A hundred years after vampires revealed themselves to the masses, the world is still recovering from the hysteria and war that devastated much of the Earth. And though peace has been brokered between the human and vampire nations, it is tumultuous at best.

Orphaned at the age of ten, Coraline Conwell has struggled to survive a turbulent existence growing up alone on the harsh streets. Until a wealthy man provides an escape from her vagrant life by offering his hand in marriage. Out of place in the upper-crust world, Cora has done her best to adapt to her new role as wife, but when her husband is brutally murdered, she is ripped from her secure life at the hands of the Vampire Enforcement Agency.

Now her survival teeters on the whim of a brutally handsome vampire named Mason as she is hunted by those who would see her dead. She must keep unwanted desires for the sexy vampire from leading her down a dangerous path while she discovers there is more to this world, and herself, than she could have ever imagined.

If you’re in to alternative realities where the paranormals are a part of everyday life, then this book is worth taking a look at.

The world in which Cora survives in isn’t at all what a reader is expecting. It starts off innocuous enough but quickly morphs into a scenario that immediately grabs a reader’s attention. What is really going on? Who really are the bad guys? And are the good guys bad too? What a pickle.

The author presents her own spin on what vampires can and cannot do. Ms. Fay also explores what roles witches play in this new reality. I love what the cat can do. Good kitty. Very effective kitty.

Cora’s main romantic entanglement comes from Mason. It’s a relationship that is extremely bumpy and dramatic yet there are strong feelings growing between the two of them. Just when a reader is satisfied that there is hope for Cora to fall in love with Mason, Knox, another vampire, gets thrown into the mix and the tension and drama really heats up. I had a hard time liking Knox because he’s very easy to hate. I’m just not sure if I’m supposed to like him or not. Most of the story, I wanted him to go away, until the last scene at the end – that threw me for a loop. Now I am thinking that the book Cora was reading might actually explain why I’m thinking what I’m thinking and it might actually turn out good.

Here’s a piece of advice. Read A Wicked Hunger if you enjoy serial series. I expected this novel to be complete and it’s not. I am fully convinced that the romance and love is there but it’s not finished evolving. In fact, it’s just beginning. The ending was abrupt and poor Cora was once again resigning herself to saying good bye to life. Such is not the case and the author made that incredibly clear. As a hook, the ending was extremely effective. As long as the storyline doesn’t spiral down into darkness and too much despair, and Cora finds her inner strength to stand up to bullying, then I’m very interested in watching her grow. I saw the heroine take baby steps in that direction during this first story, and Mason played a huge part in Cora’s finding her own way and standing up for herself, but she’s got a long way to go. Fortunately, Ms. Fay has created two very likeable characters in Cora and Mason and I am vested in their potential HEA. I look forward to their next encounter.

A Wicked Hunger is a fascinating start to a new serial series that has a lot of potential. The author did a wonderful job of creating her characters’ world and the drama and suspense of the mystery that dogs their footsteps along the way. It’s a well written story. My hope is that the author won’t take too long to publish the next segment. It’s good to keep the fires of curiosity burning. Mine are burning bright right now.

They say you can’t beat Fate. Maybe they’re right.

What would you do if you can’t remember the one person in your life that means the world to you? What if you don’t have any of his memories?

Chaysing Memories feels so personal. I think this is where I congratulate the author. Though the first book was good, this second book was incredible. The writing was exceptional, emotional and descriptive.

Tess doesn’t remember Chayse but her world comes crashing down when she realizes she has lost three weeks of her life. From then on starts a fight where life and happiness is at stake. Chayse is trapped in hell and the only person who can save is the one who does not remember him.

Maybe I am being a little cheesy but this story shows you the power of love and of the mind and how fate has a hand in our lives.

A lot of secrets in her life are unraveled. A myriad of different events occur that will make her much stronger. The plot was well developed and the author made sure the mystery and suspense element of the book stayed through until the end.

I loved every part of this, from the beginning to the end. My heart went out to them every time it felt like they are going to lose each other. But they stayed strong until the end. The ending….I was surprised. I think that’s all I can say without giving something away.

For readers, I would very much recommend they read from book 1 first. l loved the second book. It made me cry and hope for more of this story to come. Those who love an epic love story should check this series out.

Carter Griffin, enforcing officer for the Seattle Wolf Pack, has a problem. He’s been offered the promotion of his dreams…if he can find a wife to prove he’s over his playboy ways. But Carter’s already walked the matrimonial road and bought the stinkin’ T-shirt. Besides, a werewolf only gets one fated mate. Been there, done that.

