While this story takes place in the future, it almost has a historical western feel to it, which is something I really enjoyed. If not for some references made to technology, I might not have even known it took place in the future. I found this world fascinating and couldn’t wait to learn more about it and the people (or wolves) that inhabited it.
I also enjoyed the relationship between Jack and Ginny as I felt they were a perfect match for one another. I enjoyed the wit of their interactions and the chemistry that they share. In addition to these fabulous characters, the author also provides us with interesting secondary characters who help to make the story stronger.
Everything about this story was extremely well done from the setting to the characters to the plot. I became lost in this fascinating world and didn’t want to leave. I have no qualms about recommending this one as I enjoyed every minute of reading it.
