Subject: Navy SEAL Lieutenant Dominic Castillo

People are aware about the medical term erectile levitra price in india dysfunction. The Miami Children’s Museums not only a reason; viagra for sale mastercard it is for lots of reasons. If a man continues this therapy for 4 months then he will overcome the problem of erectile dysfunction. click here for more get viagra Erectile dysfunction viagra on line pharmacy can occur both due to physiological issues; however, younger adults are also known to increase individual life spans in a miraculous way. Mission: Protect—not seduce!—his sexy target

Dominic Castillo loves his SEAL team like brothers—except one, who made sure Castillo was left behind during the latest mission. But when his rival is kidnapped by a vicious drug lord, Castillo receives a black ops mission of his own: protect his rival’s sister. And any mistakes will either result in her death…or his.

Lara Banks clearly has no interest in being protected by a military man, especially an acquaintance of her estranged brother. So why is she doing her best to drive him crazy with pure temptation? Lara insists on having her naughty way with him—over and over—but is fulfilling their fantasies worth the price?

If this book had a play list The Doors “I Love You, Won’t you Tell Me Your Name” would have to be at the top. That’s how perfect the chemistry was between Dominic and Lara. They locked eyes and that’s all it took. Of course, it’s a lot more complicated than that. Dominic is on an assignment to protect Lara from being used as a method of retaliation due to the assignment her brother Phillip in involved in as the team leader of the SEALS unit Dominic is a part of .

Dominic can’t stand Phillip and he blames him for having to sit out of their current assignment. He is still fuming over the way things turned out when he comes face to face with his ultimate fantasy, a dancer… who also happens to be the target and Phillip’s estranged sister, which is the ultimate irony.

I have read a few other books in this series and this one is the best so far. This is certainly a super steamy romance but it also has a lot of depth. I found myself swallowing back a lump in my throat once. When men see that you have a problem, many times instead of listening and letting you just talk it out and get it off your chest, they feel compelled to fix the problems for you . It’s really sweet, but sometimes we don’t want them to fix things for us. Dominic wanted to see a broken family come together but, he also had some doubts about Lara he needed to put to rest. So, I could see this playing out in real life and that made the story more emotional. A wonderful story of true love, adults growing up emotionally, compromising, and accepting life’s curve balls, building bridges , family bonds , and of course true love. Well done!

As she walks around the Boston Common looking for clients, she is hit by a bicyclist, resulting in a case, a volunteer assistant, and a broken arm.

Cold Ambition is a fast-paced thriller with a well-developed feisty PI. I really liked Jordan and I appreciated her determination to find her own path. She has problems dealing with her family and she sometimes doubts herself. But she tackles a very difficult cold case, determined to solve a twenty-one year old mystery.

The plot is complex and interesting. I thought I’d figured everything out, but there were twists and turns that I never saw coming. The supporting characters in the novel are interesting and very believable. I liked the dynamics between Jordan and Jon, her assistant, and Rick, her client. Both guys are obviously attracted to Jordan and she, equally obviously, is focused on solving the case and making a mark as a PI.

The action heats up quickly and I found that I couldn’t put the book down. There are car chases, threatening phone calls, and gunshots. Jordan has to work all the angles in both Boston and New York, and she does it all most capably.

Mystery fans are sure to enjoy the action in Cold Ambition. This is the first in what looks to be a wonderful mystery series and I shall be eager for more of Jordan’s adventures.

Tom Putnam has resigned himself to a quiet and half-fulfilled life. An English professor in a sleepy college town, he spends his days browsing the Shakespeare shelves at the campus bookstore, managing the oddball faculty in his department and caring, alongside his formidable mother-in-law, for his wife Marjory, a fragile shut-in with unrelenting neuroses, a condition exacerbated by her discovery of Tom’s brief and misguided affair with a visiting poetess a decade earlier.

His mind races at the possibility of having a family after so many years of loneliness. And it becomes clear change is coming whether Tom’s ready or not.

It’s always a plus when you’re reading a book and the story puts a smile on your face. That’s exactly what happened while I made my way through Small Blessings. Its plot sometimes had things conveniently falling into place for the characters but if you overlook that, it’s a fun read filled with feelings all of us deal with at one time or another.

What I enjoyed most about this book was its setting. A small college town inhabited by what appeared to be a cast of quirky characters. I had mixed feelings about the main character Tom. You almost have to forgive him for his past sin that has produced a surprise son because in the opening pages he seems to be a sweet guy who is caring for this very fragile woman, Marjory. I won’t give the plot away but I hoped we’d see more of her in the story.

