This short story did not hold many secondary characters, other than Ember’s father and Lilia, but there was no need. Ms. Grey put just enough sex and passion into the book to make it hot and add to the needed sex magic, but never too much to take away from the story. Each sex scene was exactly the right length and full of heat and emotions, making them perfect for this couple and this story.

My only regret is that the book was short and I would have loved to read more about Ember and Dowan and what their future may hold. I will be looking forward to reading more from this author in the future.
