Wanted: ghostwriter. Must be female, a baseball fan, and have a great pair of legs.

Ex-pitcher Rowdy Blanton never saw a woman he couldn’t conquer or a team he couldn’t beat. And now that he’s off the field he’s ready to tell all about when he played the field. So he chooses Breeanne Carlyle to do the job—she’s got the requirements, but more important, there’s something about her that makes him want to be a better man.

Convinced there’s more to Rowdy than a good fastball, a wicked smile, and a tight pair of pants, Breeanne can’t help but be tempted. After all, it’s boring always being the good girl, and Rowdy dares her to be just a little bad. The stakes are high, but win or lose, this time Breeanne’s breaking all the rules playing the game of love.

In medical term we still don’t have the medicines for medical problems and even the recent researches find out some herbs as very much effective to cure the symptoms of erectile dysfunction. get viagra no prescription If you’re going to buy online, it’s best you read evaluation sites about drugs online to understand where the very best online store . raindogscine.com buy online viagra You should know that cheapest line viagra is the required dose to increase the blood flow to the penis which is called as corpora cavernosa. best prices for cialis http://raindogscine.com/tag/festivales/ It provides minerals, vitamins and carbohydrates to nourish the reproductive organs. A man who’s convinced his successful sport life is over, and a woman who hasn’t had the chance to start living yet make magic together. Their romance, as unexpected and unlikely as it is, is sweet and hopeful.

Perhaps the attraction Rowdy feels for Breeanne at first seems unbelievable. He is used to the attention of the prettiest women on the planet, so him finding the very average and inexperienced girl a huge temptation seems far-fetched. However, as we get to know her (and him, for that matter), it all begins to make sense. She turns out to be genuine, spunky and intelligent and her beauty doesn’t lie in her looks, but rather in what a great character she is.

Rowdy, too, shows us various layers of his personality as we follow his journey after a severe injury that ended his career. He’s got depth that he usually hides behind teasing remarks and a disarming smile. As for the attraction he feels for Breeanne – it’s easy to understand it once we compare her to his previous lovers.

Although we see little of Breeanne’s family, the short cameos of her sisters are strong enough to make me want to read their stories too. Their relationships are genuine and strong, and the author uses them wonderfully to show their individual and very distinct characters. Warwick was another favorite of mine with his silent ways and towering presence.

The quotes at the beginning of chapters were a nice addition that I’m sure every baseball fan would appreciate, and they were a great introduction into the chapters themselves.

The story as a whole flows nicely, never stalling as it’s always full of surprises and twists. Most of those stem out of Breeanne’s inexperience and quirky character, so they don’t just propel the story forward but also reveal a lot about her character.

Both protagonists of Back in the Game have gone through hard times, but they came out stronger than they thought possible. The book portrays them and their relationship nicely, showing us that there’s hope even when things seem bleak.

Nathanial Shepard never forgot the redheaded goddess who lit up his world and got away. Now that she’s home, Shep vows to make up for their years apart-and if the fire in her kiss is any indication, they’re well on their way. But when a devastating secret from their past threatens their future, Shep must fight to heal Hannah’s heart. Because this time, their love will truly be unforgettable…

Shep and his romance with Hannah were indeed unforgettable and it was a pleasure to read their story.

Shep and Hannah’s summer romance proved to be more than just a fling, in more ways than one. It left a strong mark on both of them and neither is capable to ever really forget what they’d shared that summer long ago. When they again meet thirteen years later, their chemistry is still there although Hannah tries to fight it at all cost. But Shep is unrelenting. He wants her back and he’ll do anything to keep her this time. This was a characteristic that made me really like Shep.

Hannah, too, was an intriguing character and I could identify with her cautiousness when it came to Shep. She’d been burned before and she didn’t want a repeat of that. But her reluctance to tell him the truth about the events from thirteen years ago annoyed me because she had no good reason to keep it from him. But all that was forgiven when she realized she was prepared to give up her life to stay with Shep.

The emotional development of the characters is intense and will keep you invested in their story even though the pace slumps in the second half of the novel. Although this book is part of a series, it can easily be read as a standalone, but the rest of the characters made me want to read their stories too.

The wealth of emotions in Unforgettable will make you feel with the characters and root for their happy ending.

Misty Simon does a good job at describing the internal conflict of the protagonist, Chelsea. Although she finds herself suddenly falling for her childhood friend, she has responsibilities she can’t forget about, particularly her four-year-old daughter and a job where she’s just been promised a promotion.