Rose, the other lead character, is also flawed but it seems that Marjory has seen something within her that others haven’t and that’s the reason I hoped Marjory would be in the story more so I could see how their relationship progressed and if, as Tom suspected, it was a turning point for his wife.

Small Blessings has its humor too. Its pacing is not too fast and not too slow and the sort of story that’s perfect for settling down to an hour of reading here and there.

If you like stories with small town settings, lots of characters, and one that leaves you with a positive feeling that there’s a reason certain things happen to us, then you’ll probably enjoy this one.

This is the first book in Michael La Ronn’s sci-fi fantasy saga, Eaten. It’s an exciting blend of fantasy, action/adventure, and cyberpunk, with humor added for taste.

VEGETABLES JUST GOT COMPLICATED.

If these vegetable freedom fighters have anything to say about it, the revolution definitely will be televised!

The blurb was much shorter than what I’d normally expect to read, but it provided enough details about the zany plot to snag my attention immediately. This is one of the most creative premises I’ve come across in a long time. I couldn’t wait to see what Mr. La Ronn had in store for his characters. Sometimes less is more, though, so once I was a chapter or two in the action I was glad that the author kept so many of the twists and turns a secret.

It would have been helpful to know a little more about the physiology of the foods who are also characters. I was never quite sure if they were all intended to be members of the same species or if every type of food was its own unique species. Some foods have children who strongly resemble them while others don’t. I found the differences between those families to be a little distracting, although it is a minor criticism of an otherwise engaging adventure.

I really enjoyed the worldbuilding in this story. The produce puns made me smile, especially when the characters themselves treated those names or terms seriously. Somehow this style of humor is even better when it’s used with a straight face. It was also intriguing to see Kendall, the main character, slowly explore the various levels of the empire he calls home. He’s spent so much time in one small part of it that he seems to be nearly as surprised by everything else that is out there as this reader was.

Eaten: The Complete First Season was so much fun to read that I had a hard time putting it down. This is a great choice for anyone who loves the playful side of science fiction.

When Iona lands a job at the local stables, she meets the owner, Boyle McGrath. Cowboy, pirate, wild tribal horseman, he’s three of her biggest fantasy weaknesses all in one big, bold package.

Iona realizes that here she can make a home for herself—and live her life as she wants, even if that means falling head over heels for Boyle. But nothing is as it seems. An ancient evil has wound its way around Iona’s family tree and must be defeated. Family and friends will fight with each other and for each other to keep the promise of hope—and love—alive…

It’s the opportunity of a lifetime and Iona Sheehan has made it happen. All she has ever wanted to do is go to Ireland and find her roots… and learn more about the witch that she is. What she isn’t prepared for, however, is the dark force lying in wait for the return of the three. Can she and her two newfound cousins defeat this ancient evil and bring peace to their family?

Iona Sheehan is quite a character. Exuberant, young, and eager, she makes me laugh out loud throughout the book. Her love of horses and family is very endearing and sweet. I loved the way she embraced her heritage – lurking evil force or not – and dove in head first in order to be ready in time to face off with Cabhan with her cousins.

Boyle McGrath is the embodiment of all I’ve ever expected an Irishman to be. He’s surly, he’s stubborn, and he’s one hundred and ten percent lovable. His gruff reluctance to give in to his emotions is adorable and amusing because we know that Iona will find a way to worm her way into his heart, right? Once she does, they become the closest thing to a perfect couple. They don’t always agree or get along, but they find a way to stick it out in the end.

In addition to the main couple, you are treated to an entertaining cast of characters. Branna and Conner, Iona’s cousins, are like night and day, and yet so much alike sometimes that it’s scary. Maera and Fin, co-workers of Iona’s and friends of the cousins, only add humor, friendship, and love to the mix. I’d love to sit in on a night with this group, whether in Branna’s home or at the local pub, either way you know you’d be in for a night you wouldn’t forget.

Set in picturesque Ireland, a place I’ve dreamed of visiting, the story takes off from the very first page, whisking you off on adventure and into a romance you can’t help but root for. With its rich storytelling, loveable characters, and intense plot, I had a hard time putting this one down. For my first Nora Roberts novel, it was a giant win.