All werewolf dog trainer Faith Hamilton wants to do is earn enough green stuff to put her younger brother through college. Okay, okay, so she also totally wants Carter, her sexy next-door neighbor, to look at her as more than a friend. It’s too bad size 12 and plain isn’t his type. At all.

The two friends strike a deal to help one another out. They must face a variety of challenges from a psycho ex-girlfriend to a Yorkie with a shoe fetish…and that pesky problem of only having one-fated mate in a lifetime. Will a relationship ruin their friendship…or spark a love neither anticipated?

It never crossed my mind to wonder what it would be like if a werewolf HAD to find a mate in order to get a promotion. With so many books out there using the “scent” thing, it was refreshing to find a spin that was a bit more believable and challenging for the characters.

Changes are cheapest viagra in canada generally rapid, long lasting and extremely satisfying.
Ms. Miller does use the fated mate scenario but it’s not so clear cut and personalities do play a role. The revelation of how it all works, especially when one dies, is amazing and a very creative solution to a perplexing issue. Instead of magically making things work out, the author made the knowledge confuse her hero which I found a fascinating and effective reason for conflict.

This novel is told in third person point of view and is a character driven romance. There are no villains to fight, no dire threats to overcome and Faith and Carter do not have to save the world. They just need to stop a puppy from trying to make every day hump day, and how to get the things they want out of life without losing the best thing they have, each other.

Faith is a sweet heroine. She has a heart of gold but doesn’t have the funds to support it. A reader gets a sense of her loyalty, her sense of humor and most importantly, her sense of self. The belief in who she is gets tested in this novel. What I saw was a heroine forced to face her fears, and in doing so, grow and reach her true potential. At times it was painful and others, fun. It seemed the storyline wallowed in her shortcomings a bit too long in some spots but fortunately the action picked up and the plot moved on. I liked her spunk and her determination to make an edible casserole.

Carter is a very conflicted man. He knows what he wants but it’s not what he wants. It took a perfect stranger to figuratively wallop him over the head with the truth and make him see that his worst fear was a self-fulfilled prophesy. Carter had to get out of his own way. That being said, he really was a dear. He’s funny, earnest, dedicated and focused. Many times I got the hint of his true feelings for Faith but he cluelessly attributed it something else – always something else. He’s dense but not stupid. Carter comes around in a typical man-like way and I was amused. He also can be very romantic, which was a bonus.

When Carter and Faith finally do the physical tango, it doesn’t produce magic. It muddies things a bit because their heads weren’t in the right place. That was a heart wrencher but it also gave me hope. There’s more than a spark there and I enjoyed watching it eventually flame into an inferno. The sensual build up tormented them and I was entertained.

So I Married a Werewolf is a treat. It’s the perfect story for readers who enjoy the “friends to lovers” scenario. Naturally it has the typical worry about messing things up with their friendship because they don’t want to lose each other, but it’s how the author worked and manipulated their worry that made this book easy to read and enjoy. Faith and Carter are wonderful together.

If a reader wants to kick back and read a nice romance story between two people who just happen to turn furry and howl at the moon, So I Married a Werewolf is a good choice.

Tell Me a Secret starts as a typical New Adult story with typical NA characters. She’s a virgin, shy, geek, insecure. He’s a player, super-hot, confident. But in the second part it turns into contemporary romance. This was a nice surprise for me, because the author allowed a peek into what happens once that couple is married.

Writing in this story is simplistic; sentences are short as well as dialogues. There are no large and detailed descriptions, so the pace of the story is pretty fast, which is a plus. Beside this and the twist there are other things I liked about this story. I liked the interaction between hero and heroine and how they slowly fall in love, and how that love changes them. I loved the second part of the story, where heroine showed great initiative, and took the matter into own her hands.

But there were also things I didn’t like. The characters:  if they are real people I wouldn’t like to hang out with them. The heroine is too insecure for no reason, and co-dependent on the hero. The hero is too stubborn and too alpha for my taste. Although they are not my type of the people it is good that they are not perfect. The writer made a great thing showing to the readers their weaknesses and that way she makes them human.

In spite of these issues, Tell Me a Secret is worth reading, especially if you are a fan of this genre and you are looking for a story with a twist.

