Teal Ceagh is a new-to-me-author, but this story was one I’ll recommend to all my friends. From the outset, I was intrigued with this story. I like vampire tales and one where virginity is so important is a new twist on the old standard. I was drawn in from page one and fully involved.

I liked Eva’s character. She’s trusting and meek in the form of a woman who could rip a man’s throat out with her bare hands. I liked that she held onto her humanity at a time when a vampire can lose everything so fast.

Ryan is an intriguing man. He’s a demon hunter and though I got to see things through his eyes, I wasn’t totally sure about him.
