In this modern day adaptation of the Greek myth of Eros and Psyche, Annie takes on each of Psyche’s tasks in her quest for her lost love. Each task brings her closer to him and to realizations about herself. Will Annie find Eric and reveal to him the secret she’s been keeping, even from her sisters?

Good looks fade with age, but true beauty lies within. Annie Thanos just needs to learn that lesson and fast, before the charming Eric Desiree slips through her fingers.

I enjoyed Ms. Kitt’s novel. The plot was full of twists and turns, keeping my attention until the fantastic ending. I liked her attention to detail and translating what could be boring tidbits into an engaging subtext for the story.

I could easily relate to Annie’s struggle to find herself beyond the labels employed by society and her sisters. Book Two in the Kegin History!

Twenty-one years ago, Jole and Susan had a set of twins. A year into maturity, the race is on. Keen nobles will go to almost any lengths to be the chosen mates of the re-bred royals. All either of them wants is to find a mate who will see him/her as a person and not a re-bred. Finding that is only half the fun.

This reviewer has decided she wants a Keen male of noble blood for her next birthday, just to borrow for a day or two. Driven by genetically programmed territorial and mating imperatives, these hotties are serious bundles of testosterone-charged aggression. While the story revolves around the trials of the royal twins, Joseph and Jenneane, in their struggle to secure their perfect, chosen mates to cement their futures and stop the feeding frenzy of suitors which surrounds them, the real star here is the biologically-driven sexual politics of their world.

The author implies in her preface that this book, certainly not the first in the Kegin Series, is an exploration of character. Readers expecting a complex plot might be disappointed. Divided into two parts, the first, shorter, part revolves around Jenneane and the mate she’s picked from the pack, the dashing Captain Tirin. This first half is faster paced and less frustrating, both for the reader and the characters. Tirin is a marvelous mix of strict duty and propriety sitting atop a seething Alpha-male volcano of lust, while Jenneane is no shrinking, fainting ninny. Acai berries have vitamin E in them to on line levitra help the body heal itself. She makes him crazy and the reader can’t help but cringe (and cheer) for him and smile at the same time. Sadly, when their half of the book ends, they disappear to a distant supporting role.

The second half involves Joseph, heir to the throne, and the object of his affections, Berel. This is an erotic novel, after all, so the sex scenes are central and Vesuvius hot. I’m a woman of a certain age and experience and have read more than my fair share of erotica of all flavors, and even I caught myself with my mouth hanging open at times. Unfortunately, the plot supporting the love scenes is rather thin and centers on a misunderstanding that could have been cleared up with a single, uttered sentence. Joseph is delicious and all the anguish and second-guessing allows the reader a clear look into the somewhat Machiavellian turnings of his mind, but some readers might find the prolonged agony frustrating.

Lyons world is fully realized, class and language structures, bloodlines and biological consequences all carefully constructed, just what a science fiction reader wants to see. The writing is solid and the dialogue well-developed enough so the characters have believable voices. For the reader in search of some wonderful, responsive, integrity driven males to fantasize about and a well-written story chock full of melt-your-winter-blues sex, this book will more than fill the need. For those first time visitors to Kegin, it certainly whets the appetite for more.

With a fledgling catering business to get off the ground, dozens of holiday parties to supply, staff to schedule and cookies to bake, the last thing Nick needs is an eleventh-hour event to cook for on Christmas Eve. The host, a sexy and demanding man named Darren, warns the young chef that he leads an alternative lifestyle, and seems to have more than a professional interest in Nick. Providing refreshment for Darren’s fetish party may prove more work and stress than Nick’s overloaded body can handle, or it may provide just the evening of release that he needs.

Juicy, Melty, Fun to Share is a very appropriate title for this highly erotic and sexually charged short story as all three elements are intricately woven through the story appearing in both food and sex. When Darren rushes in at the last minute to ask Nick to cater Darren’s adult party, Nick can’t help but want to please the dashing older man. Nick’s desire to please leads him in directions he couldn’t imagine at the beginning of the night but will follow his need and curiosity for this striking man.

