I enjoyed seeing how Cole goes about wooing and getting Jared away from the abusive man. Because they are mates, their attraction is instant, yet Cole gives Jared time and space before he claims him forever.

Their story is nicely paced and I was quickly immersed in their adventure. The author does a good job of bringing these characters to life. Life seldom gives you what you want but can give you what you need. Cole and Jared learn this the hard way. I loved seeing the two fight for that love. I cannot wait to see more from this world and its inhabitants in the future.

There is a lot of inner turmoil with each man and I enjoyed watching both men figure out what they wanted. From the first time Jax comes to do a session with Lance we see how hot the two are together and it only gets hotter between them. The two are good together; both in and out of the bedroom. Life moves on and it was nice to see Lance and Jax trying to move on along with it.

Their story moves along quickly and had me right from the start. The author does a good job of bringing these men and their emotions to life. At times, it pulls on your heartstrings and has you hoping for love. These two men learn the hard way that love can heal if you let it.

Mason and Rhy are good matches for Arjun, both men add something different and special to their relationship. Rhy and Mason must also figure out just where they fit in with Arjun. Will they make the choice for love or go their separate ways? I enjoyed watching the three men find their way to a happy ending.

Their story is a nice mix of emotion and adventure. The author brings their world to life nicely. This was a nice peek at how these three men come to be together and I hope that we get to see more from them and this world in the future.

As he learns to live again we see Alexander wrestle with emotions and new and different feelings. He is an engaging character and it was nice to see the relationship build between Alexander and Nigel. The two men form a special bond that grows deeper as they spend more time together. Their story is an intriguing read. While I got to see Alexander try to fit in and his feelings for Nigel grow I didn’t really get a good understanding of what is going on with the other part of the story. I knew that they were fighting as well as looking for the evil queen but never more than that. There are many unanswered questions that come up about that part of the story. I would like to have known how the brothers rescued Alexander and who their friends were as well as how the King ended up fighting the queen.

This story revolves around Alexander and how he strives to fit in now that he has been rescued. At times, it grabbed my attention while at others it felt as if it skipped important details for me. I enjoyed watching Alexander and Nigel come together but would have liked a bit more world building. Love is a strong emotion and it keeps Alexander alive through so much. Whether it is his love for his family or for Nigel, Alexander fights hard to keep it, it is what keeps him going. I enjoyed seeing that love help Alexander find his way back from the brink and give him something to fight for.

I enjoyed watching the two find their way to each other and their happy ever after. They live in a world that is divided yet the two men find a way to come together and fight for what is right. Not only do we get to see Rashik and Leon’s relationship build but we also get to see Leon grow and find himself as he fights to protect the baby dragon. There are those that are full of hate in every race and Leon finds that he must be on guard at all times. Love and trust are key to Leon and Rashik’s relationship and the two must realize when to let their guard down and let that love and trust in.

The author weaves and intriguing story full of adventure and emotions. I quickly found myself engrossed in their story and as with any good book it left me wanting to return and see more from this world and its characters.

While I enjoyed the concept of this story I would have liked a bit more depth to it. I liked the characters but they seemed a bit one-dimensional. The story moves quickly and I would have liked to see some of the parts of the story a little more fleshed out. I really liked Lewis and Jacobi. They made a great pair and understood each other and what was needed in their relationship. You can see just how much they care for each other in everything that they do. Their life is hard and when push comes to shove it was nice to see them step up. I was pulled into their story from the start but wanted more. This was a quick read that whet my appetite for this world and will have me going back for more.

Will it hamper or help the two take down Silas?

This story has a great premise. It has a good plot but the story reads more like an outline and did not have much character development, making it a dry read. In the beginning, Dune comes off as arrogant and mean but we start to see another side of him; it was only a start. I would have enjoyed seeing more of the softer side of him. Mason is a scared young man. The two are good for each other and make a nice couple. As the two begin to figure out just where their feelings will take them Dune begins to set things into motion against Silas. It was nice to see the true hero that Dune is.

Mason and Dune’s story moves rather quickly and there are not a lot of details. It would have been nice to add some more substance to the story. It has an interesting plot and good characters that could have been developed into something more. Despite all that, I still found nuggets to enjoy and I liked Dune and Mason.
