Baked Tilapia

Ingredients:

1 pound of Tilapia

1 tablespoon of Smart Balance

1/2 clove of garlic, diced (optional)

A pinch of rosemary

A pinch of cayenne pepper

A pinch of Adobo seasoning

Salt and pepper (season to taste)

Directions:

Melt the Smart Balance in a small bowl. Stir the garlic, herbs, and spices into the Smart Balance. Place the Tilapia in a glass baking dish. Pour the Smart Balance mixture of the Tilapia. Make sure to coat both sides of the fish. Place the Tilapia in the oven and bake on 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. When the fish flakes, it's done.