The author’s clear and distinct voice sets the vivid scene early and it’s very easy to imagine the lush red decorations of the party and the smell and luxury of well-made leather molded to toned bodies. As told exclusively from Nick’s point of view, he goes from unwitting voyeur to interested party and finally willing participant in Darren’s intense and highly sexual games. Although there is little in the way of emotional connection between the two men, their connection is evident as is Nick’s fascination with Darren and his power-play games. Nick is given more depth in this short tale, as it’s easy to identify and understand with Darren sweeping Nick off his feet and dropping him into uncharted territory. However, Darren’s seeming detachment left him flat as a character and their interaction caused some discomfort as clearly Nick was hesitant to which Darren seemed to wave off his concerns with a lack of care and interest. Also this is not a traditional happy ever after story, but more so a brief, highly erotic sexual adventure of Nick’s.

I mostly enjoyed the story with its sexy premise and quirky character of Nick. The author’s unique style and voice was intriguing and left me wanting to read more of her work, especially a longer story with more involved and developed characters. For a quick, sexy read with some titillating BDSM, this book will cover all your desires.

From the moment Aussie Internet entrepreneur Benn Morrison opened the California mystery writer’s solicitous message he knew she would change his life. Classy, sexy and erudite, she defined desirable womanhood. Now, six months on, they are flying halfway round the globe to ‘meet’ on neutral ground: London. Can their affair of words survive the delivery of the package upon which his future depends? Ripped apart before they have the chance to find out, they are left to solve what just may be a mystery costing them their lives.

Aubrey Crawford writes mystery fiction and loves a good real life mystery. Benn Morrison is a webmaster for a singles site who is enamored of her. They meet through MySpace and find out that sometimes goodbye is the hardest when they hardly have a hello. Then again, absence does make the heart grow fonder, so Before You Say Goodbye

I enjoyed Ms. London’s novel. She uses a unique approach and introduces the reader to the concept of Rendition, although some of the meaning gets lost in the complexity of the concept. Who doesn’t love a younger man interested in a slightly older woman? Kudos to Ms. London for her use of acceptance in a relationship. We all want to be accepted for who we are and want to share our love with our perfect partner, even if the relationship isn’t perfect.

If you’re in the mood for a fast-paced story with lots of twists and turns and a healthy does of steamy lovin’, then look no further than Before You Say Goodbye: London. It’ll warm your heart. I give this novel 4 ½ cherries.

Taboo – two tales of dark, forbidden pleasure…

Decadence – Group sex is a forbidden fruit, a social taboo. Cameron knows her lover, Vince, has experimented in the past, and she is increasingly turned on by thoughts of sex with more than one person. Deciding to take matters into her own hands, Cameron forms a plan with her best friend – one night of unbridled, no holds barred, sexual experimentation. One night that will bring two couples closer than they’ve ever been.

Darkness – Mia is a criminal psychologist who has fallen in love with professional thief, Dylan Benjamin. They share a violent childhood, and Mia finds in Dylan understanding and acceptance, as well as a craving for rough sex. After helping him escape from prison, Dylan comes to claim what is his and Mia finally succumbs to her hidden desire for forbidden lust.

Have you ever wanted to try something, but didn’t have the nerve to do it? Have you ever needed to be close to someone only to succumb to the fear that the other person will push you away? Maybe it’s time to face the Taboo.

Enter the world of Cameron in Decadence. She’s got the man of her dreams in her arms and loving best friends in her life, but she seeks something a bit more. In Darkness, Mia has an ordered safe life, but she yearns for the topsy-turvy life of habitual thief Dylan.

The reader can totally relate to the desires coursing through Cameron’s veins. She wants to try group sex, but not just with anyone. I enjoyed the steaminess of both stories, but found the illegality of Darkness a bit too risqué. I applaud Ms. Sanderson for allowing her imagination and storytelling to flow to places where others don’t always venture. The boldness makes the story interesting and captivating.

If you enjoy ménage stories with a twist of adventure, then the novella Taboo is for you. I give this work 4 cherries.

