Orchard Hill Residents – lock up your hearts!

Pansy Parker and Misty Green are rivals in romance. Each believes she is the town’s best matchmaker. Now, they’re going to settle the question for once and for all. They’re keeping track to see who can make the most matches in a year’s time.

No heart is safe in Orchard Hill – not even their own.

Quiet, privacy-loving phys ed. teacher Oliver Laurence is alarmed when he finds he is paired with bouncy, outgoing Hope Velasquez to work on the school fundraiser. He thinks she’s loud and pushy. She thinks he’s not a team player. Both want the Fourth of July Softball Tournament to be a success. Oliver wonders if he can endure Hope for that long.

But when they discover that opposites attract, will Oliver and Hope set off a few fireworks of their own?

Misty Green and Pansy Parker continue their Matchmaking Contest in this installment of the Orchard Hill Romance. Misty and Pansy are rivals that have vowed to demonstrate that they are the best matchmakers by the end of the year based on the number of successful matches that they have made. However, this time the stakes are higher since their own hearts are in danger and with people that are totally unexpected. This time their victims are Hope and Oliver.

Hope is the librarian at the local school and Oliver is the new gym teacher that just joined the school. They used to be friends once upon a time in college. But all of a sudden Oliver withdrew and something changed between. Sure that Oliver has something against, Hope tries her best to find out what it is and fix it. Oliver on his parts would like to get to know Hope better; however, knowing the history of bad relationships in his family he is not too sure about since he does not want to hurt her. Can these two souls find each other, with a little help?

The Orchard Hill Series just continues to get better and better. This installment is totally different from all the previous once hence making it interesting to read. The storyline is not repetitious so it is a treat to always read about the newest couple. Ms. Russell continues to develop the animosity between Misty and Pansy, adding more juicy tidbits and secrets with each installment. This series is a must-read. I am looking forward to the next couple and the continued matchmaking rivalry!
