guys are all man.

Playing Games by Brenna Lyons

Although the characters in this story are intriguing, the plot was a little confusing and incomplete. I really liked Polero’s brother, Jorg (the antagonist). I was sad I didn’t get to see more of him. He was everything a girl wants to see in a vampire: sexy, mysterious and dangerous. What confused me were first Polero and Jorg’s relationship/conflict and who is Lord Jager? One conflict that is not concluded is the one between the police and Jorg, which is evident since the police never found Jorg to either stop him from kidnapping other women or bring him to justice for what he did to Denise. While some conflicts had no conclusion others still remained a mystery leaving me puzzled. I really don’t have a definite answer about what happened between Denise and her boss Adam, whom I felt made a great couple, since she stopped having sex with him once she remembered more about her sexual encounter with Jorg. Let’s just hope that Denise and Adam had a happy ending. I will say – Jorg’s sexy self can use me in his games any day.

An Unholy Embrace by CJ England

The plot of this story was interesting and unique. Teran was running away from humans attempting to rape her right into the arms of another monster. This one was a vampire who also wanted her blood and virginity; except he offered her pleasure in exchange. Now Teran just has to be smart enough to accept that pleasure. There are a few spacing issues within the story, that I found a bit distracting. Although not a story problem, the cover photo seems to appear in front of almost every chapter. With that said, the story itself was excellent and should have been the one to start this anthology.

In The Black by Ally Blue

Sold out by their boss Colt and Taz had no other choice than to run for their lives. With violence all around them, and imminent death around the corner, they did the only thing they could do – Make love one last time. Two hot, sexy men going at it… well what is there not to like? Willing to do anything for one another – even die – they decided they would fight for each other and accept nothing less. I know: how sweet right? I think the dedication to each other is a remarkable and endearing quality. Although the relationship in this story was obvious, the story really focused more attention on their escape, but the fact that they would not leave one another proved how deeply they really cared. This story would be great for someone who loves action packed romance with life threatening altercations.

Soul Seduction by Sapphire Phelan

First we had vampires, then futuristic heroes and now fey. Bran had been caught sleeping with the Sidhe Queen’s daughter – his punishment: eternity next to a park in the mortal world. I couldn’t help but see Bran’s hatred for the human world as comical, in the beginning. It lightened my spirit and allowed me to just sit back and enjoy the story, which was exactly what I did.

Master of the Night by Astride Cooper

This story was filled with mystery and eroticism. Faucon is definitely the correct name for this main character with his falcon-like characteristics. I think that, although a short story, the author really thought out what she wanted her audience to see and insured she delivered it. I absolutely got it and enjoyed it. His hunt was arousing and I just wish I could one day be his prey.

Night Wolfing by Brenda Williamson

So far this has been my favorite story of this anthology. From beginning to end the author dragged me into this story and kept my attention. I also liked the fact that this was not your traditional werewolf story. The twist at the end was just icing on the cake as far as I am concerned. Although the sex between Etta and Dimitri is a bit bloody it is still totally hot.

Before Dawn by Terri Pray

This story left me a bit puzzled in the end. Who was Atia and what had she done to Turos that was so bad? Also what became of Turos and Juliana’s relationship? I would have liked to see a little more relationship development. The little bit of a plot this story did contain left me feeling incomplete.

Between Two Thieves by Rian Monaire

That was definitely an interesting story. A contract killer who thought he was on top of the world, except Reven could not get his last job out of his head. Reven hoped a vacation and a sexy woman would be enough to distract him. The only problem was Kitty, his new conquest, looked strangely like the woman whom he just murdered. My opinion? Kitty got the perfect revenge.

Eternity by Terri Pray

This was definitely an interesting end to this anthology. It was the internal dialogue of an unknown ghost who refused to give up his woman whom is still alive. I would like to call her his love, but I am not really sure if that would be the proper emotion. Whatever the emotions might be he is willing to wait for them to be together again.

One thing I do want to say in regards to this book, which is not a reflection on the authors, but there were too many promotions throughout the book. You have them in the beginning of the book, between almost every short story then again at the end. In my opinion, it took away from the author’s hard work within this anthology since it was so overbearing.