A collection of L.E. Bryce’s bestselling stories in the Water Lovers series.

Ki’iri: When Daro, the grandson of a fisherman, encounters a strange, seductive creature from the sea, he can only wonder. And when the sentient hrill turns out to be a beautiful young man in disguise, Daro knows his life will never be the same again.

Becoming: A mysterious young man washes ashore on the beaches of Sirilon and is taken by the Lady of the Waters as one of Her sacred consorts. A shy artist, Ninion soon finds himself wooed by the persistent, handsome Olenwe. Can Ninion accept the love of another male, and what is the secret he so fearfully guards?

Still Life: First time in print!

Neither a novel nor an anthology, this collection of three Sirilon stories flows seamlessly from one to the next, as stories so involved with water should. Though each was originally published on its own for Forbidden Fruit Magazine, common themes thread through them and plot lines intertwine, allowing the collection to stand as its own work. The Water Lovers refer to the talevé, the sacred consorts of the Water Goddess, touched by her and transformed into young men of such beauty that they are a danger to themselves and those around them if left to live in normal society. The talevé live protected, secluded lives and are not permitted contact with women. Happily for the reader, they have each other.

The first story, Ki’iri, is in many ways the most poignant. While in some ways a coming out story, it is certainly not a traditional one, since the protagonist falls hard for a man he has never even seen. The eventual lovemaking is wonderful and sensual, but it is this connection of souls that makes Bryce’s pairings so satisfying. It is recommended several times that if one medication stated failing in its work, then switching to another one is by doing exercise:Let me just tell you the truth, generally, exercise is very viagra sans prescription unica-web.com good for everybody even those who are not the victim of diabetes. Causes and classification:Prostatitis disease is classified based viagra overnight on the causes. It usually canadian viagra professional takes longer for the effect to take place immediately. Additionally, it is discount viagra pharmacy notable that Kamagra may be further sensitive to the aged people. Her lovely descriptions, never overdone, paint the settings in fairytale, jewel-like tones as we see here: His window faced west, and he marveled at the luxury of real glass as he watched the sunset turn the diamond-cut panes to molten red and gold. This spare sentence transports the reader while also informing her that Daro’s window faces the sea and that he has always been poor.

The second and third stories, Becoming and Still Life, both concern an unusual talevé, a young man with no sense of his own worth and a fear of others he is unable to explain. Olenwë, big, boisterous and often coarse, finds himself drawn to this antisocial recluse who hides behind his hair and is unable to recall his own name. In a move equal parts arrogance and tender concern only possible in a young man, Olenwë decides to give him a name of his choosing, Ninion, rather than wait for him to remember his own. The underlying themes of intolerance and learned self-loathing could easily have been heavy-handed in another writer’s grip but Bryce maintains an astounding balance of these lighter moments in the midst of emotionally charged issues.

My intention had been to read one story a day. Unable to stop, I finished before dinner and wished there had been more. Anyone can write sex. It is far rarer for a writer to paint it in such a way that the reader both devours it and cares about the outcome. The world of Sirilon is a siren song across the waves; it teases and tugs at you, mind and heart. A wonderful companion book to Bryce’s longer Sirilon works, these stories weave a marvelous spell, sensual and poignant, sweet and thought-provoking. Obviously, I recommend it highly to lovers of erotic fantasy but writing like this transcends genre lines to please any lover of well-crafted fiction.

Detective Nick D’Amato has always been content with his lack-of-commitment love life. For a gay cop in the don’t ask-don’t tell N.Y.P.D., free and easy always seemed the least complicated route.

William, the new man in his life, has Nick rethinking his priorities. Will’s perspective on life and love is different than anything Nick has ever encountered, making him that much more desirable.

The two men are compatible in every way except one, and it’s a huge divider. Both are stubborn, neither willing to compromise, until a serial slasher enters their lives. A growing stack of dead bodies has the police running in circles, sending Nick and Will into a nightmare that could change their lives forever.

