  1. Wow some great new covers for old classics. https://pmprescott.blogspot.com/2020/09/ttt-091520.html

    • I agree! I have several of the classics, but my editions aren’t as pretty.

Thanks for visiting and commenting. 🙂

  2. The only one of these I’ve read is Wintersong, the cover was gorgeous but wasn’t a massive fan of the book.

    Happy Reading! 🙂

    • I do love the cover so I’ll have to find a copy and give it a try someday!

Thanks for stopping by and commenting. 🙂

  4. I love that you did roses. I hadn’t thought about how many books have them on the cover before.

    • I didn’t realize how many there are either. I could have made a much longer list!

Thanks so much for visiting and commenting. 🙂

  5. This is a nice list. It’s clear there are some specific genres that like to feature roses on their books but it works well

  6. Isn’t it weird how covers take on a theme after one really popular cover hits the scene. In this case, I’d say the cover was Twilight.

    • Yes, I can see the Twilight inspiration in the color theme. Black and red are just so classic!

Thanks for visiting and commenting. 🙂

  7. Found you from That Artsy Reader Girl.

Wow! I had no idea Pride and Prejudice and Wuthering Heights had rose covers too. For a minute, I thought Twilight had a rose too– then went and checked. No, it’s an apple. Glad to e-meet a McKinley fan. 🙂

My top 10 Tuesday is just random TBR book covers (https://lexlingua.co/tuesday-10-tbr-covers/).

I’m glad to meet a fellow McKinley fan as well! What is your favorite book of hers? Mine is Beauty. I read it when I was probably ten years old and it will always be my favorite.

  13. The Wuthering Heights and Pride & Prejudice covers are simply breathtaking!!

  14. Wow! Love so many of these covers. I hadn’t heard of Beauty. I’ll need to check it out. I’ve never read Wuthering Heights or Pride & Prejudice. I’m so bad with classics.

Thanks for sharing and for visiting my blog.

    • You’re welcome!

I’m glad you enjoyed my list. I love Beauty! You’ll have to let me know what you think if you get a chance to read it. I really enjoy reading classics, but it does take a certain mindset to get into them due to the different style. I definitely recommend Pride and Prejudice. I’ve only read Wuthering Heights once. It is definitely intense. I’d read it again, but I’d have to be in the right mood for it.

Thanks so much for stopping by and commenting. 🙂
