Pirates in outer space, what a great idea! At first the concept had me a little baffled but as soon as I started reading this story I realized it really works. Then you add in a Princess and you have one great story.
At first I was a little concerned about the plot. In the beginning it seemed as if it would be a boring storyline but my opinion quickly changed. Once they crashed onto the unknown planet the story started to pull me in and I was hooked, just like the princess Melena, and there was no escaping.

I think because the story was not initially spicy it added a little more depth to the relationship, so when you did get to the sexual relationship it made it that much better.
The growth of the characters displayed throughout this story was excellent. Once they realized they were all stuck together, they decided to treat each other just as people, instead of as the labels they previously owned (princess and pirates). The fact that Melena did not realize the Keir and Zarod were a couple also added a little more excitement into the story, especially when she fell in love with Keir and soon Zarod as well. Between the great character development, and unique plot I wished the story had never ended. This was an enjoyable read that I highly recommend.