This fast-paced story will have you flipping pages faster than you can imagine! From beginning to end, “Dancing in the Dark” has non-stop action and a great love story. Nick (a vice cop) and William (a street hustler) have a complicated relationship, and it definitely has its ups and downs. Mixed in with the heart-pounding anxiety of a serial killer, both plots will keep your attention as you wonder who exactly is responsible for all the killings – and what role William might play in them.

I did think some of the dialogue was a little awkward at times, but overall it doesn’t take away from the story. The scenes with Nick and William are both super-hot and touching, because there’s a love between them along with a great chemistry. I’ll admit that for a while, though, I couldn’t quite believe that a cop would be sleeping with a hustler. That part of the story is the only thing that keeps me from giving this story a higher rating.

Overall, though, “Dancing in the Dark” will keep your attention from beginning to end. I dare you to try and put it down!

Running from a disappointing situation in the states, Thisbe Winters, recent concubine of the king of the ice demons, is a woman learning what its like to be young and single again. She’s determined to enjoy her new status and start the coming year with a completely clean slate.

As a dancer on the club circuit, her chances of meeting a quality guy are slim to none, that is, until loner vampire Malcolm Frost walks into her life.

Sent in as her bodyguard, Malcolm is told Thisbe is a look don’t touch job, a fact he totally disregards after saving the raven-haired beauty from a life-altering situation. She is an indulgence he can ill afford, and a temptation he cannot deny.

Then word comes in of a serious threat to Thisbe from a wolf pack, and Malcolm has to spirit her out of London to his employer’s mansion deep within the territory of a master vampire who has a price on his head. Malcolm was never good at playing nice with others of his own kind.

When Thisbe is taken by the vampires, its up to Malcolm to rescue her, set up a truce and take out an entire wolf pack, ensuring the woman that makes his body burn is his for all time.

Take one “pet vampire” and one ice princess; add one fallen angel, several werewolves (one of whom is dead). Mix in a demon and a few more vamps for taste and what do you get? A recipe for a fantastic story that will have you coming back for seconds.

London For The Holidays is the story of Malcolm Frost, a vampire without a master whose boss is an exiled demon. Malcolm is not only a gorgeous vampire but a very unique one. He is able to breathe while he sleeps and stay out in the sunlight with little effects. Needless to say, he is very handy to have working for you. I got the impression that Malcolm was a little wild and did not really take orders from anyone. When his boss, Sean Taylor, told him to babysit Thisbe Winters but not to have any contact with her, Malcolm not only interacted with her but he was intimate with her within minuets of taking the assignment.

Thisbe Winters is really an ice queen. For more information, please visit 99eyao website: Or see related articles like Can Chronic Prostatitis Infect Female Company? As she ran away with Malcolm, I began to see her better and realized she was a very giving person. She not only does whatever she can to make Malcolm happy but also his friend Sam.

There is quite a bit going on with creepy cousins and werewolves stalking our trio. I just wanted Malcolm to be able to be his own vampire and free to do whatever he wanted. A lot of questions are resolved toward the end and there is quite a bit of action that goes on that had me holding my breath.

London For The Holidays was a delicious story for my taste buds. I enjoyed this unique twist to the everyday vampire tale and know I’ll keep my eyes open for more stories involving these fascinating characters.

The writing style of Adarkan’s Salvation was very tight and kept the reader involved. The entire story, though a fantasy work, was very easy for the reader to relate to. Everyone has moments where they have to face adversity. Adarkan proved that being a woman shouldn’t hold back peace. I enjoyed the duel plotlines of this work. The reader can chose to root for Adarkan and Gralak to come to terms with their love. In addition, the reader can cheer for the love rekindled between Kylean and Rakar. There were many touching moments that made the story unique, such as the meeting in which Adarkan shows Rakar how his words of love were misunderstood by her mother for years because of simple syntax error. It shows that even though the king was a Talon, he was ultimately human as well.

If you want a sweeping fantasy where the woman must take charge, then Adarkan’s Salvation is just the read for you! I give this work 4 ½ cherries!