Tell Me a Secret is not the best New Adult book that I read, but it is worth reading, especially if you are a fan of this genre and you are looking for a story with a twist.

Charlotte is determined to stay strictly in the Friend Zone-until a mind-blowing night knocks that plan by the wayside. Now, if they’re brave enough to let it, Charlotte and Evan might just find a love capable of healing their broken hearts . . .

Jessica Lemmon has a knack for character portrayal. The characters in Bringing Home the Bad Boy come to life on the page. Even Rae, who died four years prior to the opening pages of the novel, felt alive and still very present, albeit only in the minds of the other characters. She was like a shadow between Evan and Charlie.

I really liked how Evan, unlike Charlie, had reached an inner peace that allowed him to pursue Charlie. He didn’t obsess over his deceased wife and the fact that she had been Charlie’s best friend. He honored her memory by being the best dad he could be to their son Lyon, but he didn’t let his past stop him from trying to be happy and to create a good, safe family environment for Lyon.

Charlie on the other hand was, understandably to a point, more hesitant and more riddled with guilt. A large part of that, I felt, was due to her having had a crush on Evan back when they were all just teenagers. But her indecisiveness reached a point where her guilt and insecurity bordered on obsession with Rae and how Charlie had no right to be happy. This was a result of how her ex boyfriend Russell had treated her, and it made a lot of sense, but I think the way he and his current wife were portrayed as entirely negative characters was too simplistic.

A very positive aspect of the story was the ending. This portrayed her as a smart and emotionally mature woman. She was also great in her interactions with Lyon. But the truly wonderful scenes were the ones with Lyon and his father. The author presented Evan as a truly great dad: flawed, but well-meaning and wonderfully loving and dedicated. I don’t think I’ve seen such a wonderful father figure in a book in a very long time.

Bringing Home the Bad Boy is an emotional read, with plenty of angst, but also filled with hot romance and tender emotions that grow into a strong, passionate love.

LOVE AND OTHER GAMES is a collection of four sexy new adult stories centered around athletes competing in the Winter Games by Ana Blaze, Melinda Dozier, Aria Kane, and Kara Leigh Miller.

Worth More Than Gold by Ana Blaze

Amy Pierce, the klutzy sister and manager of America’s Skating Sweetheart, is used to being invisible. But when a friend drags her to a party near the Olympic Village, Amy catches the eye of a sexy Norwegian ski jumper. It’s a magical night, but an awkward next morning has her running.

Everyone knows Erik Andresen’s best shot at an individual medal was back in 2010, before an injury pulled him from the competition. He’s there for his team, but a hot night and a remarkable final training session have him wondering if a gorgeous good-luck charm could give him another chance at the podium.

With a little bit of luck, these two might have a shot at something worth more than gold.

Trouble with Gold by Melinda Dozier

US snowboarder and notorious prankster, Ty (Trouble) Madsen is only getting a taste of his own medicine when his Olympic teammates shackle him to a fence wearing nothing but his boxers.

Reception and protocol volunteer, Nadia Hoffman, gets up close and personal with the sexy snowboarder to rescue him, but she’s not the kind of girl who lets her hormones get in her way. A professional performance could help her land her dream job at Olympics Committee Headquarters, but her new assignment supervising the rambunctious US Snowboarding Team is making that difficult. Can she see behind the snowman in the community center bathroom and into the warm heart of the man everyone calls Trouble?

The Girl behind the Gold by Aria Kane

Greek aerial skier Lia Milonas’s parents are about to lose the family farm. Saving it means medaling and landing a huge sponsor. While her no-nonsense attitude has her well on her way to a medal, it hasn’t won her a place in fans’ hearts.

“Come back with a story that will make readers cry, or don’t come back.” This is what Brandon James’ boss told him before he left New York to cover the Winter Games for Moment Magazine. With a wink and a smile, he can charm his way into any invite-only party, but that career-making story is nowhere to be found – until he meets Lia.

The two strike a deal that should get them both what they want – but neither would have guessed they’d also find what they need.

Ice Gold by Kara Leigh Miller

Colton Campbell thrives on the fast paced, adrenaline rushed lifestyle of being an Olympic hockey player.

Despite Brenna Jessup’s abhorrence for the games and the athletes, she’s hand-picked as the official photographer for the U.S. Olympic Hockey Team.

When a faux pas by Brenna almost costs Colton his career, she owes him. Too bad for her, Colton doesn’t want apologies — he wants retribution! And he knows just how to get it — and her — in the process.

