Richard Barrentine is a man any woman could fall in love with: tall, dark, and irresistibly handsome. The pair spend a passionate evening together, but when the midnight hour draws near, Genna realizes she cannot live without him.

Desperate, Genna comes to the only conclusion a witch in her position could…she has to freeze time.

But can she live with herself after having brought light and love to her life by plunging the remainder of the world into darkness for an eternity? Perhaps the better question is can Richard give his heart to the woman who, for him, is willing to do just that?

You have the chance to take the one thing you feel you don’t deserve. Do you jump at the opportunity or do you hide away and ignore your heart’s desire?

There’s a book that will help you better make the decision. Just One Night by Juliet Cardin.

Juliet Cardin is a new to me author, but this story really captivated me. The writing is tight and kept me wanting to know what would happen next. Although things happen quickly, there is a great deal of heart within the heat of the story. And talk about plot twists. The ending is satisfying and nothing I’d expected. To be honest, I loved the ending. If I had any complaints, it would be the lack of details. These can range from performance viagra pills in india anxiety, relationship difficulties to deep and complex causes. I wanted to know more about the characters and there were times I felt pulled out of Genna’s point of view. Still, I couldn’t stop reading.

Let me talk a moment about the heroine. I felt like I was right there with Genna trying to bask in the one night she had. I felt her pain and loneliness as if they were my own. Those are some deep feelings for such a short story. She’s been through the wringer and I couldn’t help but want to see her get her heart’s desire.

Richard is better than the best hero. I had a preconceived notion about him and I loved how the author turned my thoughts upside down. Oh, and before I forget to mention it, he’s darned handsome, too.

If you want a book that will make you squirm in your seat as well as sigh and giggle, then you need to read Just One Night. You’ll love it.
