Finding a story with an actual plot is sometimes hard in shorter erotic romances but that’s not the case with Missing in Milan. Immediately you get a sense that Charlie’s in trouble and that only one person can find her and that’s Laura.

I do enjoy first person stories and I think this POV added to the suspense of this one. I did wonder if Gianmario had something to do with Charlie disapperance which made me feel uneasy when Laura entered into a physical relationship with him. The sex scenes are sexy, the dialogue and pacing ideal for this short a read.

I would have preferred that the author turn this into a full length novel and maybe develop Laura and Gianmario’s relationship slower but other than that if you like suspense and enjoy a hot foreign locale, then I’d definitely recommend this story to you.
