This reviewer was thrilled to return for an exciting new story that had me losing sleep rather than putting down my eReader.

In the third installment of the Texas Sirens series, we go where no man or woman has gone before, into the past and the heart of The Club owner, Julian Lodge — you may call him Sir. We were introduced to Julian in book 2 of the series when Jack, Sam and Abby travel to Dallas to clean up a family problem.

The reader gets a glimpse into the hellacious teen years after Finn realized he was attracted to men as well as women. Like Finn, we are treated to a screen shot of Dani’s painful years of growing up as poor white trash in Willow Fork. Watching the changes in both Dani and Finn once they become involved with Julian were truly breathtaking and poignant.

I could go on and on about the many layers of this amazing book but you really just need to read it to understand. You don’t have to have read the first two in the series to enjoy Siren Enslaved but it helps to get to know the secondary characters that are present. One of the aspects of the story I really enjoyed was that it smoothly shifts POV from Dani, Finn and Julian. It was easy to become emotionally invested in the story when I could better understand the characters motivation.

Since starting reviewing I have been “introduced” to a lot of terrific writers but there are a dozen or so that I consider truly outstanding story tellers. Sophie Oak is one of those. No matter if she takes you to Bliss, Colorado, a private island, a secluded ranch or Willow Fork, Texas you walk away knowing you have been a part of a fantastic and well developed adventure.

If you look for stories that tug at your heart strings while stealing your breath you will love Siren Enslaved. I know I did.

Nevertheless, if you want a book that will jump-start your libido then Catch Me If You Can is the book for you. Good plot, yummy sex scenes, and characters that jump out at you and seem so real. I am glad I was able to add this one to my library and enjoyed reading it.

Yes, there are some obvious antagonists that offer plenty of opportunity for conflict but I just couldn’t imagine it lasting over 500 pages and keeping my attention. Ms. Rainier pleasantly surprised me by not just using the antagonist to round out the plot but Grace’s personal growth from a frightened self-conscious ostrich (as in she hides from confrontation) to a feisty spit fire that stands up for herself and the men she loves. Something else I appreciated was that I got a chance to really get to know the guys on a more individual basis as Grace spends one-on-one time with them. Jack is the silly charmer, Ethan is the attentative thinker, Adam is her dragon slayer. Together they are everything that Grace needs to begin a new life.

Divine Grace is the first in Ms. Rainier’s Divine Creek Ranch series and she has already written books two and three as of this review. As an up and coming author for Siren Publishing, Ms. Rainier is already making a name for herself and this reviewer is anxious to see how she has progressed as a writer from this first book to the newest release Heavenly Angel.

If you love a powerful ménage story that literally sweeps you along into the lives of the characters, you will love Divine Grace. There is so much more to this story than I was expecting when I began this saga and I’m glad I stuck with the storyline to watch the growth and development of the characters. If a soul searing love story is what you’re in the mood for, pick up a copy of Divine Grace. It’s time well spent.

You feel his loss and his emotions as he retells the story of how he and his brothers came to live with Cap and his wife, Juanita.

I love a story that gives clues to an ongoing series. Ms. Ferrell teases the reader by giving Dakota visions of a dark haired woman that he knows he’s meant to find. At the same time we briefly meet more brothers: Nicco, Ian and Will. It’s apparent each brother has his own journey to happiness to make and this reviewer can’t wait to journey right along with them. Don’t miss the first in this amazing series and discover the beauty in Lacy’s surrender.

I did have to put the book down for a minute and get on the computer to find out about the old Kinsey continuum of sexuality, just to see if I could find any input. This story was a wild ride and a lot of “hey what the hell”; I think it was a new and well plan plot, which is why I will be adding Tara Lain to my list of favorite authors. I definitely fell in love with her writing style and imagination. She had such a refreshing plot that will stay with me a long time and I think is well worth the money to add to your library.

The sexual encounters are very arousing and done with a nice balance of both lust and love between the characters with the exception of a couple scenes. The story is pleasantly paced, but the world building felt a little lacking. Very interesting for what was there, but I found myself with more questions than answers about why and how things came to be.

Even so, I would definitely recommend this story to readers who like fantasy with an edge of suspense and plenty of hot lovin’.
