Hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl

Honestly, who doesn’t love reading a five-star book? Here are ten books we’ve reviewed at Long and Short Reviews this autumn that have earned this coveted rating.

Just like I normally do for posts like this one, I’ve sorted our answers out into romance and non-romance categories.

Romance and Erotica

Return to Star Valley by RaeAnne Thayne

Angels at the Table by Debbie Macomber

From Rags to Kisses by Shana Galen

A London Season by Joan Wolf

The Guardian by Joan Wolf

All Other Genres

101 Ways to be Less Stressed: Simple Self-Care Strategies to Boost Your Mood and Mental Health by Dr. Caroline Leaf

  1. The Nevermoor series was a definite 5 star read for me!

The London season can only be a fun read from the sound of it.

    Happy TTT!

  5. A five star list was a good idea! I haven’t read any of these books but will have to have a look further into them!

  6. A five star list was a good idea! I haven’t read any of these books but will have to have a look further into them!

  10. It’s such a good feeling when a book is a five star read!

  11. Nice idea to do your 5 star books, will have to consider that for a future post.

Thanks for visiting my TTT about China.

  12. I’ll have to find Angels at the Table by Debbie Macomber, it sounds wonderful. I love five star reads

  13. Who doesn’t love five-star reads? Great list!

  14. I like how you used different genres for picking.

  15. I feel like back when I reviewed books more, it was kind of a thing about reviewers giving out five stars “too much.” I was probably one of those reviewers, but if I enjoyed a book or it made me smile, I felt it deserved love because that’s PART of the joy of reading. Finding books that make the reader happy. 🙂 Thanks so much for visiting Finding Wonderland on this week!

    • You’re quite welcome!

And, yeah, I’ve heard those criticisms as well. It can be tricky to know what to do when you have a streak of five-star reads…but that can happen sometimes!
