Well-written, with a nice balance between the intimate, the serious, and the silly, this collection begins mild and works its way up from there. For me, the best feature is that each story interlinks with characters from the stories before, giving the series more continuity and the feel of a cohesive novel. While I don’t require that in an anthology, it sure does raise the appeal for me. If you’re a fan of the dangerous and the very, very sexy, then Plain Brown Wrapper (C.H.A.S.E Collection) is the perfect collection of stories to warm your winter nights.
