Celeste Benning loses her phone—the lifeline that connects her to everything social. Luckily, she’s able to retrace her steps and find not just her phone, but a hot bartender who leaves her head spinning and a mystery man who sends her sexy text messages that leave her phone smoking.

When a gorgeous woman comes into his bar looking for her phone, Grant is only too happy to save the day…and ask her to go out with him the next night. Then he impulsively sends her some anonymous text messages designed to tease and titillate, realizing only too late that he’s just become his own romantic competition.

While Celeste wonders how to choose between the sexy, exciting mystery man and lovable, gorgeous Grant, Grant wonders how Celeste will react when she realizes both men are the same person…and how he can convince her to stay with him forever.

A lost cell phone, being cut off from everyone and everything that you have grown attached to having at your fingertips would be devastating. But how would you feel if you started getting randy text messages from a random number? Would you respond? The hotter the messages the more you want to know this person because they seem to know everything about you, but who could it be? Can they live up to the messages once you meet?

Grant is used to finding all sorts of things in his bar after closing each night. But when a gorgeous woman walks in begging to know if he has seen her cell phone he is drawn to her in ways he didn’t think were possible at a first meeting. When he started texting her, he didn’t realize that things would get so out of hand, but now he is his own competition. Can Celeste forgive him, or has he gone too far to get the girl this time?

This book was something that I would definitely have picked up at the local bookstore, even without knowing anything about it but the blurb on the back. The idea of a mystery man sending sexy texts and being wooed by a gorgeous bartender all at the same time would be almost too much for a girl to handle. While reading this tale, I thought the characters were very believable, and the story felt like it flowed extremely well – especially for a short story. Usually I don’t expect to finish a book in one sitting (it would be nice, but life tends to get in the way of that happening) but with this book, I just couldn’t put it down. The plot pulled me in, drew me to the characters and their situation. I became a mad page turner to see how they finally found their HEA. This was a wonderful book that really pulled me into the story and made reading it a pleasure. This one will definitely go into my re-read pile. Remy Richards is someone to watch out for. This book didn’t disappoint at all, left me wanting more, and waiting anxiously for the next book she writes. If you’re on the fence about buying this book, get off the fence and buy it! You won’t regret the purchase at all!