These stories definitely keep to the theme of Bad boys. I have read many anthologies and I have always enjoyed the ones that have a clear and coherent theme a little more than those that don’t. It allows you to know what to expect from the authors and not get blindsided by a story you may not necessarily be interested in. So take a look you may find the bad boy of your dreams. There is definitely a variety of flavors in bad boys whether you like the dark, devious or just plan scary. With their own unique plot and bad boy(s) most or all of these stories will leave you wanting more

Straitlaced Mandy never does anything wild. She’s never even had an orgasm, but when friends take her to a fetish club to celebrate her twenty-fifth birthday, all that will change.
Peter may be a buttoned-down market analyst, but he’ll show Mandy that corporate and wild can mix very well.

Uptight meets uptight…what do you think will happen?

Ava Delany’s work is always hot and fast paced. This book is no exception. It’s spicy and delivers the right amount of kink to keep the reader happy. It’s a short story, so the plot happens fast—almost too fast in spots. I wanted to know more about the characters and what happened after the story. I love seeing how things work out after the last page.

I liked Mandy and Peter. In their respective ways, they are two repressed people. He’s a workaholic who wants a woman into kink. She’s in deathly fear that if she let’s go and lives a little, bad things will happen. It was easy to feel for her because she’s got issues that would be hard for lots of people to deal with. I wanted to see her get her happy ending, even if it meant coming at the end of a spanking session. Peter on the other hand, was a bit harder to come to like. He likes a woman who can handle a bit of spanking, a little anal sex, and come back for more. I liked his honesty, but I wanted to see more out of him. We get a tantalizing taste of him and it’s nice. But I wanted the full bite.

The sex scenes certainly scorch. I needed a fan and a cool drink with this one, but it was worth it.

If you want a steamy story that packs a punch, you’ll want to read Fallen. I give this short story 3.5 cherries.

All Cheryl Brete wanted was to forget about her cheating ex-boyfriend and enjoy a night with friends. When her car breaks down on an isolated road and a beast chases her into the woods, her worst fears come to life.

Shane and Thomas Bicks had a vision of a gorgeous woman being attacked by a Rogue werewolf. They set out to find and save her by bringing her to the Haven after she’s bitten. Just when they’re about to leave, the doctor tells them they must stay and help her through the werewolf transition both physically and sexually. They agree whole-heartedly, but after they see how emotionally vulnerable she is because of an abusive ex-boyfriend, they question their decision and the deep-set feelings they’re beginning to have for her.

Soon emotions for these three become a whirlwind of lust and love. What they don’t know is the Rogue who bit Cheryl is coming back to finish the job he started, which was to kill her.

A romance with psychic werewolves is a unique and entertaining idea that makes this story worth investigating.

Shane and Thomas are twins who have a unique gift but it only seems to manifest when something of a great and far reaching effect is about to happen. Because they were right when it counted most, their latest vision is taken seriously but this time, they are given the task of seeing it through. Right away I got the impression that they are young men, relatively speaking, and they’re not spotlight seekers but are content to remain in the background and follow their business instincts instead of their wolf instincts. The two brothers get along very well and are very much two peas in a pod. I bet that Shane is the older one by minutes because he has a slightly more dominant personality. He’s also the one with the most emotional depth. He’s suffered a broken heart before so his character is a bit more fleshed out. Thomas is the quieter one but he also knows his own mind and isn’t afraid to take a leap of faith when it’s asked of him. They are a good balance in personalities. But when they are both in wolf form, they are formidable.

Cheryl is the hapless human who narrowly escapes with her life from a demented werewolf. She too is recovering emotionally but hers is from an abusive relationship. Now she has to add a life and body changing event to her plate and I think her cup runneth over. For being so traumatized I think Cheryl handled the news extremely well. It might have had something to do with her going into heat but the author actually had Shane and Thomas giving her the space she needed and the information she should have so she could make her own choice. I think that made it more realistic and made me like them and believe it would work with all of them as partners. The number of men with erectile dysfunction are more common with low levels of cialis pills wholesale DHEA. I liked how Ms. Frost had the twins treat her with respect. This wasn’t a campy romp for the sex story. Cheryl really deserved their respect and they gave it so it was quite satisfying when she decided to let go and experience everything Shane and Thomas could do for her to adjust to her change of being a werewolf.

I liked the premise of the story and the idea of werewolves guarding the human race. The reason this book isn’t rated higher is because of a couple of things. The story style had a lot of passive telling and there’s one part where it was raining but the next scene the moon was out. I noticed a few punctuation issues but those are negligible next to the big moon/rain scene. It’s sort of a letdown for me because this story idea had so much potential to be extra exciting that I was thrilled to read it. Even with all that being said, I still enjoyed myself and I liked the characters especially when Cheryl, Thomas and Shane finally do get physical. Ms. Frost hits her stride nicely when it comes to writing ménage scenes that work. I had a good time reading those too.

