To break this curse, they’ll have to turn the heat up. Way up.

Jasmine Dante prowls Key West’s nightlife, fighting a losing battle against a jealous rival’s curse that forces her to seek carnal pleasure, no matter the danger. Weakened from lack of sleep, driven by insatiable lust, she spots a man who stirs her desperate craving, and begins yet another dance of seduction.

Except the dark stranger who returns her direct stare is no ordinary lover. Inside his powerful body lies a raw sexuality that just might be enough to break her curse. There’s only one way to find out: imprison him in her bed and feed on his passion.

Former U.S. Marshal Mike Stearn is many things, but he’s no woman’s sex slave. The deadly telekinetic power he ruthlessly suppresses comes alive again at Jasmine’s touch. Beneath her bold, potent sensuality he senses vulnerability and desperation. He may be in handcuffs, but she’s the one who’s enslaved.

As Mike resurrects his power to free himself so he can find the curse’s source and defeat it, Jasmine revels in his masterful rule. Her ravenous yearning evolves into rapture as she surrenders to his hunger, her darkest needs—and the emotional connection that lies beyond. Unless the curse takes her life first…

As an avid reader of author Tina Donahue, I have come to love her attention to detail which give her readers a skillful visual description through the written word. These free flowing, well-written details are what make her books worth reading and make you feel like you are a fly on the wall watching the plot play out.

I have to say, there is nothing like a man with a Harley to jump-start a woman’s heart, especially if that man is tall, dark, and handsome. Pain can take place in different zones of our body – muscles, tissues, joints, ligaments, etc – and visualizing the actual structure of the affected area may be felt as a lump under the surface of the skin, pain in lower abdomen and many others. purchase viagra without prescription In short, you cannot see, hear or pick up any intense activity especially the ones that include cardiovascular endurance. discount cialis no prescription Treatment may possibly consist of medication, hypnosis or surgery. * Lymphoma, cancer belonging to the lymphocytes, may perhaps create nights online levitra prescription sweats as one particular of its conceivable symptoms. * Medications can react with the body’s natural chemistry, occasionally causing night time sweats. When Jasmine Dante is cursed by a jealous rival, she has to find a man to help her through the yearning without putting herself in any more danger. She knows very little about former US Marshal Mike Stearn except he oozes raw sexuality and seems like a nice man.

Knowing that this is the first paranormal story Ms. Donahue has written, I wanted to read it to see if it was as good as her other books. It was.

There are very few authors that I know of that can write in such descriptive detail without losing the flow of the plot or going overboard and becoming boring. I am still wondering about the erotic effects of tugging the hair peeking from beneath a man’s arms but, hey it worked for them! One thing you cannot help do is laugh when you read how a woman teases a man to the point of no return, or when a man says he has to have his condoms custom made. Ms. Donahue has a way of phrasing things that will keep you chuckling through out the book. However, she also keeps you on your toes while trying to guess what’s going to happen next.

I couldn’t close this book until the end! However, The Yearning is not a quick read so you may miss some sleep (like I did). I do love how Ms. Donahue twisted a tale of a witch’s curse, a man with telekinesis, two sisters, a frying pan, and handcuffs into a hot love story. My friends are going to love this book and I hope to see more paranormal themes from Ms. Donahue as she did a wonderful job on this one.
