Dinner Leftover Parcels

Ingredients:

For every person you will need:

     1 sheet of defrosted pastry (puff pastry of savory short pastry)
     1/2 cup cooked meat (left over from the day before - roasts are      ideal )
     2 Tbs cooked veg (left over from the day before - ideal)
     1 slice of cheese (feta, cheddar, edam)
     1 Tb plain yogurt
     1/2 tsp chopped garlic
     1/2 tsp chopped ginger root
     1 prune (optional)
     1 Tb chopped defrosted drained spinach (optional)
     salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

     Preheat the oven to 180 C (375 F)

     Grease a baking sheet

     Arrange the ingredients in the centre of every pastry sheet

     Fold the 4 corners to the middle, overlapping slightly, to form an

     envelope

     Bake until golden brown
