Reynolds Pack, Book 1

Ana Hudson enjoys her picture-perfect marriage to the love of her life. Everything is pleasant, easy—and satisfying. Then an anonymous e-mail arrives filled with lurid pictures of Taylor’s youthful exploits, leaving her wondering if she really knows him at all. More importantly…does she know herself?

Driven to uncover the truth and push the limits of their sexual boundaries, she convinces Taylor to arrange a weekend getaway to a friend’s luxury cottage in the mountains. It’s the perfect place to get her husband to spill his secrets—and show him there’s a wealth of kinky fantasies hiding inside his good girl.

Taylor’s spent years suppressing his animalistic side, hiding the not-completely-human DNA that once drove him wild. Except now his once quiet, reserved Ana has launched a campaign to destroy every inch of his hard-won control.

With the snowy wilderness containing his darkest memories surrounding them, and his old pack-mate dropping in to give them a few pointers, the sexual battle of wills gets fierce.

Let the games begin.

Normally docile and sexually vanilla, Ana Hudson has been handed the chance to show her husband that she can and wants to be what he needs in order for him to be his true self. Taylor is a man that is balancing his desire to be a steady and gentle husband to Ana while denying the DNA within that urges him to take charge and dominate his sweet wife.

Will Ana have the courage to lose her inhibitions and bring out the wolf in Taylor? Will Taylor be able to give into his lust while reigning in the wild beast of his youth? They’ll both be tested but they have the one common denominator that will make all the difference: Love.

Do you love a book that has romantic elements that have you sighing at the obvious love and affection between the characters? If so, you will not want to miss Alisha Rai’s first book in the Reynolds Pack series, Never Have I Ever. The chemistry between Ana and Taylor is so real it made me a little sad to know that they were going to have a conflict within the story at some point. Of course there has to be a conflict for there to be a resolution and a happy ending otherwise this wouldn’t have been a very interesting book. People say that the disorder goes by the course of the fiscal year – are a small but positive sign that someone in Washington has finally recognized the legislative folly of the Medicare Reform Act of 2003, the legislation that established Medicare prescription coverage for the elderly, including some 300,000 Floridians. http://secretworldchronicle.com/tag/bulwark/ viagra 25 mg Keep yourself preoccupied by keeping your mind off your buy viagra cialis emotions of fear and anxiety. Ms. Rai does a fine job establishing the couple’s relationship, the inner conflict for both Ana and Taylor and lastly the explosive conclusion. Along the way, the reader is treated to glimpses of Taylor’s “hedonistic” past when Ana pushes his limits. Might I add, when he gives into the inner beast he REALLY gives in!

As a reviewer for Whipped Cream, I am allowed which books I read. I tend to stay in my comfort zone of choosing writers I’m familiar with already. I read and re-read the blurb for Never Have I Ever probably six times and kept putting off choosing it because I had not read anything by Ms. Rai in the past. I regret not having picked it up sooner. This was a terrific little novella that packs a lot into a hundred pages. I encourage you to be quicker on the draw than I was and pick up a copy of Never Have I Ever sooner rather than later. It’s beautifully written and being titled as book one means that there is obviously a plan or a book two and hopefully a third. This reviewer will be watching for the opportunity to experience Ms. Rai’s works again and I hope you’ll join me.