Although the most recent Winter Olympics are behind us, Love and Other Games is a fun read that will get you in the mood for some sweet, sporty action.

This new adult collection of four short stories is a quick read, but despite the stories being relatively short, they’re not rushed. The four authors managed to get their characters across well, with enough detail and development to sound real and intriguing.

My favorite story was Trouble with Gold because of the cute banter between Nadia and Ty. But the other three stories weren’t far behind. What I really enjoyed with this collection was that the authors showed the reader that while the athletes work hard for their success, they also know how to have fun. On top of that, the Olympic village being the setting adds an additional charm. The Olympics are the height of any athlete’s career so they are bound to involve tension and heightened emotions. All this was very obvious in the stories.

The stories are linked by a legend about a lucky torch that brings the gold medal to the athlete that finds it in the village. I felt that was a lovely touch that entwined the stories together. Also, the writing styles of the authors were similar enough so that the differences between them didn’t feel disruptive. The stories had enough conflict and drama to intrigue the reader but not too much for their length.

Love and Other Games was a nice surprise that has me craving more Olympics stories.

Isabelle, a young French maid, follows her notorious mistress to the island of St. Helena after Napoleon’s defeat at Waterloo. She discovers quickly that a “beast” roams this remote island, and people are vanishing or found drained of blood. She falls in love with Saint-Denis, Napoleon’s valet, but this enigmatic young man hides a deadly secret. Hudson Lowe, the island’s governor—a vampire himself—plans to destroy the French. Isabelle rushes with her lover to stop the vicious outcome, and save her own life.

Isabelle certainly is in a predicament. She has little desire to follow her mistress into exile with Napoleon, but Isabelle couldn’t turn down the amount of money the Countess de Montholon was offering to pay her. At first, the countess seems silly, but harmless. However, as time passes, Isabelle begins to see a change in her mistress. I really felt sorry for Isabelle. She desperately wants to get away from her mistress, but as woman on her own, Isabelle doesn’t have many options. Her best hope is to continue to serve the countess for a while longer until she can earn enough money to safely make her own way in the world. I couldn’t help but wonder if the money Isabelle was earning was enough to risk her safety by staying on an island inhabited by a vampire.

Isabelle is a strong woman with a plan for her future. The one thing Isabelle never counted on was falling in love. Saint-Denis, nicknamed Ali, wiggles his way into her heart. Unfortunately, Ali is a man with secrets that he isn’t comfortable sharing. Isabelle has a very hard time trusting Ali and even though she professes to be attracted to him, she never seems comfortable around him. Consequently, I thought the chemistry between fell a little flat for a majority of the story. This does improve a little bit toward the end as Ali opens up a bit, and Isabelle slowly learns to trust him.

There are several villains at work in this tale, and I’m honestly not sure who the worst one is. Isabelle’s employers are truly terrible and have no redeeming qualities. The Governor is a dark figure as well, but he doesn’t seem to be entirely bad. Even though he has little regard for human life, he does seem to care for his wife and her daughters. However, the Governor definitely has some evil plans regarding the French. While I was certain his ultimate goal wouldn’t be accomplished, I couldn’t help but wonder if Isabelle would be a victim of one of his schemes.

Overall, I thought A Savage Exile was a good book. Isabelle is likable heroine, and I enjoyed watching her make the best of a bad situation. Anyone who enjoys historical romance with a paranormal twist might want to check it out.

Everyone has secrets, including Katie. These secrets gnaw at her insides and leave her raw and exposed. Katie makes the physical and emotional journey home to Mt. But as she admits her past to herself she risks losing everyone. Is she strong enough to deal with the truth of her own life and hold on to everyone she truly loves?

This book is absolutely absorbing. I had no idea what to expect and was totally surprised by the depth of emotions the story evoked in me.

Katie and Alistair grew up together in tiny Mt. Isa, Australia. Alistair was Katie’s first love , the man she knew she would be with forever, the big grand love of her life. But, obviously things did not turn out like she had envisioned, since we know from the start she is married to a man named Ricky and has three young children.  Out of the blue an old friend calls and informs Katie that Alistair has died.

Taking this news incredibly hard, Katie decides the time has finally come to return home to Mt. Isa to pay her final respects and maybe exorcise a few demons as well. Traveling alone by train, Katie begins to reflect upon her relationship with Alistair. Through flashbacks we are taken back to when Katie is a child and how even then she was drawn to Alistair. We travel back and forth to different moments in their relationship, the ups and downs and the shocking turn of events that ultimately separates them forever.

