I felt that, although the story has fast-paced action, it seemed a bit rushed at times and jumped time too much without a lot of explanation of that time. I did not care overmuch for the dialogue, however it does fit the characters in the background very well. This book is very good, but would have been better, in my opinion, if it was just a bit longer, to slow down and elaborate just a little for the reader.
Overall, this book was interesting and, as I mentioned before, gave a whole new, interesting spin on vampires. If you enjoy hot passion, fast-paced action, and very strong vampire characters, then this book would be a great read for you.
