This book is a fast-paced, fun-filled frolic with lots of tentacles and underwater exploration going on! It’s amazing what life can throw at you when you buy yourself an island.

Eric and Ty are both brilliant characters, and perfect for each other. I loved how their relationship grew the longer they spent together. The new characters introduced helped to give the story that little bit of oomph to move it along. I love the names of the kids and think the film that inspired them is one of the best around! I was just glad to see this lot having a happier ending than the original ones.

If you are looking for a book that isn’t too deep and a bit out of the ordinary, then I have no hesitation in recommending this one. I would love a follow-up, just to see how everyone is getting along!
