Heather’s marriage is on the rocks and she knows it. Ever since she told her husband Mick that she craved domination in the bedroom, he’s been secretive and strange, spending his evenings away from home. All Heather’s expecting as a Valentine’s Day surprise is divorce papers.

So when she comes home from work to find Mick randy and ready to go with a kinky box of tricks, Heather can hardly believe her luck. Mick has mastered his reluctance to dominate his wife—and now he’s going to master her.

Heather and Mick have fallen into a rut. Married and in love, their day-to-day life has become almost robotic. Heather finally confesses to Mick she craves submitting to him, handing her body and soul to him in sensual surrender. At first Mick doesn’t know how to react, but after some planning and careful discussions, he decides to rock her world and give her a Valentine’s day she’ll never forget.

This was a hot, sexy read. Heather and Mick were clearly in love, a long term couple adding some much needed spice to help fulfill undiscovered parts of an already trusting relationship. This short story is chock-full of all sorts of toys, Domination and mutual exploration. It’s not over the top, but neither is it for the faint of heart. I found it a good blend of kinky but loving, explorative, but not demeaning. Very well written I think this is a good introduction to those wanting to read about Dominance and Submission but not wanting to start in the deep end, or with a “harder” style of story. A good tale of a happy couple pushing their boundaries both personally and together.