The external conflict was light but definitely memorable and brought a nice bit of tension and suspense to the story. I wonder what the bad guy’s background was and how he played into the bigger picture that was alluded to in the book. The head guy has his own theory but I am not convinced he’s right. There’s a loose end dangling and this book just whetted my appetite.

It Begins with a Rogue’s Bite is an engaging and different perspective on the relationship between humans and werewolves. Ms. Frost has Shane, Cheryl and Thomas create sensual magic that should please and satisfy erotic romance readers while creating a unique paranormal world with an interesting and titillating problem that entices a reader to beg for more. I was also satisfied with the happily ever after and I thought the lead in was hot and the delivery sweet. But I still want to know about the nefarious plot the rogues have and what possible future roles all three of the main characters in this story might play so I’d say the author did a nice job of hooking me. I had a good time reading this tale and would read more books by Ms. Frost.

Lucien Durand and Colin Ferguson have lived and loved as partners in life and art for more than twenty years. But happily ever after is never easy. Over time, Lucien begins to resent how Colin’s work overshadows his own art, and their relationship falls apart. Colin leaves with nothing but a backpack, and Lucien goes on alone, getting some counseling, developing a practice in raku pottery, and waiting for what would happen next. He never expects that Colin will send his nephew James to train as a potter. With James staying in Lucien’s home, a door will open between the former lovers, firing their hearts.

Although fire can destroy, it can also rebuild. Lucien and Colin are successful artists and have been partners for twenty-five years. A horrible fight five years ago had Colin walking out without a word but neither man has let go. They can’t seem to find their way back to each other until Colin’s nephew comes to Lucien’s ranch and asks to be taught pottery. While helping the young man, Lucien decides to mend his relationship with Colin no matter what it takes. However when sparks fly, the resulting fire burns hot.

Anagama Fires is the story of long time lovers and partners that struggle to find a way to get back after a horrible fight. The story is very cagey with information though and it takes nearly half the novella to figure out what happened between the two lovers that has kept Colin in Thailand for five years. After years of therapy Lucien is in a better place but angry with Colin for staying away so long and Colin plays his typical games from a far.

The two are the main relationship and they have a push and pull that may please some readers while turning others away. Colin is a strong personality, so much so that he dominates the book with his antics. He runs over anyone and everyone with little consideration or care, especially Lucien – and Lucien always forgives this behavior out of love. Lucien long ago decided that he’d rather be with Colin than not be, so he accepts Colin’s aggressive behavior. This puts Lucien as a much weaker personality, willing to bend over to make the relationship work and not likely to be a hit with all fans.

What works the best though is the incredible history and detail that goes into the raku pottery and the anagama fire. There is so much information afforded it may overwhelm most readers, but it’s clear the author knows the process intimately. Perhaps too much of that is included since it definitely becomes the main focus over the characters and side romance but it’s such an interesting hook that I can’t fault the story for it. The romance is touchy and prickly from a lot of angles but the pottery detail is intricate, complex, and thorough. This will definitely appeal to readers looking to learn about pottery with a dash of romance.

When Barnabas rescues a stranger from a storm, he knows he’s in for a tempestuous time. Lust wars with more altruistic feelings to paralyze Barnabas until the stranger makes the first move for him — and then there’s no stopping either of them.

Inside, outside, against the wall, and even occasionally on the bed. But Barnabas starts to wonder if the sex is a distraction from something more important, something his English language challenged new lover isn’t saying. When the truth is finally revealed, the betrayal cuts deep, and for Barnabas, it may be too little, too late.

Silence never felt so sweet. When local artist and somewhat reclusive Barnabas finds a stranger washed up on the shore during a terrible storm, he doesn’t think of anything but saving the man. Later he realizes his mysterious find can’t speak at all, but that doesn’t stop the two from finding a common language in touch. Sparks fly and Barnabas realizes he has entire conversations with the stranger through touch, sight, and emotion. But Barnabas’ lover is not simply human and the discovery throws Barnabas into a whirlwind of emotion and questions what is the right thing to do.