Katie has immortalized Alistair as we are often tempted to do with our first love. We never forget it, right? That all consuming passion that borders on obsession, the knowledge deep down in our souls that this is the one, there will never be another feeling like this.

But, as the story progresses we begin to see flaws in the relationship. Katie is just a young girl, impressionable and naïve, while Alistair is several years older. It is obvious he holds Katie in the palm of his hand and he knows it, but it doesn’t matter what he does, her faith in their love for each other is unwavering, all the way up until something so horrible transpires that Katie loses Alistair, her parents and the entire community of Mt. Isa, cast her out. Yet, even then, she has a very hard time shaking off her feelings for Alistair.

But, now with Alistair’s death–a man Katie referred to as “God”–those pastel memories in Katie’s mind begin to change to a much darker shade and a slow, but horrible dawning in Katie begins to emerge and all that has gone before takes on an new hue, one that will eventually lead Katie to a stunning, gut wrenching realization.

I was stunned by this book and the double standards Katie lived with, the judgment heaped onto her while the golden boy, Alistair walks away with his reputation unscathed. I found myself burning with anger, appalled, and shocked as the story reveals more and more of Katie’s life in Mt. Isa, and the situation that lead to her becoming a pariah.

The return home and all those potent memories coming to the surface shakes Katie to the core and the scales fall from her eyes as a result. Now, finally Katie is able to realize what really happened with Alistair and his almost Svengali like power over her. and this gives her the freedom to start all over with a fresh start. This is not only a liberation for Katie, but for Ricky too. He is a great guy who stood far too long the giant shadow of Alistair. This is an incredible and cleansing journey, an apt title for sure. Very well done.

All Clare wants to do is return to the dance floor. But as her former friends try to knock her permanently out of place, she realizes with horror she is falling for her doctor instead of her duke. When her ankle finally heals and she faces her old life again, will she throw herself back into the game?

Or will her time in the wallflower line have given her a glimpse of who she was really meant to be?

Clare Westmore is on top of the world. She’s the daughter of a wealthy viscount, she’s beautiful, she’s popular, and it seems she has caught the attention of the heir to a dukedom. When an accident leaves her with a badly sprained ankle, she’s determined not to miss any social functions, so as not to lose any ground. She wears one larger shoe on her injured foot, and attends a ball anyway. The pain is so great, that she realizes she will never be able to dance, so she is forced to take a seat with the wallflowers. Sitting in this spot seems to make her invisible, and gives her a whole new perspective, as she watches her best “friend” flirt with her ducal heir.

Dr. Daniel Merial is attending this ball only to keep an eye on its hostess, who is gravely ill, and likely doesn’t have much longer to live. When Clare walks, he can see that she is badly injured, and offers to look at her ankle. Clare isn’t keen on the idea, but her mother invites him to their home to examine her. Daniel is eager to acquire new patients, especially wealthy ones, who may refer him to others. He gave up his established practice, and came to town to conduct research on how to administer anesthesia, using his own funds to do so. Daniel is not an aristocrat, although his mother was gentry. He is immediately attracted to Clare, although she makes no bones about thinking she is better than he. Her injury turns out to be one that will keep her incapacitated for several weeks, and will cause many visits from Daniel. With each visit, Clare finds herself becoming attracted to Daniel as well, though she’s not at all happy about it.

It was easy not to like Clare much at first. She appears superficial, only concerned with her popularity and making a good match. Some of her remarks to Daniel are cutting and hurtful. We see her begin to change as the tables are turned. When circumstances make her a victim of gossip, and she is cut by her former friends, she starts to realize how it is for the “other” girls. Adversity makes her stronger, and I love the person she becomes. Daniel, on the other hand, is hero material from the start. He is caring and generous to a fault. He has very little, but is always giving to someone else. Despite his lower birth, he is willing to risk a relationship with Clare. His parents were of unequal birth, and were very happy, leading him to believe that strong love will overcome everything.

Jennifer McQuiston is a new author to me, and I love her writing style. Her characters were imperfect, but evolved and grew. There were many plot twists to this story, and she never took the easy way out. Daniel and Clare had to commit to their relationship, difficult as it was going to be, without any magical solutions, and it worked. Their happy ever after was all the sweeter for it. I highly recommend this very satisfying read, and I’ll definitely be looking up other work by this fresh voice in historical romance.

