Brady Knight has abilities that are shocking and mind boggling, abilities that he doesn’t always use for the good of man. He is a “magic man”, gifted with a mixture of telekinesis, mind reading, and mind control which he uses for his own gain.

Molly Wolfe is in trouble. Kidnapped by a group of men trying to figure out her people’s secret to longevity, she’s managed to escape and she needs help.

Can Brady help her and rescue the Were left in the compound, including her litter mate? Or will he become lost in the desire that she flames inside of him so easily? Only the Magic Man will find out.

After enjoying the story, A Strange New Breed, I was very excited to have the opportunity to read Wendy Stone’s most recent, Magic Man. The premise snagged my attention – a half white-witch, half werewolf girl in danger to a man that uses magic to run a successful detective agency. What’s not to like?

I loved the magical elements here, as well as the shifter lore and characters that return from A Strange New Breed. It’s always fun to find out what past characters are up to and to see how their lives have evolved. As always, Ms. Stone also manages to introduce us to new characters, magical abilities, and expands on the already amazing world she’s created. It’s rare to find someone with such a vivid imagination that brings their unique reality to life, but she never fails to deliver.

All of the characters are fantastic–funny and witty. You’ll love Molly and Brady, but you’ll also carry an interest in the supporting cast. Father Joseph snared my interest especially, and I hope that Ms. Stone decides to share his story with us in the future.

If you want something enjoyable to read that includes tons of sizzling chemistry, hot sex, and a magician who can move all kinds of things with his mind, then be sure to check out Magic Man!