Tease is an interesting story in that one of the characters, later nicknamed Tease, can’t speak so there is no dialogue between the two. Thus the story is told entirely from Barnabas’ third person perspective. Barnabas believes he can understand what Tease is trying to tell him through his eyes and his touch. This is pretty questionable since Barnabas is quite often ignorant of what Tease is trying to say and just makes up what he wants to believe. The emotion between the two is certainly there and they have quite a lot of sex. The story is a novella but there are considerable amounts of sex scenes involved. The connection is initially through sex but later Barnabas struggles with what to do about his lover’s true nature. Barnabas is not always a nice guy and he fears being alone so much he considers forcing Tease to stay with him. This isn’t just a passing whim either as Barnabas goes through periods of extreme selfishness, petulance, sulking, and petty revenge. As I said, he’s not always a likable character in many ways. The final resolution is not exactly what I thought would happen either so it’s nice that the tension is kept until the end.

Overall this succeeds, in that it’s a very different story when one of the main characters doesn’t speak at all. This forces the other to speak for him and often in error. Also this makes the story very internal with Barnabas frequently musing, and a lot of sex. In a wealth of paranormal stories, this certainly stands out as something entirely different and unique and thus worth reading. It’s got a few bumps but the story takes chances and has some really good ideas.

When small town librarian Ebony learns of her illness, she is devastated to think of the many things she has missed out on in life . . . especially true love.

Ashe, however, has experienced nearly everything during his considerable years as a vampire and thinks only one thing about love . . . never again.

When fate throws the two together on a journey laced with deceit and lies, Ebony and Ashe discover the one thing neither thought to ever find… love.

Can Ebony convince Ashe that true love lasts forever? Can Ashe overcome the betrayal of his past in time to save Ebony?

Ebony never thought she’d fall in love, but when she meets Ashe, she dares to hope for a happily ever after.

Ebony White leads a quiet, predicable life. She never expected to be diagnosed with a terminal illness. Still reeling from the horrible news, she literally runs right into Ashe Aleksandrov in the middle of a dark alley. Ebony is frightened and intrigued by Ashe, and practically runs away from the encounter, never thinking she’d see him again. However, fate has other plans. Ebony’s encounter with Ashe has put her in more danger than she could ever imagine. Ashe, a vampire dedicated to protecting humans, takes it upon himself to personally protect Ebony.

Both are immediately attracted to each other. However, Ebony is convinced that a man as handsome as Ashe would never be genuinely interested in a simple woman like her. Ashe has been in love before, and the experience left him scarred. He vowed never to lose his heart to a woman again. As Ebony and Ashe fight their attraction, there are those who plot against them. Will Ebony and Ashe embrace their connection before it is too late?

Ebony is one of the sweetest most selfless characters I’ve encountered. Even though she has little time to live, she is more concerned with the people around her and how they’ll handle the news of her illness. There are cheapest levitra associations and chiropractic boards whose sole purpose is to grow new hair. Relax, you can now sildenafil levitra . As if that wasn’t enough, she is soon attacked and thrust into a world filled with vampires. It would be perfectly normal for her to have a nervous breakdown given all the pressure she’s under, but she handles everything that comes her way with an amazing amount of grace. As nice as Ebony was, I would have found her a bit more relatable if she’d been a bit more flawed. She just seemed to be a bit too perfect at times.

Ashe is the classic tall, dark, and handsome hero. Not only is he amazingly attractive, but he is a good man who is fiercely loyal to those he cares about. He feels his connection to Ebony immediately, but denies it almost to the point of losing her forever. He will have to open his heart if his old wounds are ever going to heal. He and his brothers also tend to be a bit over protective of the women in their lives. I would have liked to see the women play a more active role in the action of the story.

Ms. Yule also makes excellent use of descriptive language. “Fall sighed a gentle breeze, felling numerous leaves of gold and red from gnarled branches of the huge Oak tree that stood in the center of Plainview, surrounded by the old red brick roads of the town square.” This is the opening line of Darkest Hours. I could immediately picture the scene in my mind and felt as though I was walking next to Ebony.

Another aspect of Darkest Hours that I found intriguing was the concept of shadow drifters, which are vampires who have made a deal with Satan. These evil vampires play a minor role in this story, but it is clear at the end of Darkest Hours, that they will play a larger role in the series as a whole. Something big is on the horizon that will affect Ebony, Ashe, and Ashe’s family. Ms. Yule reveals just enough information to tantalize the reader and make them want to pick up the next book.

I enjoyed reading Darkest Hours. Ms. Yule’s concept of vampires and their lifestyle was interesting and her characters were likable. The end of the book left me wanting to know more and had me seeking out the second book in the series. Any fan of paranormal romance will certainly want to pick up a copy today.

Grady is a half breed whose his human mother abandoned him to his werewolf father, so he knows human women just aren’t safe to fall in love with. The wolf within him wants Mika as his mate, but Grady will not give in. Never. Ever. He’s willing to fight his emotions and his beast, no matter how much sexy Mika tempts him.