A few hours ago, Sherry Carne would have sworn that vampires didn’t exist. That’s before rogue immortals rampage through her store, leaving bloody chaos (literally) in their wake. The kicker comes when Sherry learns that one of the vamps on the bad guys’ trail may be her life mate. Her head says it’s impossible. The rest of her takes one look at Basileios Argeneau and has much more interesting ideas.

Whatever Basil expected in a life mate, funny, outspoken Sherry isn’t it. But mind-blowing chemistry and instinct don’t lie. They tell him something else, too—that Sherry’s connection to the immortal world goes deeper than she knows. And that she’s in the kind of danger only Basil can save her from—if she’ll just trust him, now and forever . . .

Anyone who doesn’t like a slow starting book will find the first chapter chock full of action, chases and shocking revelations when the heroine is thrust into a whole new world and readers get to see how she deals with it all. The truth is harder to swallow than her pizza.

What I liked early on about Sherry, the heroine, was her ability to keep her sense of humor and to keep an open mind as well as her seemingly logical thought process. I also enjoyed seeing her logic derail as she learns about a people she never knew existed. That includes meeting Basileios.

Basileios, a/k/a Basil but not pronounced like the herb but I did it anyway, is the hero who has his work cut out for him in protecting not just Sherry but Stephanie too. Stephanie is a character from a previous book that plays an interesting role in getting Basil and Sherry together. I believe she’ll be a good future heroine someday. Mentioning this secondary character is a good place to mention that The Immortal Who Loved Me is a fine standalone read. Leoninus, the bad guy, and his cohorts have been a continuing threat for many a book in the series but Ms. Sands drops enough clues and backstory for a new reader to fit right in. The shocking bit in the alley is still a solid bit of writing. And, because it is so well done and dramatic, a reader will mostly get the full effect of the scene. However, followers of the series will understand the extra subtle underlying drama that plays out to its conclusion and experience that extra wow factor like I did.

Ms. Sands also continues to deliver a format that appeals; that being the inclusion of many family members in their various roles to tease, confound, protect, reprimand or help Basil and Sherry. The technique the author employs throughout all of her books continues here too. The fact that everyone else can read the minds of Basil and Sherry drives them alternately nuts or gives them the clues they need to sidestep typical dating landmines. Does it come off as too convenient and orchestrated at times? Yes, for me it did. That doesn’t take anything away from my enjoyment of the book as it ensures that a family member will always call one or the other on the carpet for doing, or thinking about doing, something stupid. Some characters get a little too much enjoyment out of doing that, which means there are a lot of opportunities for humor and giggles throughout the book.

The one thing Ms. Sands does is surprise people. Whether it be a character, the reader, or both. In this case it was Sherry who had quite a few informational bombshells dropped on her. One was a bit of a mystery and what the truth ended up being blew me away. As such, I found Sherry’s reactions to be mostly understandable and sometimes endearing, but sometimes, not. The heroine waffles from being smart, to overthinking things to the point of panic or goes with the flow and whips out a few one liners to lighten things up. When the dialogue is fast and witty, it’s all good. Then again, having a hunky life mate like Basil is worth fighting and changing for. And that is the one part where I wanted to slap Sherry. Yes, that ability to freak herself out occurs and at that point I smacked my hand to my head because I knew what was going to happen. It’s the only part of the book where I felt it was predictable. Sure, I knew something needed to happen to get from point A to B, I just wish it didn’t feel like I’ve read it a hundred times before. Oh well.

One thing that did not disappoint was the sensual and stimulating relationship between Basil and Sherry, especially once the life mate symptoms took effect. The writing was hot and well done but even in the midst of raging hormones and nanos, Ms. Sands injected moments rife with humor, snickers and blushing cheeks. Those were fun.

The Immortal Who Loved Me has a lot for a reader to sink their teeth into. It’s a busy book with a lot of threads being tied up, a romance to foster to fruition and a surprise reconciliation that actually made this book an even better read than I expected. It’s that depth of character and the ability of an author to reach readers with her characters that always makes Ms. Sands’ books stand out. This is a wonderful addition to the series and it’s just as sexy, witty, fun and flirty with a hint of suspense to keep a reader at the edge of their seat like many of her books, it’s easy to recommend The Immortal Who Loved Me for fans new and established. It’s a really good read.
