Hall Industries needs a savior, and Jillian’s been tasked with talking Gunner McNeil into being that financial angel.

As soon as he sees the guest submissive, Gunner knows he could spend the rest of his life playing with her. But when an orgasm relaxes him into a short nap, she disappears without a word. On Monday, he meets her again in the capacity as his liaison and guide for the week.

Gunner decides to combine business with pleasure and continues Jillian’s training as he inspects the company. Jillian learns about herself and BDSM under Master Gunner’s tutelage but wonders if she is enough. When Gunner leaves town without a word after naming the conditions for his help, Jillian has to decide if she can make the changes he requires.

Will he return to finish her training? Or will he invest his money in her company without investing his heart in their budding D/s relationship?

Most of us get flowers or presents on our thirtieth birthday. Lucky Jillian finds her master!

For her birthday, Blaze takes her friend Jillian to Club Esoteria. There Jillian is swept away by Master G. Jillian has the most erotic experience of her life with him, but afterward, Jillian freaks and runs away. Unbeknownst to her, Master G is actually Gunner McNeil; the man who she’s hoping will be her company’s savior.

Gunner McNeil is a mouthwatering hero. He’s a strong, smart, decisive, and looking for the right woman. I loved how gentle he was with Jillian when he met her. It was neat that Jillian thought of him as a “golden bear” when he was naked. I loved that when Jillian got scared and took off, he ran after her. He tried to find her even though he only knew her first name. He saw the truth in what she did for her family’s company. He wasn’t your typical dominant; he truly cared about Jillian’s feelings and would alter his actions based on them.

Jillian Hall is a heroine you can identify with. Yes she’s a beautiful redhead, but it’s what inside that really resonates. She’s worked in her father’s family business her whole life. She’s caught in the family business trap, underpaid and working harder than anyone else. The order cheap viagra pills show its effect within few minutes of their consumption. On top of that, she’s incredibly conscious of her reputation since her relationship with her father is more complex than most. She’s visiting Club Esoteria for her second time when Master Gunner identifies her as a submissive he would like to train. Although, she’s read novels about it, she’s never tried the submissive life before. Jillian is smart, strong, has doubts, and is willing to go after what she wants. Her journey is interesting to follow.

Watching Gunner ignite with Jillian was arousing. There was just something about their chemistry that sucked me in. Their sex was smoking hot and detailed. But it’s not the sex scenes that I’ll remember most about this book. Ms. McKenzie created such a compelling pull between Jillian and Gunner that their conversation literally amazed me. Jillian’s fears, Gunner’s compassion and understanding…just, wow!

As much as I liked Jillian and Gunner, there were some holes in their story. Jillian and Gunner meet again on a Monday, but the story suddenly jumps from Monday to Thursday. I really missed this portion of the story. Then there was another gap when Gunner left town unexpectedly. It just felt that there were gaps in Jillian and Gunner’s journey that I really wanted read about.

I will say this, although I’ve only given Jillian’s Master 4 cherries, I’d actually classify the whole Club Esoteria series as at least 5 cherries overall. There’s just something about the Club Esoteria world that I’ve fallen in love with. I’ve enjoyed each book and I’d say the sum of all the books create a wonderful reading experience. I’d kind of equate it to Nora Roberts’ Macgregor series. Each book is good, but together they’re incredible. I preordered this book and hope another one is coming.

If you’re looking for a hot BDSM romance with a hero and heroine that will amaze you, I recommend Jillian’s Master.