But neither of them expected her Uncle Omar to assign Grady to protect her from other males—24/7, in her home, sleeping just down the hall. Mika decides to make the best of her vacation and keep the hot wolf in her bed. Grady can’t resist the scorching sex, but he is determined to resist the bond.

When a brawl forces Grady to mark Mika for her protection, things quickly go downhill. While their chemistry is off the charts, their emotions and fear to connect with each other make this story one hell of a roller coaster ride.

At first, the tension worked for me. Although Grady is alpha to the core and refuses to be swayed in his thinking, he also has moments of tenderness. Likewise, while Mika can be soft and nurturing, she can also be tough as nails and refuses to back down. Unfortunately, after a while, their relationship began to border on toxic. As a lover of an unrelenting alpha, Grady’s treatment became too much for even me. I felt this was due to the fact that the story is told from Mika’s point of view, which doesn’t give the reader the opportunity to understand Grady, his feelings, or his motivations. There were several scenes I had difficulty finishing, forcing me to push through to the end. While there is a happily-ever-after, I wasn’t convinced of it, and questioned Mika’s reasoning for staying with a man who treated her so cruelly, without any regard for her as an equal.

On a positive note, the sex scenes are burn-your-fingers hot. Ms. Dohner knows how to create and stoke sexual tension, and she uses her talent to the fullest here. I might not have cared for Grady all that much, but I can’t deny that when he and Mika get together they certainly know how to turn up the heat. I did enjoy the dialogue and the world Ms. Dohner has created, and feel this could be the start of a very promising series. There are several interesting secondary characters, and I hope to see more of them in the future.

No one is more surprised than she, when Damien approaches her after class one day with a lust-filled agenda on his mind. Does Mariah have the right mix of bedroom moves to tame this player…forever?

He knows he wants her, needs her, craves her. Even if she is out of bounds. She’s not sure he could possibly be interested, but finding out might be the best possible solution.

Many times short stories are just that – short. Things happen quickly or feel like they are part of something larger. Not so much with A Player’s Agenda. Ambrielle Kirk puts a lot into just a few pages. Although I wanted to see more of the hustle and bustle of the college atmosphere, I did get the sense I was there on the campus with the characters. Speaking of characters, they are likeable and flawed, making them realistic. These are people you’d easily see on a college campus.

I have to admit, I wasn’t really enthused by Damien’s character at first. I got the sense he was the typical jock being led around by his … bits, taking what he wants and not really worrying about the repercussions. But — and this is a big point — he grew on me. I love when a character turns out to be more than I expected. Damien did. It was nice to see him show emotion and determination for something other than sex.

I liked Mariah. She’s sure of where she’s going in life and isn’t letting anyone stand in her way. I even respected the way she dealt with her past. What got to me was occasionally she slipped into a bit of a “pity me” attitude. So he’s white and she’s black. If he really cares, color isn’t important. But this is a realistic issue couples deal with, so it worked for the story and characters.

If you want a story with white hot love scenes and a great little moment in the classroom that had a whole lot to do with learning but nothing to do with academics, then you need to read A Player’s Agenda. I give it 3.5 cherries.

When David Miller publishes his excellent first book of poetry, his jealous-minded colleagues set him up to take a fall. Rather than be semi-fired in a quasi sex-scandal, he decides to live in his grandpa’s old log cabin, deep in the Sawtooth Mountains of Idaho. Maybe he’s hoping to run into Quanah Parker Running Bear, his best friend from childhood.

But Quanah Parker is so much bigger than he remembered. Bigger and sexier and bossier, and he seems to have this strange foot thing going on. Sucking toes, rose foot cream, rubbing dicks across the tender arches of his foot — it’s weird but kind of wonderful, too. Is David in over his head?

A long winter in an isolated cabin with a kinky lover may be exactly what poet David needs. After a scandal leads to a suspension from his teaching job, David heads up to his family’s cabin in northern, rural Idaho. Although he’s no mountain man, David’s convinced he can find a way to survive the cold season and become a better man and poet because of it. Thankfully, when he hits snag after snag in his plan, his childhood friend and long-time crush Quanah Parker is there to save the day.

