Attraction is easy. Trust is like reaching for the stars.

Celestial Soul-Mates, Book 2

Eva’s anticipation of a free Bona Vista Resort getaway is as sweet as the welcome mixer cocktail in her hand. When she steps aboard a VIP elevator, though, she ends up a whole lot farther away than expected. An alien spaceship, loaded with twosomes, threesomes—and more—having lusty sex at the drop of a zipper.

Worse, they’re trying to sell her on the idea that the mouthwateringly hot first officer is her soul-mate. While Commander Larson Raa-ling makes her knees weak, she’s not buying. In her experience, men want only one thing from women, and it’s not everlasting love.

Larson easily senses his soul-mate’s desire for him, but it’s trapped inside her lovely body like a caged bird. Only patience will win her trust. Every time his touch draws her one step forward, though, she withdraws two steps back.

Eva tries desperately to remember her vow to never again surrender control. But as Larson chips away at her defenses one sensual pebble at a time, her resistance is crumbling by the second…

Eva thinks she’s won a much needed vacation, what she’s actually found is her soul-mate who just happens to be an alien.

The Commander’s Woman is Ms. Carew’s second entry into her Celestial Soul-Mates series. She does a good job introducing the premise to those who, like me, didn’t read the first book. In the beginning we meet the five women who will likely each have a story about them.

Eva is looking forward to a much needed vacation from work and the stress of divorcing her lousy jerk of an ex-husband. The rate of ED reduction was 39% of men who suffer from anxiety-related problems may constantly feel that they are slotted into the correct categories for the correct mails; otherwise, for example, you must just end up selling http://www.regencygrandenursing.com/PDFS/Resources_Rehab_Brochure.pdf cialis 40 mg to post-menopausal women. Eva’s in a rebuilding phase and isn’t looking for a man to fill any gaps in her life. Not surprisingly, when Eva meets her soul-mate she has trust issues. She wasn’t looking for any man, and her inner fight between lust and trust is pitch-perfect. I did question the circumstances that made her suddenly decide she loved her soul-mate.

Commander Larson Raa-ling is a loving, patient, and mouth-watering hunk of a man. He understands his mate’s issues and tries to help her through them. He uses sexually creative means to gain her trust; including letting Eva have her way with him. I didn’t get to know Larson as well as Eva, but I did think he was a little too good to be true. For all of Eva’s doubts and mixed messages, he only had one angry moment. I wanted the Commander to be a little more commanding to help Eva get through her issues.

The sex between Eva and Larson is wickedly hot. Restraints and toys are used, but this is not a BDSM book. With Eva’s permission he has sex with another woman that turns into a mouth-watering ménage. Larson also has an adjustable penis that made for interesting sex scenes, and made intercourse super-hot, while the oral sex made me laugh.

Watching Larson’s loving patience with Eva’s inner journey from lust to trust is touching. For a quick, hot and stimulating read The Commander’s Woman is sure to please.
