Both are strong men and I couldn’t help but smile when they met. Okay, so it wasn’t the most marshmallowy sweet meeting. That’s fine. I loved reading about them learning each other and having red-hot sex.

There were a couple of issues. I found myself more than once being pulled from the story because there was a good deal of telling rather than showing. As much as I felt like I was there, I didn’t feel like I was in the characters’ shoes. I also wanted to get into the characters’ heads more than I did. But, it didn’t keep me from enjoying the book. Far from it.

The action-packed plot has twists and turns I didn’t see coming and I’m glad. It kept me wanting to know more.

If you want a story that’s got lots of hot sex, hunky guys, and a helping of heart, then you need to read Cowboy Easy. I give it 4 cherries.

The only thing I did not make a connection to at first was the title of the book, which I felt did not truly go with the plot as I imagined it would until the end. Even so, when the plot turns and I read, “The hussy has cost me a small fortune. I’m gonna make damn sure I get my money’s worth out of her first before I drop her.” Then the title clicked and made sense in how one of the characters felt even if it was a misunderstanding and gave the plot a wild new twist to one of the most breathtaking love story I have read in a long time.

This reviewer is looking forward to reading more of Jan Bowles books and will recommend this one to anyone who loves the movie Pretty Woman like I did. I’m betting you’ll enjoy both the plot and the writing style in this story.

We were introduced to Julian in book 2 of the series when Jack, Sam and Abby travel to Dallas to clean up a family problem.

The reader gets a glimpse into the hellacious teen years after Finn realized he was attracted to men as well as women. Like Finn, we are treated to a screen shot of Dani’s painful years of growing up as poor white trash in Willow Fork. Watching the changes in both Dani and Finn once they become involved with Julian were truly breathtaking and poignant.

I could go on and on about the many layers of this amazing book but you really just need to read it to understand. You don’t have to have read the first two in the series to enjoy Siren Enslaved but it helps to get to know the secondary characters that are present. One of the aspects of the story I really enjoyed was that it smoothly shifts POV from Dani, Finn and Julian. It was easy to become emotionally invested in the story when I could better understand the characters motivation.

Since starting reviewing I have been “introduced” to a lot of terrific writers but there are a dozen or so that I consider truly outstanding story tellers. Sophie Oak is one of those. No matter if she takes you to Bliss, Colorado, a private island, a secluded ranch or Willow Fork, Texas you walk away knowing you have been a part of a fantastic and well developed adventure.

If you look for stories that tug at your heart strings while stealing your breath you will love Siren Enslaved. I know I did.

Then you have Ross, Nevin, and Gillis who are pure male through and through but all different in their personalities, which only added to the drama between the pages.

I couldn’t help but love Amelia, Ross, Nevin, and Gillis as I learned about their demons and saw them fight as a family, as they learned to open up and let go of the past to make a future together. Author Reece Butler did a beautiful job in twisting a saga of days gone by into a hot and steamy ménage of love. Not only was it entertaining but well written, bringing to life some of the history of Montana Territory and the Wild West. I am looking forward to reading the first book in this series as soon as I can get my hands on it.

I would recommend this story to anyone who enjoys erotica and tales of hot foursome. This book is most definitely worth keeping in your library.

I feel comfortable recommending this book to anyone who enjoys ménage themed storylines or even to those who don’t. This is not a story about the sex but about the love and respect these three men have for one another.

The story of their daughter continues their love story while introducing you to a whole new generation.

In a very short time Grace Stuart’s life has taken a 180 degree turn for the better. To be perfectly honest I was actually a little concerned by how quickly Ms. Rainier had the main characters professing their undying love for one another, especially considering the length of this super novel. Yes, there are some obvious antagonists that offer plenty of opportunity for conflict but I just couldn’t imagine it lasting over 500 pages and keeping my attention. Ms. Rainier pleasantly surprised me by not just using the antagonist to round out the plot but Grace’s personal growth from a frightened self-conscious ostrich (as in she hides from confrontation) to a feisty spit fire that stands up for herself and the men she loves. Speaking of the men, these guys are unbelievably head over heels in love with Grace. Almost too unbelievably. It’s not how they act toward her, that’s actually pretty heart warming and beautiful. Grace’s love life has not been easy and she deserves the added attention they literally shower on her. It’s the dialogue that was a little unreal. I don’t know any man that is quite as open and expressive about his feelings or intentions toward a woman as Jack, Ethan and Adam happen to be. Having said that, as Grace comes out of her shell she manages to keep the guys on their toes with her witty personality and vivacious attitude. Something else I appreciated was that I got a chance to really get to know the guys on a more individual basis as Grace spends one-on-one time with them. Jack is the silly charmer, Ethan is the attentative thinker, Adam is her dragon slayer. Together they are everything that Grace needs to begin a new life.

Divine Grace is the first in Ms. Rainier’s Divine Creek Ranch series and she has already written books two and three as of this review. As an up and coming author for Siren Publishing, Ms. Rainier is already making a name for herself and this reviewer is anxious to see how she has progressed as a writer from this first book to the newest release Heavenly Angel.

If you love a powerful ménage story that literally sweeps you along into the lives of the characters, you will love Divine Grace. There is so much more to this story than I was expecting when I began this saga and I’m glad I stuck with the storyline to watch the growth and development of the characters. If a soul searing love story is what you’re in the mood for, pick up a copy of Divine Grace. It’s time well spent.
