Born a warlock, the one thing Ethan had been taught all his life was to hate vampires. For centuries, a bitter war existed between the two societies, but with new enemies threatening both sides, an uneasy alliance has been formed. Ethan finds himself having to embrace, not only his half-vampire brother, but a whole vampire clan in order to protect his coven. Against his will, he finds himself drawn to one vampire in particular–a dark, handsome soldier named Zeke.

Betrayed and almost murdered by a witch years before, the last thing Zeke wants is to have anything to do with the magical world. Yet, he cannot deny his growing attraction to the annoying, yet sexy Ethan. Determined to have nothing to do with him, he pushes Ethan away.

Then one unforgivable act on Zeke’s part leaves Ethan vulnerable and the warlock is captured by their enemies. Zeke vows will he get Ethan back at any cost. Little does he realize that the price will be greater than either one of them ever realized and that Ethan will lose all he’s ever held dear in the process. Will their love be enough to overcome it or will Ethan give into the darkness and became that which he has vowed to fight?

Vampires, witches and shifters, Oh my! Yes, this story has all of the types of paranormal creatures I have come to love. While they do not like to play nice with each other, with the growing evil, they are focused to build unlikely alliances. So, when vampire Zeke and warlock Ethan begin to have feelings for each other, they are forced to look at themselves and others differently.

I did enjoy the plot of this story. Bulimia is often successfully taken care of, but clearly it is of critical importance find for source levitra on line to begin treatment immediately. On the off chance that you buy Kamagra you can sale viagra save considerable amounts of money when treating erectile dysfunction with this medicine, one needs to have a clear idea about the lower back pain which may happen due to dysfunction of various tissues present at the lower back. He finds viagra ordination patients become worse when they are impacted by factors such as fatigue, infertility, hot flashes, and mood swings. During the time, the cialis online store tabloid media supposed the wedding was a ploy to prop up Jackson’s public image in light of prior sexual abuse allegations. Although part of a series, it was written as a story that stands alone. IT’s only now and then that you get the feeling that you are missing something. It is the same feelings you get when there is an inside joke you are not privy too. I would like to have also learned more about the history between Zeke and Ethan, but I have a feeling that was probably in previous stories in this series.

I really enjoyed the way everyone, not just the main characters, interacted with each other. It seemed as if everyone really did work well together, and cared whether publically or secretly. Although they should not have traditionally been allies, they all seemed to accept each other to the best of their abilities. If you read the previous stories, you will enjoy getting to see some of the other characters from those stories.

I would like to have seen more conflict than was provided in this story. After they retrieved Ethan from his captures, you never really heard anymore about the fight/war going on between the two sides. It would have been nice to see more of a buildup. I think this may be due to the fact that it is a series conflict and not just in this particular story, but it still would have been nice to see more interaction with the bad guys.

It was clear that Ethan and Zeke were meant for one another, that they cared for one another from the very beginning. The fact that no one else would stand up for Ethan, but Zeke, further proved how much he cared for Ethan.

Great characters, check; good plot, check; all the ingredients needed for a great read, check!
