Lian and Alaria, now finally wed, spend their first night together as a married couple. As they consummate their marriage, Alaria learns to enjoy the passion her husband ignites, and he learns just how much he loves his beautiful young wife.

Alaria and Lian have an arranged marriage of sorts, but it is not without its benefits. Lian is the chieftain and a man of great power and wealth.

This story had a fantastic plot! Hot steamy sex scenes were NOT in short supply here and the characters were wonderful. The only drawback was the sheer amount of POV changes throughout. If the story had been told in one POV or only changed once or maybe twice, I would have given it a 4 or a 4.5 but the constant head-hopping taxed me a little and threw me out of the story. Other than that it was a wonderful read and I have no problems recommending this story to others.

Ms Ranquist-Curry, I look forward to reading more from you in the future. I hope all your stories have such wonderful characters with an engaging story to tell.
