Jude Mason writes steamy short stories. Whether she’s writing about men, women, both… you know you’ll have a hot story. What I liked about this one was that the characters, Snake and Abel couldn’t have been more different, but together they are perfect. I liked the redemption in this story as well. When Snake and Abel got together, goodness it was hot. Abel declared his feelings early on while Snake held back, but even then, you could feel the passion sizzling between these two men.

Snake’s redemption added an emotional layer to the story that made it stick in my mind. I wanted to see what happened to him and Abel past the end of this novella.
