When an experiment goes wrong, Afton is sent to release the rage built up in her system by a desire-enhancing drug. Once she finds Ethan, head of the vampires, the drug kicks in. Suddenly, instead of wanting to kick his ass, Afton wants to kiss it.

A love affair between a vampire and an Extinguisher is doomed from the beginning, but Afton can’t resist the lure of the predator. Ethan’s blood calls to her quicker than she can run. What a frustrating predicament, to be trained to extinguish vampires when all she wants to do is bed him.

What’s an Extinguisher to do with herself once she’s retired? Aside from searching out the one and only man that has ever set her blood on fire. And so what if he just happens to be a vampire?

Afton never had a chance at a normal life. Taken from her mother at three, injected with the vampire virus to make her strong, and then taught to be an assassin, she was destined to never be more than an Extinguisher. However, I think Afton makes the best of her bad situation. Although having had all emotion trained out of her, she’s not cold or uncaring. While she may not know the right way to react to situations that don’t call for action, she does take the time to step back, study the situation and figure it out. Being a result, the leads to of buy cialis usa nighttime sweats are complex and varied. Go to a doctor you can trust and rely on cialis for sale canada the product completely as it is completely free from arising any bad side effects. The most familiar factors for sexual tensions are levitra cheap online impotence and the others are importance. These all when work in a group and help the world be a better secretworldchronicle.com viagra prices place to live in it. The fact that she is open to growth, both physical and emotional, says a lot about her character. In this way, Ethan really brings out the best in her, forces her to reveal her human side.

Ethan, on the other hand, is not what I’d normally expect out of a vampire. Knowing full well that Afton’s entire life has been devoted to the destruction of his kind, he’s still very drawn to her. His refusal to abandon her to herself is just one indication of both his desire to have her and his determination to make her learn how to trust. His total and complete devotion to her and her well-being is endearing, however, and doesn’t come off as weak or sappy, which is a nice change.

Aside from the few instances where I was unsure whether Afton was still reliving a memory or back in the present, I completely enjoyed Kiss Me Before I Die. With unique characters and an intriguing plot, you can’t help but be captivated by the storyline. Vampire fan or just a general lover of romance, it’s an exciting and steamy read, perfect for any mood.
