Mia’s Submission is a very short story that belongs to a series called The Satin Rose Experience. The story begins in a previous anthology called “Keyboard and Kink”, and although Ms. Bunino lets you in on what had occurred previously so that you’re not really missing anything, I found it difficult to connect with the characters.
Though, Asher is drool worthy and I was able to see his struggle for control of both his feelings and his dominant side, and Mia wants submission but is afraid of losing her heart, I still had the feeling I was missing more from both of them.
Nonetheless, Ms. Bunino does a great job describing the setting and submerging the reader into Mia and Asher’s game of lust and romance. You can catch glimpses of the feelings the characters have for each other and the difficulties they will be facing, but the story left me unsatisfied and wishing for more in an emotional level.The sex however, is hot and decadent.
Mia’s Subnission is a quick, hot read, entertaining for any moment of the day.