Jack, on the other hand, is desperately trying to not get involved with Chelsea because she is his sister’s best friend. But he’s been harboring fantasies about Chelsea since his teens and she’s grown into a wonderful woman he can’t seem to resist. Jack was actually my favorite character because, unlike Chelsea, he knew what he wanted and he tried his best to get it.

Although Chelsea’s indecision and some unnecessary and lengthy descriptions slow the plot down, the story is still enough emotionally intense to keep the reader’s interest. Since this story has been done countless times before, the reader can trust that the tension between Chelsea and Jack will be resolved and will eventually bring about a sweet ending.

Belinda, the bridezilla, and Chelsea’s daughter Mazzy brought some nice comic relief to the story and livened up the pace.

Making Room at the Inn is a quick chick lit read with warm characters and a happy resolution.

A Reckless Desire…

Lady Clarissa Bevington is in trouble. A reckless indiscretion has left her with two choices: ruin her family with the scandal of the Season, or marry Mr. Kincraig, the notorious scoundrel mistaken as her lover. Desperate and disgraced, Clarissa vows to love and cherish a veritable stranger, a man whose eyes smolder with danger—and undeniable desire…
Men who don’t like to talk about their sexual sildenafil online purchase issues by themselves with some conversation, but they are absolutely wrong. An Unexpected Arrangement

As an agent for the Crown, Lord Donovan Blackmer has spent the last two years guarding Clarissa’s grandfather from an unknown assassin while disguised as the rakehell Kincraig. His mission may now be over, but his duty has just begun. Salvaging his beautiful, impetuous wife’s virtue will cost him his fortune and his position as an officer—but it might save him from the ghosts that haunt his own past. When their marriage “in name only” leads to exquisite seduction, Donovan must risk the only thing he has left to lose . . . his heart.

An agent of the Crown and a spoiled girl could never work together, could they? They come from two different worlds, right? Wrong. Lily Dalton makes them work, and work beautifully.

The plot is intense and there are a few twists that spice it up along the way. But the main attraction of the novel by far were the two main characters. The way Dominick acts honorably towards Clarissa despite losing everything because of the situation, and how Clarissa grows up into a determined and fair woman after making a huge mistake was a wonderful insight into their personalities. At first it seems they couldn’t be more different, but through mutually deciding to make the marriage work they become far more alike and compatible.

I especially liked the first part of the novel in which Clarissa and Dominick were thrust into an unwanted marriage and the conflict between them is tangible. Unlike in other historical romances, their union started off with no attraction between them and no desire on either of their parts to be married. Clarissa was even portrayed as a rather frivolous, spoiled girl. But as the story developed and their marriage progressed, we got to see a different picture. The fact that their union started off inauspiciously but they were both strong enough to accept it and make it successful told of the strengths of their characters and made me love them so much more.

I felt the long epilogue was redundant and it spoiled the whole effect by tying up all loose ends rather too neatly. Other than that, the narrative was engaging, the characters as well, even though I haven’t read the previous two novels in the series and I didn’t know anything about them and their histories. But now I want to know all about them and I’ll be sure to read their stories too.

Never Surrender to a Scoundrel was a delightful read with lovable characters and an inventive storyline. The narrative will grip you and pull you into the story until you will sigh with satisfaction at the sweet ending.

But when fate throws him in the path of the beautiful, strong, and off-limits Fiona, will he be able to fight their attraction? Or will he willingly go down in flames?

Or a sweet surprise!

A gorgeous fireman with a golden heart should be enough to attract any reader. Add a sweet and strong single mom and some palpable sexual tension between the two and you have a scorching read.

Sometimes we all need new beginnings, but some of us are too scared to start anew. The courage Fiona shows after her divorce and the move to Sweet, Texas, is inspiring. Not to mention that she is a single mom to a cute four-year-old, and she’s starting a new business. But all that is nothing compared to the emotional storm that another novelty in her life causes – fireman Mike Halsey.

Mike is her ex-husband’s best friend. To Mike, that’s a huge problem when he starts feeling attracted to Fiona. The other problem is that he doesn’t think he could make her happy. Despite the fact that I feel this lack of self-worth was a bit overdone, Mike is a great character. He reveals his heart through his actions and gestures, not just words. I liked that about him.

Apart from Mike and Fiona, the rest of the characters were less developed, but I supposed that is because they all have other novels that they star in. Despite knowing little about Fiona’s and Jackson’s marriage, I loved how they remained friends and how she became part of his family, with his mom practically adopting her.