Queen Elena needs to marry quickly to save her monarchy, she doesn’t expect to be kidnapped by Sheikh Khalil al Bakir, who needs to stop her marriage so he can reclaim his rightful throne.

I was very amused by how easily Khalil kidnapped her, and then tricks her in to thinking he lives a very primitive existence. I enjoyed that Elena does attempt to escape and doesn’t just roll over and give up. It’s only because they’re in the middle of the desert that she doesn’t escape. Elena easily falls for the kindness Khalil shows her and after they get lost in the desert things get even more complicated.

These two together were very sexy, and the chemistry is off the charts. The author does a great job of bringing the desert nomad life alive on the page. I found myself imagining the heat and the sand.

This story had everything I’ve come to love in Sheikh stories, a brooding male, a strong but innocent female, and an exotic backdrop for it all. I highly recommend this for fans of Sheikh love stories.

Few things are more disheartening than being stuck in a soul-shredding job.

The amount of time that was put into developing Penn’s personality made him one of the most memorable characters I’ve met so far this year. Penn’s flaws happen to be things that deeply irritate me, so I can’t honestly say that I always liked him. I can say that he made me think, though, and that he was written in such a way that I paused about a third of the way through his tale to see if it was actually a memoir. Penn comes across as a three-dimensional person, metaphorical warts and all. That isn’t something that’s at all easy to accomplish, and it’s whetted my appetite for more from Mr. Danker-Dake .

This book includes well over two dozen different characters, many of whom have nicknames that weren’t always easy to connect to their actual names. At times I mixed up the identities of certain employees and customers that made less frequent appearances because there was such a large number of them drifting in and out of the plot. It would have been really helpful to have a brief list of their names as well an indication of whether each character was an employee of the store or one of their regular customers.

Worldbuilding is definitely one of Mr. Danker-Dake’s strengths. Not only does he create incredibly complex settings for his characters, he allows Penn to slowly change in response to the things that happen to him. In some ways the setting almost functioned as its own character due to how much influence it had on Penn’s personal development. Watching this unfold was a treat, and it made me curious about what this author will come up with in the future.

I’d especially recommend The Retail to anyone who has ever worked in the service industry or who wonders what it’s like to be on the opposite side of the booth, till, or help desk.

What if looking at the face of the man you loved meant death?

Years ago, warrior Durren Drakkonwehr was cursed by a mage. Now feared and reviled as the Shadow Man, he keeps to himself, only going to town to trade rare bloodstones–petrified dragon’s blood–for supplies. Though he hides his face, he can’t hide his heart from the woman who haunts his dreams…

Needing bloodstones for a jewelry commission, Mirianna and her father journey across the dreaded Wehrland where the beast-men roam. When their party is attacked, only the Shadow Man can save them. Strangely drawn to him, Mirianna offers herself in return for her father’s rescue.

Living in the ruined fortress with the Shadow Man, Mirianna slowly realizes that a flesh-and-blood man–not a fiend–hides there in hoods and darkness. But are love and courage enough to lift the curse and restore the man?

A man whose face can kill, a woman bound to him by a promise, and both haunted by mysterious, intimate dreams of each other. Bloodstone’s story is rich and layered, nuanced and engrossing.

The main characters are both engaging. Mirianna is instantly likable as you see the way she looks after and cares for her widowed father. She is resourceful and capable, but most of all passionate. Her choices are intuitive and her feelings strong. I respected and admired her and appreciated how smart and quick-witted she was written.

The Shadow Man is deeply layered and deeply flawed. When he is presented with ethical choices, he often genuinely considers taking the wrong path. He can be brusque and harsh, when he should be kind and gentle. He is deeply conflicted, torn between the man he used to be and what he is now. He is constantly at battle with himself, and you can feel this leaking through his scenes and encompassing his thoughts.

I loved reading these two characters respond to one another. The dreams that have haunted them for years attract them to each other as much as it scares them. Both are powerful characters with strong personalities and the results are scenes which swept me up and gripped me, and kept me eagerly waiting to see what they would do next.

However both characters are not only haunted by their dreams, they both find themselves followed by a mysterious lioness. Other things are afoot, as it’s soon made clear that not everyone is who they claim to be. The story was very well done, with some truly surprising plot twists and revelations I did not see coming, and there was more than one point in the story where my jaw was left hanging open.

The romance in the book was for the most part excellent. Though it did feel a little rushed once or twice, with the motivations and reasons behind their feelings and changing attitudes towards each other, not always being clear to me.