Tootsies is an easy read, with the clean writing and fast pace that fans of the author will enjoy. I found the plot frustrating, however, as several elements were introduced but not carried through. These include Quanah Parker’s foot fetish, which never really plays into the story despite its prominence in the blurb. It nourishes your cells with nutrients that need to maintain stiffness for the complete love act to enjoy intimate moments with your female. levitra purchase online This can also give you generico cialis on line back your self-confidence in the sexual department. Hence viagra without prescription it has been included as an active element.* Use as mentioned and you can easily become a teacher by fulfilling some basic criteria. When you consider affordable Kamagra tablets you get a good site, you can anticipate choosing from normally thousands of medicines. cialis bulk There is also David’s concern over how to make a living and his lack of a computer. David randomly has a computer later in the story and he magically gets a job. David’s concern over Quanah Parker’s ex, who shows up to make trouble, disappears just as quickly and with no real resolution.

These set-ups may be annoying for some readers. However they are brought up and forgotten quickly each time, so as long as you’re not very invested in them, it may not be a problem when the issue is dropped or ignored. The dialogue is decent and the characters are fun to read, though the habit of calling Quanah Parker by his full name throughout the story is distracting. The romance is quick and the two fall in love almost instantly, so there is no question they’ll be together. The tension comes more so from how. Fans of the author are likely to enjoy this light-hearted offering notwithstanding the items mentioned above.

Tootsies is a fun, fast read and fans of the author will enjoy this story for its classic Sarah Black moments. This book is ideal for readers looking for a light, fast read.

She always got anything she wanted…

Playing with Fire 3

A teenage crush on her big brother’s boyfriend. It was one of the few times in her spoiled-little-sister life that Alexa had to swallow the word “no”. She got over it, or she thought she had—until her brother’s wedding brings Eric back into her life, as flirty and fun as ever. It never mattered to her that he’s gay. Attraction is attraction.

One illicit kiss, and their reconnection blows her mind and rekindles girlish hopes. Then he sets her away from him and runs like hell.

Eric can’t believe that a woman’s touch arouses him. Not just any woman, but sweet Alexa, and he can’t help but want more. Desperate to come clean, he confesses all to his steady boyfriend, Brandon, expecting anger. But Brandon’s intrigued. He wants to meet the woman who’s tied Eric up in knots. With luck, maybe she’ll relight the spark between them.

Alexa may have lost her chance with Eric, but the consolation prize—a fling with him and Brandon, is too tempting to resist. She never expected to love both men, or to secretly yearn to belong to the one who commands her body like no other…

After reading the first two books in Karen Erickson’s Playing with Fire series, I couldn’t wait to read the third installment, Scandalous. I already knew the story would be hot, and I couldn’t wait to see what surprises were in store. Unfortunately, while the sex sizzled (as I knew it would), I found myself rather disappointed in this offering.

When you meet Alexa and Eric (familiar names if you’ve read the previous books), you can sense their attraction. The k?dni loses the ability to filter levitra consultation excess fluid and wastes in the body. Reflex penile erection in man takes place right from physical contact to the penile or blocks nerve messengers for triggering erections Infusion viagra purchase on line of Arteriography and Dynamic, Cavernosometry or Cavernosography test which is a special dye. As sildenafil canada early you would be able to find out about any interactions before using the prescription. As a best practice, you will viagra uk have to reach the physiotherapy clinic at least fifteen minutes before the appointment time. The only problem is Eric is gay and in a relationship. After they share a steamy kiss, Eric returns home to his boyfriend Brandon and reveals he was not only turned on, but for the first time he would consider having sex with a woman. Brandon, a bi-sexual man, is intrigued by the idea of witnessing his lover with a woman. The men decide to invite Alexa into their bed to spice things up. What they don’t expect is the way she turns their lives upside down as a consequence.

At first, the story worked. I got the chemistry, the tension, and the heat between the three. Then the book took a turn that was unexpected and, in my opinion, unbelievable. It’s so difficult in reviews to refrain from telling too much and giving the story away. Without going into details I’m only able to provide this: the end of the story just didn’t work for me. Had things played out differently or more time had been devoted to developing the characters, maybe it would have. As it was I left the story feeling as if the sex was great but the plot, motivations of the characters, and overall outcome was a way to provide a HEA and wrap the story up.

On the plus side, the writing, as with any Karen Erickson work, sizzles. There is nothing negative to say about the steamy dialogue or racy ménage scenes. She’s excellent at working the room, putting her players together, and making it work. If you’re in the mood for a blistering ménage involving multiple combinations, you’re sure to find exactly what you’re searching for with Scandalous. Although perhaps disappointed with the direction of this story in particular, I did enjoy many of the scenes, and I’m eagerly waiting for what I hope will be another installment in the series.
