Karan does not want a mate. Forget that she is the middle daughter of the Goddess Queen Ina and heir to the love goddess’s throne. Tonight may be the night of her customary joining celebration but that does not mean she has to accept the man deemed to be her true heart. What she wishes most is to remain single for eternity.

When she finds herself transported through a door between worlds believed to be closed for all time and lands in the magical circle of Eric’s casting, she knows she is in trouble. More, she feels that damned pervasive tremor–the sign of destined love–the minute she looks at him. She is determined to ignore the sign but Eric has a different determination in mind. One that will show her pleasures she never imagined and brings the boyishly handsome Cal into her life.

Divided Hearts is a charming story full of the unexpected.

Karan, a young demigoddess has no desire to marry and wishes to maintain her independence and design buildings. Cursed to “suffer a heart so divided that fear shall be her death” it is no wonder that she is reluctant to embark on a relationship. Behavioral therapy is the most effective treatment for men that happen to be experiencing erectile online sale viagra dysfunction. Final Remarks! On a final note, individuals taking Kamagra should take certain precautions. levitra prices The reason it is mandatory is because it provides essential educational content about the rules cialis online purchase and regulations of traffic system and how violating them can have serious consequences. But she has no choice in the matter and is forced to attend the celebration where she is supposed to find her soul mate. Things go awry, however, when she finds herself traveling through to the portal to earth right into the backyard of a naked architect conducting a magical ritual.

Down on his luck and thanks to a former boss who is out to ruin, and quite possibly kill him, Eric is surprised, yet enchanted by the young woman who appears in his backyard during his ritual. Fiercely attracted to her he is determined to seduce her. Karan has met her match with Eric…literally…but despite her attraction she is determined to get back home. As the two seek to figure things out, Karan explores this new and unfamiliar world and gives into the passion that smolder between her and Eric.

This was definitely a unique and interesting story with two very headstrong characters who engage in a battle of wills and wit that had me smiling. I really enjoy Karan and Eric’s quick senses of humor and their interactions with one another. Both desire one another but are reluctant to take things beyond intimacy because of things going on in their life.

I’ll admit that I do wish more explanation had been given about Eric’s background in magical abilities and his coven as that part of the story felt a bit weak to me, but overall I was very pleased with the story. Even the slight suspense element of the story was interesting as someone is out to do Eric harm.

I do have to say that while this book can stand alone, it might be best to read the first in the series to get a full idea of the curse that Karan and her two sisters face, plus there are some potential spoilers regarding the first story in this one.

Overall, I feel this was an entertaining read with charming characters and a fun romance.