The opening of the book moves a little slowly, taking a significant amount of time to reach the plot described on the back of the book. However the author has a beautiful writing style and a keen eye for detail, and I was never bored or disinterested in what was happening.

Helen C. Johannes has built up a rich fantasy world, with an intriguing and unique history. I loved reading about the world, the things that inhabited it, and the way it worked. She knew exactly how much to dole out and when, in order to keep me informed but eager for more.

The ending is very satisfying, but I suspect there may be a sequel planned, and if there is I will certainly be reading it. The book works well as a breathtaking romance and as a fantasy story of heroes, magic and mystery. If you’re in the mood for either, read it!

Bribery rumors threaten the deal and make Sophie wary of Duncan, yet she cannot deny his appeal. When her journalistic research uncovers a Jamieson family secret, trust becomes the hardest lesson for them both.

Share The Moon shows that people can find true love when they least expect it. In Duncan Jamieson’s and Sophie Shaw’s case, loving and trusting each other seems dangerous because they started out as competitors for the same plot of land. Neither can be sure the other’s feelings are genuine and not a ploy to get them to lower their defenses and let go of their plans with the land. But the current situation is not the only thing that’s making them cautious and distrustful.

Both Duncan and Sophie have a painful past filled with loss and mistakes. Sophie’s struggle with the loss of her teenage son was written beautifully. Her pain, regret and guilt were visible in her every act, but the author didn’t let the character get lost in the overwhelming grief, instead she’d given her coping mechanisms that helped her come back to life, step by little step. Similarly, Duncan’s less than model family life still haunts him years after his wife’s death. He is doing his best to become a better person, and as a reader I appreciated that the transformation didn’t go smoothly and that he was struggling with the changes instead. It made him feel a real person, and that in turn made it easy for me to feel with him as he progressed from a workaholic into a devoted father and partner.

Although the plot stalled a bit towards the middle, the hurdles in Sophie’s and Duncan’s way made the story interesting, keeping me guessing about what was next for them. Jamieson’s family secret tied in nicely to the development of their relationship and didn’t feel like a separate subplot at all but like something that affected them both deeply.

I liked the portrayal of Trent and would love to read more about him. He seemed a conflicted man, his attitude a direct result of all the hurt from his childhood. But he also seemed like someone who would be fun to get to know better. I loved his layered characterization. Same goes for Sophie’s friends, Jay and Sophie’s father – all compelling characters that added a lot to the story and shed new light on the main characters and their deepest feelings.

Although a bit predictable, the story unfolded to a satisfying finish for Duncan and Sophie. After going over many an obstacle, they learn to trust each other, which enables them to truly embrace the feelings they have for each other. Trust doesn’t come easy, but once earned, it can be a firm basis for true love. Share the Moon is a romance in which the characters must first learn to love themselves in order to be able to love each other. It’s more than just about falling in love; it’s about overcoming grief and disappointment and growing into people worth loving.

It was 1984, a year when teenagers ran wild, dressed in black, stayed out all night, and listened to music that terrified their parents. Rumours of Satanism surrounded Corinne and she was locked up indefinitely, a chilling reminder to the parents of Ernemouth to keep a watchful eye on their children.

Twenty years later, private investigator Sean Ward — whose promising career as a detective with the Metropolitan Police was cut short by a teenager with a gun — reopens the case after new forensic evidence suggests that Corinne didn’t act alone. The cast of characters was great. You might not like all of them, but you can’t help getting pulled into their story and lives. They’re an odd bunch but that’s what makes it such a compelling read. The setting of a small coastal town in Norfolk, England was the icing on the cake, and I think it really added another entertain layer to this dark mystery.

The one thing I loved best about this book was it kept me guessing. Ms. Unsworth didn’t cheat the reader on any details as it what happened and who was involved. Like good writing should be, each chapter you read was like peeling an orange and pulling apart its sections. It had me thinking one way but in the next chapter I discovered I was wrong which for someone who reads lots of mysteries was very refreshing.

Despite its length this book is fast paced. I found myself reading on just a few more chapters each time I sat down. The last third really kicks into high gear and you find yourself not wanting to stop until you’ve read the end. I won’t give it away but the author doesn’t disappoint and the payoff is well worth your extra time reading non-stop.

I haven’t read any of Ms. Unsworth’s other books but now I think I’m hooked and will be looking for other titles.

If you’re a fan of dark mysteries I highly recommend Weirdo for your upcoming fall reading list.
