Luc de Prioux has dark blue eyes and dark curls. He could be any women’s fantasy and when Helen gazed at him, he just screamed out Dominant in her mind. I loved how Helen described the way she had to resist the urge to kneel at Luc’s feet and call him Sir. The other major player is Luc’s secretary, Branko Odic. Branko is also a Dominant who is a fantastic contrasting character to Luc’s more refined character.
I loved how they keep dropping little innuendos about their intentions to Helen without her really realizing what was going on. There are several minor characters that pop in and out as well, and add to the main storyline of a robbery within the chateau. I learned of a few secrets that our main characters had hidden and was hoping that the crime would be solved without trouble coming down on their heads.
As I have previously stated, Ms. Oh is a true genius when it comes to this subject matter. I am able to envision everything that occurs in her scenes in minute detail due to her fantastic knowledge of BDSM and ménage. I loved The Hand of the Master and hope you do too.
