The characters have to be “real”, original, and multi-dimensional. The plot has to be well developed and character motivation understood. The dialogue has to be engaging and flow smoothly. I’ve read many a book where the premise was good and it had potential but it lost me on all the other elements. That hasn’t happened in any of the books I’ve read by Ms. Covington. She doesn’t just write…she creates.
I spotted so many great secondary characters that just seem to be begging to have their on HEA told I can’t wait to see who lands in Lusty, TX next!