Another great aspect of the novel was the romance. Despite the instant attraction, the cautiousness on both sides slowed down the relationship which only added to the chemistry and the sizzling tension between Mike and Fiona. The love scenes when they finally do it were that much more satisfying.

The tears-inducing ending was a bit overdone for me, and I felt the far more telling and important scene was the one where Mike returned from LA.

Sweet Surprise is a heartwarming tale of how sometimes we need to let go to find love. Life is full of surprises, no matter how far ahead we want to plan it.

As an elite Alliance agent—the joint undercover operation of MI6, the British Secret Intelligence Service, and the CIA—Ford Decker lives for the adrenaline. After being burned by her last relationship, Shay wants to take things slow. Yet she can’t keep her hands off the drop-dead gorgeous hottie who’s moved into her apartment building. So when Ford’s identity as an undercover agent is exposed, his betrayal cuts deep. Shay never wants to see him again, but Ford can’t let her go, not when her life is still in danger. He will sacrifice everything to protect her, then be prepared to walk away from the only woman he’s ever loved, even if it breaks him.

Playing Dirty is jam packed with action. All sorts of action: the mind-blowing hot action, and the cool action executed with military precision. And with characters like Shay and Ford, it’s no wonder that the novel never gets boring.

Although this is another novel about a special ops team, its highly trained individuals who seem heartless at first sight, but slowly we get to know their soft, loyal hearts, Playing Dirty is nevertheless different. Yes, Ford Decker (an alias, natch) is a trained killer and he doesn’t even blink when he has to take out a target. And yes, ultimately he falls for the sweet woman next door. But in between, a lot of things happen and many of them reveal the various shades of his character that make him more human than most romantic suspense heroes.

The difference lies in the fact that large portions of the novel are told from Ford’s perspective which is unusual for a romance novel. We see him reflect on the action in Shay’s bedroom, as well as in action when on his missions that are currently all focused on capturing a runaway scientist (Shay’s cousin) and stopping him from delivering a deadly toxin to terrorists. Although the dire consequences of the toxin getting into the wrong hands are explained, the story focuses more on the people and their motives, which I really appreciated. This was also why even the action sequences were never dull although they were very detailed.

Another thing I was really happy about was Shay’s portrayal. Despite having some bad experiences with men, she’s not embittered or overly burdened with her past. She’s uncomplicated and despite Ford’s faults, she accepts him as he is, but not in a way that would make it seem like she’s settling for anything less than she deserves. She’s realistic, understanding and loving. Because of that, the betrayal feels so much worse and I really felt for her. At the same time, the author managed to justify Ford’s actions in a way that made it possible for Shay (and the readers) to forgive him.

Playing Dirty is a fast-paced mission to save the world and the unexpected love that blossoms between Ford and Shay. Worth a read. Or two.

She’s an American heiress. He’s a devilish earl. When these two collide, the sparks ignite a shocking scandal in USA Today bestselling author Laura Lee Guhrke’s unforgettable Victorian-era romance.

Linnet Holland wants nothing to do with fortune hunters. No, she’s determined to marry a man who loves her. But when his attempt to save Linnet ruins her instead, he knows he has to make things right. So he sets out to win this golden beauty . . . and prove to her that being ruined by him was the best thing that could have happened to her.

Catch a Falling Heiress is a refreshing historical romance with two strong-willed characters going through an unusual courtship.

Linnet was one of my favorite historical romance heroines ever because she was portrayed very realistically. A little bit spoiled, a little bit naïve, but very determined to be independent. Her biggest problem was that people close to her kept betraying her and lied to her face, so she had a hard time discerning what’s true and what not, what’s real and what fiction.

When Jack comes on the scene, the situation becomes even more complicated. He’s a reckless, impulsive character and I loved getting to know him. Jack’s biggest appeal as a character was that he was actually discovering unknown facets of his own personality as the story developed. He’d never planned to marry because his financial circumstances didn’t allow it, but all of a sudden he was courting a young woman he only just met, and just weeks into their acquaintance he realizes, quite shocked, that he’s in love with her. Despite the quick progression of their relationship, this was written in a believable way.

A really good point that the author made was also Linnet’s hesitation in accepting Jack’s hand in marriage. He was a man who got her into the tight spot in the first place, the things she learned about him were not very reassuring, yet he made her feel different than any of the other suitors. Her inner struggle when she had to decide was compelling and I sympathized with her throughout the novel. Linnet and Jack both learned a lesson on trusting people.

The rest of the cast, except perhaps for Linnet’s parents, were more or less stock characters, which was a shame. Luckily, Linnet and Jack and their odd courtship were gripping enough to keep the story interesting. The pacing was good, and the change of setting one third into the novel only added to the refreshing story.

If you want a romance story with a reluctant girl and a wicked bachelor who is not afraid of admitting he’s in love with the heroine, Catch a Falling Heiress will satisfy your romantic cravings.

But when he finally strikes gold at an obscure toy store, he’s met with resistance—literally, as a beautiful woman named Leah is grabbing onto the dollhouse box from the other side of the aisle, determined to get the same Christmas present for her own daughter.

It sounds simple, but ten stores and many hours later, they still come up empty. They might not be finding another dollhouse, but they sure are finding a lot to talk about and, as their mutual…

Last minute shopping and a fight over the last toy of its kind don’t sound like a promising start, but in The Perfect Gift they lead to a budding romance and some adorable moments.

The unlikely premise of the story made it harder for the author to convince me of the attraction between the main characters, but Ms. Alexander managed to do it just fine. The relationship develops perhaps a tiny bit too fast at the beginning, but the short format doesn’t allow for any dawdling. As Leah and Jason get to know each other, the pull they feel towards each other begins to make more sense. Their acquaintance quickly evolves into friendship, and over the shared stories of single-parenting and of their kids’ awesomeness it grows into a lot more in the span of a single day.

By the time they ended up wrapping gifts at her place, I was very invested in their relationship and I was rooting for Jason not to sleep on the couch. But of course, the author’s version made so much more sense as it depicted Jason as an utter gentleman.

The girls and their instant friendship felt a bit too simplified and too quick, but again, that was probably due to the short format and to show the true spirit of Christmas. Jason’s solution after not finding the second doll house was sweet and very telling of the sort of a father he was.

The flurry of snowflakes outside, Leah’s freezing fingers and Jason’s kindness as he tries to warm them, and the cozy scene when they have dinner were so scrumptious I wished this were a longer piece so I could get to know Jason and Leah better. As it was, I got a sweet tidbit that got me thoroughly in the mood for the holidays.

The Perfect Gift was indeed a sweet surprise.

Secret Santo is a fun, sweet, seasonal read that will get you into the Christmas spirit in just a little over 50 pages.

With short stories, you can’t really expect a lot of character development or any complex plotting, and Secret Santo is no exception here. I was hoping for a less clichéd development of the story, but the final twist didn’t really surprise me.

The story offered an interesting juxtaposition of two people hiding behind fake names. Holly is a romance blogger, Sultry Scarlet, by night and works in a bookshop by day. Santo Randolfi, on the other hand, is a writer who publishes his works under a pen name. They meet at a Christmas party organized by a publisher, and while Santo openly criticizes book bloggers, Holly fears he is the author she slammed on her blog.

This conflict between them persists, even though they feel more and more attracted to each other, until Santo reveals that he’s guessed her secret. There’s a lot of Christmas slapstick humor in between, some of which felt flat to me, but a sweet ending follows once both of them reveal their true identities.

Love Me If You Dare is a sweet romance that made me ache and smile in turn. I fell in love with Reece and Cami and all the other quirky characters of Coral Cove.

Although the beginning of their attraction felt somewhat awkward, the more I got to know the characters and their stories, the more I liked them. And after a while, their interaction felt more natural and flowing. I think I had the biggest problem with a large amount of internal dialogue at the beginning, but after I got used to it, it became part of who the characters were and it didn’t distract me from the story any longer.

The characters were a lovely contrast at first, until Camille slowly began to reveal her softer side. This was done gradually enough to be believable. Reece, too, was a wonderful character, hanging on to the motel as the only thing he had left, until he finally realized that, in certain amounts, change, too, can be respectful of the memory of his family.

Even the pet iguana Fifi and the cat Tiger Lily were lovely characters that added a certain charm to the Happy Crab Motel and Coral Cove as a whole. The quaintness of the town was nicely introduced through the colorful characters and the descriptions of the fun events and old-fashioned places. It made me want to visit it, and it explained why Camille ultimately changed her mind about forcing Reece to sell his motel and allow Windchime Resorts to forever change the town.

This is such a feel-good story I’d recommend it to anyone who likes sweet romances or just needs a heartwarming read to cheer themselves up.
